my feeling is if he completes the audit and does not file it with the SEC, it will not have any validity.
comments on this are greatly appreciated.

Lobo was not able to give you an answer? In order for an audit to be filed with the SEC it must be certified as per the guidlines of the SEC. Frank has not given an answer about filing the audit with the SEC, but if he has plans to move to another exchange, he will have to file it with the SEC.

Frank didn't say how many people were on the Call, but he did allude to it costing 20 grand to pull it off, which sounds a bit high. I aint ever priced it though.

Are you asking me or telling me? But since you brought up the subject i'll give you a hint. My younger bro calls me Moses. I'm glad to say i'm not getting bald, but years ago I was called bozo by some people. I think it was because my hair was long and bulky.

yea, I would be concerned if we were the only ones investing. We are probably the minority of the group though. Maybe in six months a million people want to invest. There has got to be investers among the subscribers too.

1600 people on the CC? Wow! If this price goes much lower, maybe we'll see more shareholders jumping in. If it continues to drop, I am going to consider buying more.

Once the DVD is produced, why can't they use that as a marketing tool? I hope they aren't going to limit its distribution to the shareholders. Why not send it out to some of the gay communities around the country. You know, the "hot spots", where it could be seen by a lot of GLBT traffic. Frank must have a lot of contacts from his days as a bar owner. Have a Q viewing party or something like that. Just a thought.

if the audit took as long as they have said it has taken, then they spent some good coin on it.
the purpose of doing such an audit is for filing the finacials.
it is something that has to be done at one point or another.
Frank stated that he will be reporting, but he never stated when he will be reporting.
once he starts reporting, he needs to be dilligent and keep reporting, the second he misses a reporting period, you are going to see a pile of ugly investors.

he didnt say we would be on the amex in 6 months.
he stated that it has been a dream of his to be on the amex.
he stated that he could see it taking up to 6 months to move to another exchange, not the amex.
the minimum requirement to be on the amex is that we need to maintain a minimum share price of $3
we are not going to get anywhere near 1/10th of that price with the current share structure.
