betting babe,

I don't post much so you may not know me, but I've been here for almost 2 years now watching our QBID.

I'm really sorry to hear about the fire and the hardship it may have caused you.

Having read your posts since almost the begining, I know you have a strong positive spirit, and in the end you will be Ok.

You are a fighter, a suvivor, a Phoenix that will rise up out of the ashes and live to fight another day!

Keeping you in our prayers that life will get back to some assemblence of normalcy soon.

Hey BB, I don't know you very well, I think you were backing off of this one about when I found the board.
I just wanted to say, I have been where you are and while it sucks, it does get better. It definitely forces you to look at what counts.

Good luck on the new start!

Thanks everybody for your spirit and support.
It's a tough thing to face, but one thing i realize is...
everything is replaceable in the end and there is no end unless you call it 'the end'.

i have a gorgeous new place
(jersey city waterfront anybody?)

with a view of the empire state building from my apartment, a pool that my terrace overlooks, indoor raquetball and basketball courts... you get the picture!
who knew there was quality of life across the river?! it is much more peaceful.

Did anyone notice that the schedule (top right of the QTN page) only says "Full Schedule" rather than list three shows for the current day...

At .0001? ...whats the hurry in losing your money?

May as well wait it out. Just don't get caught up in the hype anymore. Just do yourself a favor and hold. Don't buy into "any" fluff news. Don't buy another share until there is openness and transparency. jmo

Again, this is a great product with plenty potential to make us all money. And I myself will continue to believe that, but first we need transparency.

i feel transparancy may be a reality that we will see or at least have a better chance of seeing with out frank behind the wheel.

this comming week feels good to me. I have nothing to base my feelings on. i just have that gut feeling that something is abbout to change.

Sorry to hear about the apartment, but the new one looks really nice.
I am getting, if you wanna call it split from the Mrs, and that leads to d___e, i can't even say it.
Anyhow, right now really sucks and everything seems really weird for me. I guess time heals:)
Have fun at the new place, and enjoy it.

Investor Information
3/13/2006 - CEO UPDATE

Letter from the CEO of TMM/QTN

March 13, 2006

To Our Shareholders:

I am pleased to announce that many important changes are beginning to take shape both within our holding company of Triangle Multimedia and our wholly owned subsidiary, QTelevision Network. I will be assigning seats for our board of directors and personally will be interviewing qualified individuals for our executive team. We will be diligent in our search and will not set a specific time frame as to the completion of these important matters because our mission is to seat qualified people within the media, financial and operational fields very carefully. We feel our company is positioned to prosper in the GLBT marketplace and making these changes is the first step.

Our ultimate goal is to become a publicly traded company that holds both the respect of our shareholder base and the financial marketplace in whole. We fully understand the need to supply our current and future investors with the proper resources to make intelligent investment decisions concerning our security. We are working hard to become transparent, thus enabling the investment community to track our growth. These tasks are not without their difficulties, and we intend to keep our shareholder base involved and up to date with any specific changes that will directly affect our security. We feel strongly in our attempt to successfully compete within our market sector and in turn add much needed value to our stock.

Our existing team of employees has endured quite a bit and I must applaud the resilience our staff has shown. They believe, as I do, that this company has a bright future and with hard work, honesty and the loyal support of our investor base, we can continue to be a company we are proud of.

I will be supplying our investor relations team with information shortly and any questions that can publicly be answered will be done through Richard Brown.

We appreciate your continued patience and confidence.

Sincerely,

Lloyd Fan

----
Imak, it looks like Richard's still here; at least from that letter. But, who knows.

Matt,

There's no way that you're turning 63 in June. And, I'm kind of enjoying this Jailhouse thing. I hold dear our light banter and recollection of personal anecdotes. It's also beneficial that I only have one person to talk to, as I don't even have to think about (even for a split second) who I'm going to message.

Best regards,

Mike

that is not proof that Fan exists and Frank is out.

no one has seen the man, talked to the man, heard from the man.

he has been around long enough that someone should be able to snap a picture of the guy at the studio. after all that is the center of the operations, and you would think that is where he would meet with Carol Hinnant.

i have to admit, i dont trust Frank enough to rule out that this could be a gimmick by Frank to get everyone off his back.

now it is obvious by the quality of the writing of the last couple prs, and the investor page info, that it is not Frank writing them, but that is not a hard thing to fake.

i would feel much better actually seeing this guys picture on one of the news wires stating that they own QBID.

but i have to accept this as being true, blindly. lol

im not down on the stock,,, I'm just thinking that we cant prove this info to be true right now.

i would like to at the very minumum the state of washington records reflect the new magority owner and board of directors

im am still holding though and will weather the storm.

Why would you post someone's home address on an internet chat room?
Ok, look-->

1) I'm guessing you know about Skunks from IHub, right?
2) She lists her town as being from "Boston"
3) A poster came on AllStocks the other day and made a post--> The username was "Anne Burns" and listed a location as Allston, MA.
4) I thought that was interesting, and wanted to see where Allston was. I Google Localed it and it turned out to be not more than ten minutes away from Boston.
5) I then figured, "Hmmm, what the hell, let me search those two pieces of information on WhitePages.com"
6) Well, it turns out there was an Anne Burns on WhitePages.com who lived in Allston, MA. So, I thought that was interesting and decided to share with everyone---since there's been a lack of QBID information for a while now.

---The reason I was so interested in the post by "Anne Burns" was because it was a skunks post (that hagatha pointed out)... So is it Skunks? or just someone copying Skunks' work?

Yeah, I agree. It's just a bit inappropriate. Then again, everything about this stock is just about inappropriate.

So what do i know? And NO, MJ, please dont get curious and start trying to post my home address! [Smile] Have a good day all. At 11:15 am, looks like its going to be another day, or should i say, another week of SSDD.

If this new deal is just some new gimmick that Frank is up to, that would be absurd. Except to be able to sell a few billion more shares for nothing, what would he gain. A sinngle shot to the back of the head would work, but he's only kidding hisself if the new financing were'nt there. Besides the whole thing seeming absurdly fraudulent. Just how much bull**** are investors supposed to put up with in PR's anyway?
I'm blowing off steam on my opinion about Frank being behind the latest news. Not saying he is. May he drop dead if it's so. I never said he had to be healthy anyway. [Wink]
