The MACD is diverging more negative now, the stochs are pointing down... IMHO, everyone here believes that it will continue to go down further and now that it has broken the support at .0010, many are holding off buying until some sort of support is found. We blew right through the 8's today and the bid was really thin. Tomorrow we open at 8 x 9 and drop to 7 x 8 within the first 30 minutes! FWIW, my shares did not sell today at 9. I may try again tomorrow, but I doubt if they go! In my opinion, we will fall below .0005 before the middle of next week... everyone here has been getting filled on the bid. This does nothing but push it down further! I also still believe that restricted shares are flooding into the market. Who else would have shares this cheap to sell? Frank and restricted share holders!!!!
Frank is going to have a mutiny on his hands, hence the reason to have a chat room style shareholders meeting. There are too many frustrated people out there now.
I read above about the shareholders meaning nothing to the company. It is the growing the company that is important. Well that may be true, but when you have thousands of shareholders pissed off about how much money they lost, that is not good PR. Having happy shareholders out there proclaiming the Q as the next best thing will get more new subscribers than any advertising that they do! All the upset investors will be spreading their financial ruin stories and people will stay away from subscribing! I believe that everyone in marketing knows that people have to "SEE" an ad 3 times before it sinks in and they consider it. Whereas, someone is alot more like to consider something when it is spread by word of mouth!
I am sorry if this is all gloom and doom, but this pps is heading lower! Until Frank realizes that the shareholders are his biggest asset to get this thing off the ground, and he truely delivers some shareholder value, this is going to tank further!

Good news, not great, but good. Frank said recently that the Audit will take 60 days, so we wait on that. I hope in those 60 days, which is now probably 50 something days, we get more news like this. We need to be all over the country soon.

relax. this is an investment. this is not a guaranteed rate of return. I believe you may be confusing this with a blue chip,
i have always stated that you should not invest more then you can afford to loose. I have stuck with this and that is why im not crying on the public board. We also have stated on many occasions that this is a long term investment. dont expect overnight returns.
now if you feel that you got Fuked then that is your prerogative. Im not planning on selling a share till around the games. so im not concerned.
We are still in the infantry to a national or maybe international company that is going to be huge. Do you think that Coke or Microsoft where giants over night?
we all know that pink sheet stocks are companies that are just getting off the ground.
this difference between this one and other pinks, is we have tangible assets, and we are seeing growth. like this morning for instance, we are launching in yet again 2 more very large markets in the North of the country. we are starting to fill in the gaps, and it is only a matter of time. 16 million homes it will be available to in the next couple of months. we are going to be seeing lots more of these prs over the next months.
if you dont like the pps i can understand that, but this is investing. you take risk and the only time you loose in an investment is when you sell for less then you bought at. If you do that then you can only blame yourself.
relax hang in or get out, but stop complaining. You have choices, live with the choices you make. you can not get piissed with Frank for making bad choices if you make bad choices yourself.
this is pink land, and anything goes. I have choose to ride this to bankruptcy or fortune for the company. either way im not going to be upset just one will make me happier then the other.

Let's not forget, we are a PREMIUM channel. IF we start getting a lot of subscriptions it will only be easier to get into more markets! Cable companies make more off of a premium channel than a regular channel. If the demand is there, we are in the driver's seat.

Nice i hope they are planning another weekend kickoff in both cities!!!Keep the subs comin in guys!!!
Subs are everything for us...the pps will correct itself..relax....what we need to worry about is not getting enough subs...Getting these cities were huge because we were in a lull...
The more subs the more money per month, the more money advertisers will pay becaues of more viewers...the more respect we get, the bigger we come!!

Exactly MT. Every new subscription counts more than the last. We have high start up costs, a LOT of capital to get going. But there is basically no cost to us to add new subscriptions. Our costs are pretty fixed and once we have them covered, every subscription after that is profit.

The Syracuse Division of Time Warner Cable (serving 338,000+ customers) is owned by a partnership, Time Warner Entertainment - Advance/Newhouse (TWE-AN).
I did do some searching on there site and they don't list the news in there programming news section yet but it is pretty early to be putting info on there website.
Can't find an exact number on the Rochester Market.

They will not be buying back stock until they have a positive cash flow and I don't think they have that yet.

Do not let this day discourage you because the mood has been terrible of late....I am just glad the carriers are picking us up...the one thing i seriously was worrying about, was whether we would not get anymore carriers and were slowly going bankrupt and that nobody wanted QTN...i am wrong, the carriers are being signed on, and i say we only need a couple more cities to break even!!
