I agree MT. I am more excited than I was before. And I don't feel I am blindly pumping (maybe a little naive, but not blind). I don't like the 44 billion number either, but let's do some math.
Assume the entire 50 billion a/s is out by this time next year.
If the company is worth just $1 billion, that is still .02 per share!! And that valuation is based solely on existing assets ignoring subscriptions, advertising, etc..
Basically, the numbers work. Each investor has to decide for themselves if they trust Frank to make it work or not.
And just so people don't freak out if the audit isn't out by next Friday, he said Halloween and that is the next Monday!!

He did say he would not dilute for ANYTHING from her out without a shareholder vote and that he would abstain from it. The way he said it though, I am not sure that it included the Mary Hartman purchase. I think that was actually why he even mentioned the Mary Hartman purchase, because it was already in the works and he was talking about anything new that might come up. IMO

the reason i thought i cc was good is because i met frank before the prior week..i know he talks with a little slur but the bottomline is that he presents himself as a very sincere man..so i can appreciate his honesty..remember when somebody asked him a question and he started screamin at that person..lol...i was lmao when that happened..but ye nyc is good news as well as him saying he will sell restricted if the stock goes lower..i can see why people think the cc sucked...but i guess i maybe naive because i thought it was nothing but the honest truth ,and i think we all have good things to come..so theres no reason for people to talk negative because then the investors who read our message boards will get a funny feeling...good night guys..cant wait till tommorow

and yea Amex, is not where I'd like to see any 'long hold' stock. But I won't be holding this long, as I stated earlier. I don't see it 'long' with 44 billion in the pot....after the R/S. I'll look again...GL....

I think he said he would not consider issuing any more restricted shares unless it was to buy the Mary Hartman movies, but he said that he would not do it without a shareholder vote and he would not count his shares in the vote.

in comparision TWC has 3.1M in NYC and im sure that San diego COX has a good 400K subs there...
so about 3.5M out of those two cities...
DISH i believe has 10M subs and DIRECTV i believe has 16M..

The investor page on the QTN website http://qtelevision.com/site/investorinfo.asp has at least two PRs that say that there will not be a R/S under the current management. To quote one of them "THERE WILL BE NO REVERSE SPLIT as long as Triangle Multimedia (ticker:QBID) is owned and operated by the current management team."

Frank also said in the CC, that he wants the greatest CEO and President, so he can sit back and say, I built that.....in order for this stock to increase it's PPS, 44 billion needs to be reduced....the audtit needs to be released and fully compliant with Sec rules.....AND, show incoming revenue, that EXCEEDS market cap.....JMHO.....GL....

It can be done if they buy back enough stock.
Don't you think there would be lawsuits if he did a R/S when he has said very publicly on multiple occasions that he would not?
