Sorry to interupt all the fun today, but it was the Japanese that bombed Pearl Harbor, not the Germans - per se.
On another note looking at both sides of the coin:
a) If Frank is sued to try and retrieve some fundage back to Q, wouldn't the new Q mgmt have to initiate a suit against Frank, Franks 'family'& the other board members. Then find the assets - if any are left?
b) The other side....would if Frank & friends really did everything they could to keep things afloat and moving forward with the TV channel and just plainly could not manage/ran out of money/ mismanaged or screwed it up beyond repair without malice intention??
The only thing that would absolve him in the latter, would be if he, his family & friends are truly broke because of this too.

certain disclosures must be made, formally documented and registered with the state of incorporation. that has not happened yet. also, what is the status of: LBS, NTI, Gulf State Holdings, Access TradeOne.com, franklin broadcasting, franklyn broadcasting, and any other UNREPORTED dba entities engaged by frank olsen?
these are questions that any investor/shareholder/owner has the legitimate right and need to have answered from the current management/owner of OUR investment.
as our "investor relations" liason with the current management structure, would you please get and give me a response to these valid issues.

i started this by stating that because this was posted on April fools day, im not going to buy it till i see it officially posted.

OK, Guys and Gals im going to post the whole roadtrip myself and DOC had,just some hints like they Called me on the way there and did not want me there,They paid for where we stayed ECT. GIVE ME SOME TIME AND IM GONNA PUT IT ALL OUT THERE.EVEN THE PAPER WORK I LEFT Q WITH.
