I posted just 2 days ago that Q would be in Syracuse in October, guess I was right [Wink] I'm orginally from Syracuse, NY, it is not a huge city, smaller than Rochester but larger than Albany. I don't think there's a huge gay community either, but this is a good step in the right direction. I will be traveling to Syracuse by Christmas, I'm looking forward to finally getting to see what I have been paying for!

I like this paragraph from the TW pr this morning. It confirms remarks made by other media people in the past. and its an outside opinion. Rather than a pump from the Q.

"We have been looking for just the right blend of news and
entertainment to satisfy our growing contingency of gay and lesbian
viewers, who have been actively requesting such a network, and QTN
offers an exciting programming package that more than answers that
call."

Why should it? If NBC makes a progarmming announcement do they mention GE? Same situation.

My answer is no, I'm not concerned.

Here is a share holder question for someone who might make it to the meeting if or if I can't get through on the telegraph.

Will TMM maintain this invester partnership with the invester in NTI? Or will TMM pay them back the investment and become the sole owners of NTI? Just curious.

Well, inderstand what your saying...What i am thinking is that we are experiencing a major turnaround...There are many forces at work...Some include major short covering by the MM which need volume, and if Frank needs to buyback or even dilute, he needs volume....A rise in pps by .0001 or .0002 would throw the whole chart off....

Another thing to watch out for is the MM the last day and today have been increasingly matching buys and sells...which means they are Short (inventory) on shares which probably answers the question that they are more than likely accumulating down here and do not want to use their personal shares to sell...just something to keep an eye on

New user here but I've been following QBID for a while now. I have a question for you all...

It's been stated several times that we need to get off the pink sheets exchange, but in a conference call that was apparently published on their website Rene stated that they would not be able to do so anytime soon.

He cited that the shell company they bought was not clean enough to pass the Edgar audit which was required to be moved from the pinks. This is different from the financial audit in progress.

Does anyone else remember this?

clearly, i reposted it about a month ago. it wasnt posted on their website, it was transcribed from a verbal conference call... which is why i dont think theyll be doing any off-the-cuff verbal meetings anytime soon (ie, the meeting-in-text coming up).

Numa, my guess is they found that "innovative way"...

Here is the complete section of the transcript that pertains to that statement. Notice it is not "doom & gloom" but honesty, and since they were aware of the problem they could take steps to fix it.

--------------------------------------------

Moderator: Sir next question is from Brian

Frank Olsen: Yes Brian, where you at?

Brian: I’m in Denver, CO, can you hear me?

Frank Olsen: Yes I can hear you good Brian.

Brian: Wonderful. First of all I’d like to say you’ve done a great job. Everything that you said you’re gonna do, I mean you missed a couple, you know, but really everything I’ve seen you done you said you going to do.

Frank Olsen: Well we want to thank you for that, we try very hard and there’s a big staff that trys here and a big unpaid staff.

Brian: Very, Very impressed and I support you 100%. My question is, what movements are you going to make to get off the over the counter and move to another exchange?

Frank Olsen: I’ll give that to Renee

Renee: As you know when TMM was purchased we purchased a shell company and we then filled that shell up with assets that we had like the Network. Unfortunately for us the shell that we bought was not as clean as it had been represented to us when we bought it. So it highly unlikely that we can ever pass an audit, we can pass a financial audit we cannot pass an Edgar audit on the shareholder base. So it is very unlikely that we are going to get off the pinks for quite sometime. However that doesn’t mean we aren’t looking around to go and see maybe some innovative way to get off the pink sheets and get onto an exchange but it is to early for me to answer that. Besides there is a lot of work to be done and I don’t want to be quoted as saying, “we’re going to be off within a certain period of time.”

-----------------------------------

my question to the more experienced people is:

what is meant by "we cannot pass an Edgar audit on the shareholder base."?

I think Frank and Rene delayed the release of the audit because of the latest purchases: film library, studio, and teleport.

Don't forget that all 3 of these are income producing, especially the last 2 don't have to involve QTV to bring in income. QBID = TMM.

I think Frank wants to show on the financials thru Sept-05 that
these assets and revenue are there to justify his break-even predictions.

hey ya'll just wanted to pop in and wish you all a great day my prayers have been answered half way so far.origionally i was trying to accumulate 2 million shares.then as the pps kept dropping i thought wow i could keep buying and own 5 million. im currently up to 17 million with my latest buy and i have not sold one share yet. i am in no way bragging at my share size but for those that still have faith this is a great longer term investment these prices are pretty pretty pretty cheap in my mind. i still see qbid eventually going over a penny a share which is over ten fold from todays current price.

im a happy qbidiot hoping to get another 3 million shares if its in the stars hehehe.best of luck to all i cannot wait for some qbid hold'em games and of course CHEEZECAKE HEHEHE.

Thanks. Looks like my .0008 buy may not be close to going through. May have to bite the bullet and go for .0009.

I wonder if the audit was delayed so that the thrid quarter (ending tomorrow) could be included?

be patient gatorman i got a fill for one mil at .0008. but then again just get in if you feel the run or bottom has hit.i basically feel that longer term any share purchased under a penny is a steal. just my humble ignorant opinion though.

I've never heard of an Edgar audit, I do know that Edgar reports are financials, etc.. filed with the SEC and are available for viewing online. (Electronic Data Gathering Analysis and Retrieval)

wait has anyone actually tried this?
DIRECTLY from equity relations website under the FAQ section:
"How do I find out information about a certain company you represent? Email Equity Relations and we will provide you with a password for your specific company of interest. "

by 'represent' they mean frank olsen etc, employees? or shareholders included?

if you get a password you can log in under "company query". that would be cool if u ask me wonder whats there if anything....

just curious ive noticed this a few times but I always forget about it, anyone ever try to get a psw?
