In my opinion it doesn't matter. A buyer will be looking at the condition of the company at the time of purchase. The only past history he'd be interested in is any that may affect the present or future, like if there was any activity for which the company can be liable for.

L2 support has steadily eroded over the last 2 trading days.
I still am betting that we fall to .0005-.0006 before the shareholder meeting, and if this meeting is anything like the last one, it could very well plummet back to .0001. I am holding off buying any more at this time. IMHO the chance of the pps falling furhter is more certain than the possibility of the pps raising.

No... I dont think they will be getting a visit from the SEC. From what I can tell, they aren't doing anything illegal per se, except maybe for misleading in regard to a buyback that may not have occurred.

If he says zero, then I would ask, what their investigation has turned up in regard to his endless supply of shares that he is selling, since Frank has announced twice already that they are investigating share shorting and Market Manipulation!

------------------------------------------------- Personaly I would not like to see anyone put more money in this stock till the dilution issue is resolved... Also, there are political forces in DC that have a differant view of things in general, than the average Q invester... If they can, they will direct the full force of the SEC towards this stock and company.. The Christian coalition has this and other companies that promote homosexual behavior on there hit lists.. It may not be fair, but it is a reality that has to be considered.. They may really ramp up efforts because the current administration looks like it is going to lose power, and they wiil double there efforts accross the board on issues they deem as immoral to try an get there agenda through before they lose power.. There are many good running stocks right now without all kinds of political baggage.. Maybe some here can recoup some losses by playing them..

father of two it sorta sounds like you want to load up further and arent getting filled at .0009 anymore ? am i correct? come on now we all know it is possible for this to go back to .0001 but realistically what are the odds it has been holding steadily for a few days now at .0009-.001 any positive news and this thing is ready to blow upwards. its just a matter of time.i have stated many times that i would love for the pps to go lower so that i could be buying more but it doesnt appear that the level 2's are eroding that badly.if anything in my utmost humble opinion we are creating a support level at these levels. im going to be bold and contrarian to FOT i think and am publicly stating that buy the close on friday we will be trading at or above .0013 !!! lets see who is right. most likely we are both wrong and we will hover around these levels for longer than anyof us would like hehe.

it sorta sounds like you want to load up further and arent getting filled at .0009 anymore...... I bought some a couple days ago at .0009 and sold at .0011 bought on the bid and sold on the ask! Yes, I will load up again, but it won't be at these levels. VERT on the ask is the key. He is selling someones shares! question is Whose shares is he selling? Until he stops, this will continue to go down. Over a month ago, I called the attention to VERT on the ask driving this down.
it has been holding steadily for a few days now at .0009-.001.... you are right, and the MM's on the bid have gone from 12 down to about 3 now. This support at 9 is falling and my bet is tomorrow, we hit .0008
any positive news and this thing is ready to blow upwards...Lets see.. RCN in Chicago, TW in Rochester and Syracuse. New programs and live shows. That is all very good news, and the pps went to???????... nowhere!
i know fatheroftwo is a respected member on allstocks ... I appreciate the vote of confidence as it has taken a huge beating lately, but all I can do is encourage everyone to do their own DD! If I was more upbeat about QBID, I would be singing and praising in hopes of creating more excitement around its potential. I still see huge potential in QBID, but until I see a clearer picture of what is happening with share dilution, I will call it like it I see it!
i would rather see guys like rickpic and father of two supporting qbid .... you have my support. However, nothings sucks more than buying a stock and seeing it go down after you buy it. Now if it goes up and then comes back down and I failed to capitalize and sell for a profit, then it is my own fault. But to see a company dumping a couple Billion shares into the market, and mislead us all with buyback PR's, I get a little upset with that, because I never had a chance to make any money! Like I said before, I will and do support Qbid and their efforts, all I am saying is now may not be the right time to buy in!
