There is no need to be sorry - suck it up, toughen up and keep posting. Nothing personal, just pointing out FACTS concerning SelecTV projected QTN/Curve subs.

Now, you have a good weekend! [Wink]

NEW YORK POST THURSDAY APRIL 6TH

SANDRA BURNS SMART

By FRANK SCHECK
April 6, 2006

SANDRA BERNHARD: EVERYTHING BAD & BEAUTIFUL
Daryl Roth Theatre, 101 E. 15th St.; (212) 239-6200. Through May 28.

THOUGH she's been in showbiz for more than a quarter of a century, Sandra Bernhard still some how manages to provide an outsider's perspective even while firmly entrenched in the celebrity universe.

So it goes in "Everything Bad & Beautiful," in which she once again bites the hand that feeds her.

Featuring her usual mix of acerbic stand-up comedy and rock concert, this new show is unlikely to either dissuade longtime fans or make new converts.

It's pretty much Bernhard as you've seen her before, interrupting her jaded observations on entertainment and political figures with impassioned, tongue-in-cheek renditions of songs like Cheap Trick's "The Flame," Prince's "I Would Die 4 U" and Bob Dylan's "Like a Rolling Stone." (The recounting of a conversation with the latter, imaginary or otherwise, is one of the show's more amusing segments.)

To her credit, Bernhard doesn't spare herself from ridicule, discussing such recent career turns as her tenure with "a nearly defunct gay network" and at one point declaring, "I'm completely disgusted by my own values and morals."

Although she disses George and Laura Bush, Condi and Kerry, her main targets remain self-obsessed celebrities, getting in a dig, say, at Britney's mothering skills. But she also delves into personal realms, discussing her relationship with her girlfriend and home life with her 7-year-old daughter.

Still, domesticity hasn't entirely tamed her, as demonstrated by her onstage costume change and full-throated singing. Performing with an onstage band dubbed the Rebellious Jezebels, the 50-year-old Bernhard still has all the raucous energy of youth.

nobody seems bothered by the fact that NOTHING has changed with the ownership of these corporations....despite all the proclamations and prs from the company that a change in ownership has occured.

let's be clear....NOTHING has changed.

with the state of washington, or the sec.

PT,

Let me get this right... anyone that post facts and links with info that is negative to your beliefs/wishes concerning QBId is a clown? Talk about being a one sided blind-optimist (which is your right). If the facts were positive, the reaction would probaly be different...Also, are you not the one that is ALWAYS asking and requesting that people post links, facts, etc? No offense, but if you are going to go out on a limb and categorize posters for posting factual info, then you must take a deep breath and think about this really hard...who is really being a clown? You dont have to answer.

Is it possible that they have filed the changes and are waiting for the state to confirm or execute the changes?

Just asking, since I don't know the SEC's system. But most government agencies take awhile to process data. Anyone know ... for sure?

Listen pal. you are the one that is giving Jenn a hard time.

Jenn posted info about actual factual info about the company.

that is fine if you dont think that it is significant enough to post, but you are not the one that make the decisions on who can and can not post.

there was nothing wrong with the info that Jenn posted, she stated factual info and her opinion, and stated it as such,

You are a clown the way you act. if you dont like me stating that, well im sorry. You really like to jump on certain posters here whether they deserve it or not.

It is my belief that you are a clown. can you prove me wrong?

Jenn has as much right here to post thoughts as the next person.

Jenn didn't fabricate anything but you come down on Jenn like she is misleading people.

Im not saying I agree or disagree with Jenns posts, Im just stating that Jenn has the ability and the right to ignore anyone Jenn sees as being a clown.

You make out like being a clown is a bad thing, but many make a good living doing it.

you took my statement as an insult to you, when i was talking in general terms. I never made any statement directed at you or any other posters. I told Jenn to ignore the clowns

you obviously have grouped yourself into that fold.

You have been your own judge jury and executioner. lol

you bit the bait.

Let me clarify my question:

I was asking if filing a change means "requesting" a change that has to be accepted by the SEC before it becomes public.

I think your reply indicates that even the initial "request" for a change (the filing) would be available to the public. Thanks for your information. [Smile]

Has anyone thought about the possibility that the info has been updated and submitted to the Washington state, but the paperwork has not been processed to the point that thier records show this updated info.

I remember the worries that went on last year when the records showed that they had not renewed thier state licence. Richard had informed us that it had been taken care of, but it took several months until it appeared in thier database that they where in fact renewed.

This is a government agency, and they are known not to be the fastest at getting thier work done.

how long does it take to get anything done through a government agency? I have never gotten anything done in the estimated time they say it takes to process.

Im not overly concerned about this fact. It is in writing, and posted all over the internet. this is a legal matter now, and if it proves not to be true then the culprits will get thier just reward.

Fact of the matter is, we dont know what is happening in this company, and we cant make things happen on our own. We are all aware of the fact that Washington State is not updated in thier files to reflect the new Directors, but we dont know how long this process should take.

Fact is that there would be lawyers involved with this change of directors and it is documented. Im more concerned with the mess that is preventing Mr Fan from being able to audit the company, and just what the alternative measures are, and how long it will take for this to happen.

Our number one concern about this company should be its transparency. Once this is know all the other chips will fall into place, and we can then decide if this company is worth hanging on to the shares, or moving on.

look, i was slammed for making a deal out of the license renewal back then.

richard was telling people here that the paperwork was done and in and all that.....lies. that's right, lies. call and talk to wa sos and ask them how long it takes. website updates take awhile.

my point is this: these corporations are still behaving like the 3-dollar bill they were last year. NOTHING HAS CHANGED.

break my balls, but explain away ALL the inconsistancees that this PUBLIC company's management continues to perpetrate against it's shareholders....

....the people who forked over their dollars to create this 'thing'.......

yeah, go ahead....you guys keep excusing these 'new' guys for not following the rules, and break on me.........lol
.........i'm gonna pay attention...and NOT trust them....gl
