I put in a market sell order for 3,769,230 shares an hour ago and I still own them. This stock is essentially worthless.

Confirmed with WA State today that indeed TMM is doing a R/S 1:10,000 eff 04/25/06. Wonder what Richard has to say about that. No doubt the chit has hit the "Fan"

Interesting about the split. I would be upset normally, but as we couldn't sell for the last few months, it can't really hurt us any more now.

this split better be tied to an effort to get listed on a national exchange. if not, as soon as this split takes place the stock will be trading under a dollar

It will drop under a dollar anyways just because of fear/history. 99.999999% of all pinks that RS end up diluting more, and no one has ANY reason to trust these guys any more. Their intentions are irrelevant, there will be a huge sell off with very few buyers. Going down.
If they are legit, it could go back up eventually. But it will be a long time coming with plenty of time to get back in cheaper later on.

As much as it sucks there is not even much reason to take it out on Fan. With 350 billion out, what were they supposed to do?

previous management issues billions of shares, and within a couple of months "new" management declares a reverse split. that's garbage. how can you issue shares and then reverse split- that's equivalent to robbing the shareholders. clear cut securities fraud

We knew the R/S was gonna happen eventually. However, I thought the worse case scenario would be 1:1000 - I didn't see the 1:10,000 comming.

Oh well, now lets wait to see where this PIG lands. Hopefully, we can at least get off the pinks. GLTA.
