Please Hoss, leave the 20/20 at home. One of the worst days of my life physically was because of the mad dog. Oiy. Never again regardless of how cheap it is. I'll just have the 12 dollar handles of vodka before that stuff. Matt

Can anyone on this board help me find ANY information on ANY TV networks that Frank had developed and sold? I really want to know.

I've used four different search engines and can't find a thing.

Also would that statement about "The Movie Network" be considered a "false or misleading" statement like Richard was talking about earlier?

ahhah very very interesting day guys...

for anybody that didnt see it today, around 10:30 the MM were lining up like this.

.0008x.0009
2x7

and then in a matter of 1 minute and maybe, MAYBE, 1 million shares bought then turned out like this

.0008x.0009
8x2

then we were upticking and at the EOD we had a good sized selloff knocking most of the bid back all the while getting 700M in volume..i believe something is up...

and hahahh, its funny to say, but we are soooo extremely undervalued that nothing in effect can hurt us...in fact,i would like to hear the BAD things surrouding QBID and how long it will take to fix them...

i mean, Frank said that we have assets valued at 1.2-1.3 Billion dollars....there are some major major things going good for QBID, and i will say it again, i am going to throw a monster party at my house the day they announce a satillete company...and remember Frank said at the open house "he was very confident they would be on a satillete company very soon."

so personally i think one of the main things holding this stock down is mystery...What exactly is the problem with the stock, why arent they releasing an audit, what do they have to hide....

So in that respect, i think the best thing Frank can do is come out and say everything that Q has bad for it....Just get everything right out in the open...

And this would only make sense, but we all know QBID is far from making sense...
---Frank has said that the audit is done, and will be out by the end of october...that is only about 14 days away as is...and if the audit is done, lets hope they can realese it BEFORE the CC so that we have something worth talk about and can get the questions we have about the audit cleared up...

I would also HIGHLY expect them to release the audit Pre market and expect a sizeable gapup in price...To just have the audit will be amazing whether its on the website or by the SEC...

I believe many of us got in here at the bottom because we thought it was easy money and almost guarenteed profits...well, i bet ya that many of us would say we have been through enough now to realize a 500% profit...

Move Over Fab 5: Q Television Has Arrived; New Gay Family Television Network Showcases its Unique Perspective Prior to Public Launch

NEW ORLEANS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 26, 2004--Q Television Network (Pink Sheets: QBID), headquartered in California, announces the launch of a subscriber channel for the gay and lesbian community in July 2004. An industry soft launch for carriers and advertisers begins June 1, 2004.

"It has taken more than seven years and millions of dollars to arrive at this day," says president and chairman Frank Olsen. "Clearly, the time to launch this network is now, and I am confident that the gay and lesbian community will embrace the unique perspective we offer as a family channel."

In a pre-public move to preview a sample of its programming to cable and satellite industry professionals, as well as potential advertisers, Q Television Network will offer a compressed daily broadcast that includes featured programs. The sample highlights Q Television's availability for carriage and sponsorship.

As executive vice president Steven Grunberg notes, "This is built by and for the gay community. Rather than a smattering of stereotyped gay characters offered because current market projections indicate it would be profitable, we offer a channel that will unite the gay and lesbian audience through a network that educates, entertains and informs - a network of real value."

Beginning June 1, the network will be available for viewing on Intelsat America's 7, 129 degrees West, Channel 1.

Olsen, an entrepreneur with a significant background in broadcast, was instrumental in the launch of The Movie Channel prior to its acquisition by Showtime. A pioneer in the development of new radio broadcast formats throughout his 40-year career, Olsen helped create African American radio and started the first gay radio stations.

"Just as CNN had tremendous hurdles to overcome, Frank and Q Television Network have had an uphill battle in the launch of Q Television," observes CFO Rene Schenk. "Q Television is positioned to successfully meet the demand that exists for a gay family channel."

Original and Acquired Programming

With a system of production crews throughout the United States, Q Television Network will offer a combination of original and acquired programming, which includes sports, fashion, travel, health & fitness, talk shows, plays, documentaries and movies. Teams of producers and directors will also bring breaking stories of interest to the network's audience via access to bureaus in Washington, D.C., New York, London, Paris, Moscow, Jerusalem and Iraq.

A preview of original programming premiered in May at the National Cable & Telecommunication Association's annual industry conference and was also included in a successful five-hour sample broadcast on May 15, which aired on Cox Cable in Louisiana and Comcast in the Puget Sound Region.

Included in that preview was "I Will, I Do, We Did," an original Q Television documentary exploring gay and lesbian marriage in America that offers an inside glimpse of the challenges faced by this community. Independent films, such as "An Intimate Friendship" and the award-winning "Straightman," are other examples of what will be available on the network, as well as commercial fare such as Bette Midler's "Divine Madness" concert.

About Q Television Network

This television network was organized to create and develop a network devoted to providing television programming for the gay and lesbian community. While the company expects much of its subscriber base to be comprised of members of the gay and lesbian population, management also believes that quality programming about the gay and lesbian experience, designed to entertain, educate and inform, will attract many other segments of the viewing public. The company's programming will be available on a subscription basis to those desiring its programming. The network will broadcast 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. Providing distribution via satellite ensures availability of the network across the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

Safe Harbor Statement

As a cautionary note to investors, certain matters discussed in this press release may be forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Such matters involve risks and uncertainties that may cause actual results to differ materially, including the following: changes in economic conditions; general competitive factors; the television network's ability to execute its business model and strategic plans; and the risks described from time to time in the company's Securities and Exchange Commission filings.

For more information regarding carriage and advertising opportunities, contact the network at 760-323-4455.

Marty it's been a long day and I don't think that it's going to get any better before the CC on Wednesday.

if you think the last 3 days were bad, be prepared for a free for all if the CC either turns out bad or if there are grey areas. lets do our best to be civil and not get into pissing matches. it should be another intresting day here at the Q.

GREAT DD LEO! perfect!
MT, that PR for Frank's presentation at University of California/Riverside a few moths ago is all you will ever find.

Try digging deeper than that and you will find nothing.
Try searching for "The Hospitality Movie Channel", No such channel.
I've written to UC/Riverside Student life asking for the source of that statement a few times with no response.

Matt's website is another "source" that is often quoted, and following that statement leads nowhere also.

Believe me, I would love to be able to say "this guy started TV networks and sold them to Viacom" to people that are interested in the stock. That to me would carry a lot of weight. But I'm not going to lie to anyone.

The Movie Channel, The Hospitality Movie Channel, The Movie Network, Home Shopping Channel, The Home Shopping Network, "Sold to Viacom", "made profits", etc., which is it?

Now MT, if you now are going to take that link and accept that as "Due Diligence" then I'm going to have to take other things you say with a grain of salt, which I haven't up to this point.

Now if those two Canadian pumpers would rather spend numerous paragraphs denouncing me and demanding apologies rather than looking deeper or just naming the networks(plural), then they have some other motive here and cannot be trusted.

And I hope that you're not going down that road also.

Actually Rod,

Richard reading the occassional posts is not a bad thing.I am sure he is figuring out who is who and therefore if he sees things that are severely bothering investors, can report it to Frank to be dealt with. As for him bringing up the legal action issue, that is for his own defense and can not blame one bit. You and I both know from personal experience within our jobs how things can be fabricated just because there is an underlying issue.

I know there is posters from a few boards, so I have read somewhere, that if they feel there is some untruths about an individual in Q or connected to Q, will send it off to Frank or Richard to decide how it is dealt with. Good for them and hope they continue.

If there is one thing I find funny as hell, is that out of the entire world wide web,how much people can find to direct at Q that has nothing to do with them.

i think it is a distraction for something. we would be smart to try and figure out what is the underlying purpose of this type of action.

my problem with the whole thing is why would you come on a chat forum threatening to arrest people that are spreading false rumours, would it not be more effective just to do it, and post the results afterwords? Im more impressed by actions rather then words.

anyhow this it the first and last that i will talk about it because many feel that it is great that Richard is on the boards.

Im not trying to offend anyone, I just dont unsderstand how they can justify these actions.

IR chats on message boards put me over the edge.

I hate to make the comparison, but someone already did today... it feels like the same cmkx (shhh) drama that went down right before I lost my money there. [Frown]

Now if those two Canadian pumpers would rather spend numerous paragraphs denouncing me and demanding apologies rather than looking deeper or just naming the networks(plural), then they have some other motive here and cannot be trusted.

I don't want an apology from you, because it would be worthless anyway. You have proven your motive and proven you are lazy. Go look for yourself, make phone calls to those stations, and talk to the PR personnel at those companies. I see you are too cheap to spend a quarter to find your answer. I can not believe that you can sit here on your lazy duff and criticize the info that is given to you by several individuals when you can not be bothered verify it on your own. It seems if can not be found on a keyboard, you won't look. You are a real piece of work.

No kidding, folks, this is the absolute truth and tells me our future is crystal clear.

Since no one can possibly misunderstand what is coming for us, let's all take a deep breath, sit back and wait for the CC. And when the money starts appearing in our accounts, I will be the first to say "My cookie told you so."

Good night and sleep tight.

That is the best DD on QBID I've seen in a long time. Sure sounds better pulling it from a fortune cookie than Frank pulling it from his A$$

Thanks Rod,

But I do not need an apology from someone like that. An apology is worthless from a guy like that. He is only here for one reason and we both know it. He has proven it time and time again.

Fact He has!! I'll give you a hint The Movie Network do the research Bozo where do you think he made the money he has to in vest 24 million into this stock?

Can anyone on this board help me find ANY information on ANY TV networks that Frank had developed and sold? I really want to know.

I've used four different search engines and can't find a thing.

Also would that statement about "The Movie Network" be considered a "false or misleading" statement like Richard was talking about earlier?

hey i dont mond him reading all the posts. what i find unprofessional it him actually posting threats on a message board.

I say threats as i dont beleive they have any intention of charging anyone, and if they do it is not the time to be concentrating on that. we are running in the red, and i dont see where spending more money that they will have to dilute more shares to pay a lawyers bill, is in our best interests at this time.

You're right on. Stress brings out the worst in some people. But I don't expect to see much civility anymore. Q's low PPS has turned many investors into whiners, and I don't think anything (even a PPS pop) will restore their faith. Once a whiner, always a whiner. Too bad.

And it seems we have a few ego-trippers who would rather be right than rich, which is why we have endless debates everyday about everything.

But you certainly are right about this being another interesting day. Every day seems to surpass the last one.

qbidians im not saying buy it but look at the news on hisc today it looks alright i own a few shares and its still pretty low off of the highs so im not reccomending a stock that has already run and is ready to retrace it may go lower as that is always a possibility but just read the latest news and the thread some of you may like this.

I just caught up on all the recent posts and found yours about cooking carp. This is my grandfather's favorite recipe for Ohio carp:

-Catch the largest carp you can (they get huge)
-Don't clean, scale or gut it.
-Put it on a pine board slightly larger than the carp.
-Bury both in the ashes of a hot wood campfire for two hours.
-Remove from the fire, throw away the carp and eat the pine board. Delicious.
