There are several other points, like
"He entered the television arena with a four-hour home shopping program which was the forerunner of the current home shopping channels." but never says "he sold it for billions.

I know I'm putting myself on a limb here, but I DD'd this subject to death and found nothing to back up the SUCCESSFUL SALE of any tv or radio station, or any background DD not provided by the company itself.

I've only invested maybe $2k into this, but I'm looking at needing to see .0020 before I break even. QBID hasn't "popped" since early 2004 when it ran to .02. Each successive high was *LOWER* than the last. Then we find out that Frank has been diluting the whole time and now we're sitting at the bottom. The only thing left now is for Frank to miss the audit date (which he's probably going to do) and for the SEC to get involved.

Welcome to the new CMKX folks. Frank hasn't given us any reason to think otherwise. And he *still* hasn't promised to stop diluting while this stock is under a penny.

The company understands there are people that will play devil's advocate and that is healthy, but to lie is different and it will not be tolerated. This porcess will not be easy due to the complexity of the internet, but we will continue to follow through.

I believe that the only way that you can state a fact right now on Frank's health is to see his medical records. If he is allowed to keep it a secret such as in the case of Magic J, than you are just calling him a liar until you can prove otherwise. You need to back up your suspicions before you dive into deep water. IMO

Don't start a pissing contest with me. If you think my comments about whiners were directed at you, so be it. But I never mentioned your name nor did I direct my comments to you.

And I have never revealed my personal investment in QBID, other than to say: I own shares, I like the company, and I believe Frank will get the job done. My beliefs, my opinions, my right to express them.

I welcome the chance to discuss any subject you choose . . . but it has to be face to face. No hiding behind screen names, no childish games. Just two adults sharing thoughts and debating opinions. Maybe we can do this in Vegas . . . but if we meet in Vegas, that means Q paid off and we won't have much to debate.

By the way, I define whining as publicly complaining about issues you cannot control, like "I'm getting older and hate it." Now that is a "whine" I can understand . . . but it's still whining.
