There are laws on the books for people that have HIV/AIDS that does not force them to disclose that type of information.
Richard stated that "Frank is not HIV"? HIV what? Richard can not get caught in a possible lie by posting what he did.
Frank did not disclose that he does not have AIDS in the letter, from what I read.
There are laws that protect HIV+ people from disclosing this type of information to people.
Look at Magic Johnson, he has had HIV for a long time now. Is Magic terminally ill? He has been taking drugs to supress the HIV strains in his blood.

10/17/2005 - Q&A on Message Boards (revised)
Dear Shareholders,
***The company has also asked me to ask shareholders not to respond to posters you think may have an agenda. It is my belief and the companies that these people are somehow rewarded by responses. We understand how difficult this will be, but we feel this will help our cause in ridding these people from the boards. Thanks
Thank you for allowing me to answer some concerns you had. Like we discussed, there will always be disgruntled investors attacking whatever or whoever they can to hurt a company. Remember, QTN/TMM has an open door policy and although all of us are very busy, we will answer any concern you may have. I promise you this, no poster on the message boards know anymore than the rest of you in regards to the business structure of QTN or TMM. If you decide to believe what they have to say fine, but understand you are listening to a person that has an agenda to spin.
I am outraged at the length some individuals will go and equally as perplexed as to the reason. It's evident these individuals do not own stock in TMM and to post hundreds of times a day is unbelievable.
For shareholders that could not be a part of today's discussion:
Frank is NOT HIV
I have never been associated with the firm that some represented I was with and I have never been in trouble with the SEC
I am the only Richard Brown at Equity Relations. My father was an officer of Equity Relations, but has never had interaction with the company and has never been in a finance related position for any company
TMM is not liquidating itself
Frank Olsen has controlling voting rights of TMM and QTN
VC's (Venture Capitalists) DO NOT control any portion of QTN or TMM
We will prosecute all individuals posting fallacies on the internet
We have been in contact with the parent companies that run these websites and they are working with us
IF TMM and ITS SUBSIDIARIES i.e. QTN, etc. is sold shareholders will be directly compensated based upon the tender offer
As for the rest of the questions, please dial in to the conference call on Wednesday. The details are listed on the Investor's section of the website.

10/14/2005 - Ruthless Tactics Concerning CEO's Health
From Frank Olsen:
"I am a proud member of the gay and lesbian community and I stand tall as a 62 year old gay man. I am, however, very disappointed that every time a gay man gets a sniffle or takes a pill, someone has to say he has AIDS. This has happened to me. As a result, I have to make the statement that I am NOT HIV positive in any way, nor do I have any terminal illness whatsoever. Anyone who DOES have AIDS, you are my brother/sister and I cherish you.
My medical records can be viewed by any independent doctor to verify that this statement is true. I DO have diabetes and some minor complications related to diabetes, but this in no way impairs me mentally or physically and is not serious.
These things have been said by people for their own benefit and gain. I am sorry I had to make this statement in the first place. That is all I have to say.
Frank Olsen
This poses a legitimate concern. If a CEO of a company were to fall ill, who would replace the CEO? Would the new CEO have the connections, and hold the same dominating prestige of the previous CEO?

Peaser, why doesn't this answer the question?

Wallace, not everyone who posts on the Q thread is scum, like everyone who post on CMKX is not scum. There will always be those posters that we do not like, but it is a free world, we can pick and choose to like or hate. We need to learn to respect the opinions of others, even if we do not agree with those opinions. And just because our opinions do not match, does not give me the right to insult, slander and be downright hateful.
Now of course this is JMHO for what it is worth

Do you see a loop hole in the statements made in the combined letters, along with my DD?

Frank stated that a contingency plan is in place if something happens to him.
That is another question for the CC. Thanks DIGDOUGH.
1) What is the contingency plan if the CEO were to fall ill where he/she was unable to perform the daily functions of CEO?
Please add this to the list of questions.
Get on those for true results. The Coquinone is good too. My 88 year old grandmother is my best customer. She's on like everything, she's been taking nutritionals since she was about 45 or so. She used to take Shak Lee products, but has not seen the results with the Shak Lee. We just lost my great grandmother last year, she was 106 years old, lived in Arkansas her whole life on a farm. She was a sparkplug.

Is seems odd to me that you guys are making a list of questions to ask at the CC, and then posting them for frank to have a complete list. I think it will be funny when frank goes right down the list with you guys. I can't figure out why your preparing him for it. Hummm

G I find interesting that YOU put a deadline on Frank when an OUTSIDE INDEPENDENT AUDITING company is in control of the audit. Also, any reasonable company would review an audit before publishing it. That alone could take a week. I would want Frank, and the auditors, to do all this right so others could not complain that they didn’t cover every base.
If it takes into November, I’ll still not sell my quarter billion+ shares. Do what you have to do. Lets all try and be adults here!

Dig… I don’t know about that! LOL I did tell the company that they should have a mid day stock report show highlighting gay owned/friendly business to invest in to.

Jennifer You are absolutely correct. Even simple audits are pretty unpredictable, especially one covering multiple years and (it appears) multiple corporate IDs, since Frank inherited the history of the original "shell" he bought.
A good audit usually requires verifying every piece of the puzzle as it appears and can be delayed repeatedly if any piece is not perfectly in place. I'm as impatient as everyone else, but an audit is certainly one of life's events that you want "done right" since it is very labor intensive and cannot be "redone" cheaply.
So, the audit will be done when it's done, and Frank will release it when he releases it. I don't see much any of us can do to speed up that process.

I don't know if there is a board of directors. I only heard of a CEO, vice pres, etc,. I guess thats the board by darn it. Unless they are out sourcing.

Something like that would make sense, on that kind of network. Like on the world news.
I asked this a few times before, but befroe I ask Q, does anybody know where the advertisers went that used to be on the Q website? Have they grown out of that phase?

im a big fan of qbid but with all this bashing going on i think i get the feeling that most people will sell off when the audit comes if theres a good rise in the pps. honestly,i think im gonna be one of them..because if alot of people sell off itll bring the price back down.so maybe itll be best to sell then get back into it once things stabalize and q is on a steady uptrend..just my opinion ofcourse.because remember one thing..were not gonna go on the other bulletin board for another 5-6 months anyways. so im sure there will be a big gap of time where the pps is fluctuating.anyways guys,im going to the meeting tomorow and i will hopefully be the first one that posts all the details being that i live 15 mins away from burbank ..anybody have any really good questions they want me to ask ??
