The legal expense alone to try and clean the thing up would divert capital that could be put to better use for buying a cleaned shell.....
This company and it's stock, has to much dirt sticking to all aspects of operations.. This stock continuing as any kind of a sane investment, is wishful thinking at best.

Dustoff you are absolutely correct, to invest in this right now is just plane ludicrist. however to sell right now is just plain stupid.
the only thing more stupid then investing in a stock like this is to hang out on a Sunday afternoon in a stock forum that you have absolutely no intentions of buying into, so i have to ask how many you are looking to buy at this time? I ask because i dont think you are stupid enough to hang out here for no reason. Or am i giving you too much credit?
I will hold and take the right off at the end of ther year. if by chance they pull it together between now and then, it is a bonus.

OK Guys, Ive dumped well over 20k in this PIG, Hell i went there, Now Dust as far as i know your not in this and PT has been in for like 2 years cant say he changed my mind set at all, I bought in of my own free will and FRANK f--ked me, as far as i can tell, The game aint over yet and ya i know the score is like 99 to 2 but chit happens and this PIG just might dance agian, F--k i say bring it on SEC, FBI,CMP, ALL ENFORCEMENT WELCOME.But till those guys step up we cant do chit, im still in the pinks playing and have made bank just pulled 22 grand off RSHN and still have over a million shares so there is money in the pinks, BUT ITs VERY RISKIE AND NOT FOR EVERYONE AS FOR QBID ITS WORTH 200 BUCKS FOR A NEWBIE TO PLAY AND LEARN IMHO. PT may have defended Q based on info available and there is nothing wrong with that. Others discredited Q on guessing and making things up. I am not defending Q as the idea is good, just run by a crook so it has been uncovered. However it is a low stance on your part to make accusations on Rod you can not back up. He was positive on it and that was his position. You are negative on it and that is your position. More has come out over the past 9 months as far as usable information, ether it be good or bad. Now I am sure you are going to take a crack at me but I don't care.
Where did rod ever post false information? He just posted his observations and his thoughts based on information available.

Ok i came in off the porch because its getting cold out there and the FBI AND CIA AND SEC never showed up to take me away.
i see Dusty is not posting anymore for the last couple of hours, is his shift over?
i think he was lying to me, no one came to get me.
im still scared though. they may do a sneak attack and take me with the SWAT unit in the night.
for now im still around and able to post.
no more pumping from me though im going to try and do my penance and maybe join the imperial forces and do a little bashing of the stock for a while to make up for all the wrong i have done.

they told me it is not a crime to be optimistic, and to ask for proof about negative stuff.

I think its fair to say that for most here, you have created reasonable suspicion toward yourself. Especially since you don’t own any shares. Rods positive attitude has always been, for the most part, on a level plain. Actually, there’s been nothing abnormal about it. In fact, his excitement or positive statements differ no more than yours that I’ve witnessed/read when you get excited about any one particular stock you are invested in.
What strikes me as odd is your immediacy to run through the threads announcing this recent SEC PR. Because again, to many here, you have made it look like you were trying to create a quick diversion.
Now hey, don’t get sore at me…you’ve brought this upon yourself, and if I’m right as to what you have now made others think about you, well you have no one to blame but yourself....you’re the one crying wolf.
