Sorry that I didn't do the blow by blow as I promised but I was having problems remembering my password....dang autofill feature...
Looks like others handled that flawlessly. So kudos all.
As for the CC. I laughed out loud a few times during the call and cringed a few times as well.
My only major concern is that Frank didn't speak in professional manner to the shareholders. I know he is from a different school of business considering his age but a few of the comments were on the questionable side. I thought some of the stuff he said was really funny but I'm not running a company that must not only be head and shoulders above the rest...it needs to present itself in a manner that would dispell common stereotypes of GLBT population and make everyone in the GLBT family proud.
All in all I don't think we're any further ahead but we certainly aren't any further behind either.
Audit will make or break this thing as many have said in the past.

I have a question. Frank has stated many times, and there was a PR mentioning it... What is meant by we will be in 150 markets? Does this mean cities? Yesterday Frankie mentioned it again and I am not sure what he means. Does it mean that Q will be available via carries in 150 "markets" or that our signal will be broadcasting via NTI to 150 "markets?" There is a big difference. Any thoughts?

150 cities on specific carriers...
if i recall so, we are already nationwide on that Big C band satillete, but that doesnt mean much..
so yes i guess the gay games contract is 150 cities on specific carriers...
A satillte deal will do it..
If you count up what we already have indcluding the last CC, you will get somewhere around 10 i think

Rod Good summary. It's simple supply and demand. Any 10-year-old baseball card collector can explain the process in great detail.
-A glut of shares means low prices. Each seller is competing with other sellers to find a buyer and has to discount his price to sell shares.
-A shortage of shares means high prices. Each buyer is competing with other buyers for a limited number of shares. We need a shortage of shares to see any PPS improvement.
Frank told us yesterday that in the past he has bought assets with company shares and that the restriction on most of those shares has lapsed. For whatever reason, the owners of these shares are selling them now, which produces a share glut and therefore low prices. When those shares are gone, anyone wanting shares will have to pay a higher price, and the PPS will rise based on that demand.
I think most of us already knew Frank was buying assets with shares (it's common practice in business). Our concern was when he would stop. He told us yesterday he doesn't plan to use shares to buy assets in the future. This is very good news.
So, the primary question I have now is how many shares are left to be dumped at these low prices, which will help us know when we can expect a rise in the PPS.

Frank needs to be monitored closely on the O/S issue. Because in one sentence he was saying that he would like to get Mary Hartman using more issued shares, then at the end of the meeting he was talking about buying back if neccessary to get the price up. A bit of a contradiction and one that will have to be addressed in the days ahead. JMO. Or am I just off my rocker.

DIG I guess I missed the part about using shares to buy Mary Hartman. I just remember him saying he wanted the series, and later that he did not intend to use shares for future purchases. I need to hear the whole CC again. Don't think it will change my overall opinion, but I do want to have all the facts. Thanks for pointing this out.

Frank doesn't need to buy anything else. I hate to think that Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman could be a catalyst for further downward spiraling. If we were talking $$ here, it would be ludicrous.

In one breath he said the only reason he would issue more shares is if he needed to for the Mary Hartman series. That no one owns rights to the series or the song.
Then he goes on in a very rash way to say well we just MUST do something about this pps issue. he says we should be around .005 and seems clueless how close to absolute "nothing" we are.
He then says "well that's it, we're going ot meet on this right away and have an answer by the end of the week! we need to do something about this pps, even if it means we need to 'find' money for a buyback, i don't know he says, we just need to do it...
And goes on to say "well we will have the meeting 'next' week and get answers."
or something to that effect. im not trying to quote frank directly, i listened and that's what i heard, and the way he was just throwing stuff out there- felt like he was flyin by the seat of his pants. with my money.
HERE'S MY QUESTION:
--> WHY when we dropped below a penny did Frank issue a PR saying we are seriously UNDERVALUED then once we're lookin at .000x's say we SHOULD be around .005???!!!

The positive that can be taken from this is that Frank has finally come clean and told the truth about who is diluting and the acutal sharecount including his...
So now the cat is out of the bag ( i think thats how the saying goes) and is priced into the pps...
So now we know the bad news, still trading at .0007x.0008 and have news on the way for audit realesal by oct 31st and 4 more carrier news in the coming days or weeks...
And if VERT truely is finishing up his restricted share dilution i would expect to see a good 4 bagger from these current levels in the next 2 months

one thing i want to hear closer as well in the CC:
Frank said that of the 53% that is his, he has it distributed between himself and his 15 foster children? and, he goes on to say that not all of them has converted their common to preferred.
so that would mean that the entire 53% was never converted, very contrary to what he has said in the past.
he mumbled his way through that part, but i am pretty sure that's what he said. i was on a mobile phone, so it wasn't easy to catch it all

yes i heard exactly that. i heard the number 19? maybe it was 15 who cares really but yeah I heard the conversion wasn't complete. so what does that mean?

bb.. you are right.. but hte 53% conversion pr came out before they issued more shares for the teleport purchase.. and when Frank issues shares for a purchase, he also issues some to himself so he can maintain the 53% majority.... so any shares added at a later date probably have not been converted to preferred!
