quote:GET USED TO THIS DEW-IT. FRANK THE FRAUD OLSEN HAS PITCHED SO MANY DIFFERENT STORIES THAT YOU CAN'T BELIEVE ANYTHING. LIES ON TOP OF LIES ON TOP OF LIES.
You're starting to get stale, your argument this time is EXTREMELY weak. In the last 5 years, yes, Frank has lied, but if this audit comes out at the end of the month, none of that is going to matter anymore. We'll be able to value Q exactly as we should.
BTW folks, fair warning:
Charts are prepped for a drop with MACD crossing divergence. It'll probably be a short one though, and it might steady out by tuesdayish of next week. We'll probably see .0006 though. Lower highs and lower lows means someone is selling. If we hold steady through tuesday, though. And VERT gets off the ASK, we may see a pop. Any pop past .0010 would be a head confirmation and any pop past .0014 would be a shoulder confirmation on a reverse head and shoulders trend reversal.
If you're wondering why these numbers change each time I mention them it is because the trend reversal confirmation has to drop as the PPS drops. What we need to see is a high that bests a previous high. A .0010 next week would do exactly that. A longer-term .0014 next month would establish that. If we see .0017 in November 2005, we may actually be looking at the full trend-reversal. You can quote me on that.
I for one would love to see that audit becuase that's about the only thing that can reverse this trend. However this is why I've continued to keep the powder dry.

Thanks for the good info HS!
I'm stuck on the question as to how they recorded 325 episodes, between 1976-1978. Was it a daily show taped live? Had to be! http://tinyurl.com/bwt9g

IMO we will never aquire the Mary Hartman series, I believe Frank said it was a long time dream of his.
Personally, I hope he completes his dream of QTV before moving on to Mary Hartman.
David: OK cool i'll look into it more later. Judging from my opinion of what I saw of that show when it ran, I wouldn't want all of them to air anyway. Dream on Frank.

DIG I did a short search and didn't find your answers, but I "think" I remember it being on every night like a soap opera. It was odd, well ahead of its time, addressed issues no one else would touch and had a great cast. This is a very brief summary:
"Plot Summary for Mary Hartman, Mary Hartman (1976). Set in fictional Fernwood, Ohio, this deliriously demented serial focused on the beleaguered heroine Mary Hartman, an average American housewife. In the first year, Mary suffered the travails of mass murder, adultery, venereal disease, homosexuality, religious cults, and UFO sightings, before she finally succumbed to a nervous breakdown on a syndicated talk show."
Actually very funny, very controversial, very radical and created some great characters.

Ginvest...i am going to disagree with you that they are diluting for operational costs...
Its only my opinion, but i believe that they are getting the money from investment bankers at 12-16% interest rates...
Its 1Million dollars per month and who knows how much Frank is putting in as much...
VERT is selling restricted shares, imo
So, i dont want to get in a big arguement, but i dont think they are diluting shares for operational costs...But yes i do think they diluted pretty big for the studio

For those of you trying to buy at .0007 & not going through,,,
Try a buy at .00072 & it will! My broker just executed a trade at .00071. Don't ask me how he did this or what it means. I've never seen that fifth digit below the decimal point before!

he did say it was not all converted, but they where working to convert it all to preefered.

Frank said that of the 53% that is his, he has it distributed between himself and his 15 foster children? and, he goes on to say that not all of them has converted their common to preferred.
so that would mean that the entire 53% was never converted, very contrary to what he has said in the past.
he mumbled his way through that part, but i am pretty sure that's what he said. i was on a mobile phone, so it wasn't easy to catch it all
anyone else hear that? ~BB

it has been stated that it looks like Frank is intentionally keeping the price down.
what if the reason is that by letting the holders of the restricted stock sell at these levels, he can buy them up cheaper then if the price ran up and they held on to them.
point in case, maybe Frank is buying up the restricted as they are sold to the open market at a lesser price then he would if they choose to hold on to them.
you gotta remember that Frank is a master at buying out companies for pennies on the dollar.
This is only a thought that i had but this could be what he is doing.
by the sound of things this audit has been done for some time. it is was not done, he could not commit to having it out by the end of the month.
he is hold off as long as he can to shake to restricted shares out at a lower price.
Dirty dealing but the way they are doing it, the holders of the restricted shares are selling on their own.
some thing to think about.
again this is pure speculation and dont ask me to prove that it is happening that way because i cant prove it. It is something that just popped into my head in the last couple of minutes. Im still digesting all the info in the conference call.
im still 2 pages behind on reading and im just catching up between calls so im not ignoring anyone intentionally, im just on the companies dime right now and really should not be here lol

One thing that keeps running through my head is wondering how many filings QTN will put out once this inital audit is completed. Obviously it will be much easier for them to do so since they will not have to go over as much history as this audit. I just think it would be great for QBID to start releasing filings and not just pr's. That makes the company much more professional in my eyes. Matt

whiz What broker are you using? Ameritrade won't accept my bid of more than 4 decimals, but I know some brokers must allow it because I've seen many trades execute with 5 decimals.

Yep! We need to expect regular filings after the audit is published!

Believe it or not I use Scottrade and I do not do it on line! I'm not a daytrader.
