They did not need the export license after all for CT at least. Check out Yahoo finance. The news is on the home page there.

They are not annoucing the numbers for the deals they make, because that's the restriction from SEC when you file SB-2. It's called "quite period" when you file SB-2.

This is the second update for the SB-2 that they just submitted. I bet you SEC told them the first time to slow down with the anoucments, because that's againts the rules.

If company fundamentals change significantly during those kind of filings, the company can not really report that. Weird rule, but sort of makes sense.

Appolo is dumping shares. They are being paid in shares for the PR/legal stuff. That's the problem. We need the uplist. We are suppose to hear from SEC next week on the uplist.

Ok...I was wrong on the EOD price for today.

I wasn't expecting the OPEN price to be higher than yesterday's EOD price. That threw it off and allowed it to gain .0005. Otherwise, my statement would have been true.

It looks like the lines have crossed the stocks path, which is a good signal that this may start it's uptrend.

I'm estimating that this will be a few pennies higher tomorrow or it'll trade sideways and remain unchanged.

GLTA

Just my opinion.

Looks like the opposite as we are heading down into the low .03's now. Showing no bottom in site if you chart it out. I knew I should have dumped this stock when it was in a decline. Still thinking I should as it is obvious that shares are constantly being sold into news. All I can say is something isn't right as no matter what the news is, we see red!!! I think it could get seriously worse if we do drop below the penny mark. I need to consider selling now and then picking it back up once the charts show we are out of the nose dive that we have been seeing for the last several months now.

Interesting post from IHUB today

Arsoft competition gets hit hard
http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/060202/20060202005348.html?.v=1

------------------------------------------------
It's a strike against Actsoft's primary competitor *ROAD! They may be losing their network carrier for their services. That would be a huge boost for Actsoft (and us).

------------------------------------------------

Verzion/ARDI news is the best i have heard in 6 months!!!!

DO YOU ALL know what this means to use?!!!!
Nextel and Actsoft will SWOOP in and get it ALL!!!

no wonder actsoft has been hiring regional managers all over the country like mad!
oh man oh man i just got real positive again.....this is great! The potential for actosoft is untapped.

HISC has CYKC's cyberkey for sale on their website. This is a link to CYKC's ad on military.com for their cyberkey.

http://benefits.military.com/misc/DC/DealCoupon.jsp?deal_id=20893

Soon CYKC will get the cyber tracker some exposure on military.com this will help HISC get their products in front in the right people (the military). The more exposure for HISC products the better. It's all coming together.

Jan 23, 2006 PR
"According to the terms of the agreement, CyberKey will be marketing and selling Homeland Integrated Security Systems' product lines on the same government and military websites that have generated over $200,000 in sales of the CyberKey(TM) products over the past two months. In return, Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. will be carrying the CyberKey(TM) product line in their Cyber Cynergy retail locations, beginning first quarter 2006.

HISC - Cyber Tracker was featured on the CBS affiliate ( KMOV ) in St. Louis last night on the 6:00 PM news.

http://www.kmov.com/news/asseenonnews4/stories/kmov_localnews_060203_kerrgadgets.68a9e275.html

The segment was concerned with the safety aspect of keeping track of family members. A good interview was taped at the Vegas show with Adam Clough demonstrating the various gps tracking capabilities and communications back to the home computer or cell phone messaging when preset parameters such as location or vehicle speeds are exceeded along with the "push to talk" added feature. Price was quoted at around $500.00 and available mid summer. It was also cited as the "best of show" when compared to other products shown. In any case, it was nice to see the advertising and exposure.

SBS, do you work for Apple? Stop pumping this. I understand Apple has a deal with HISC, but please, it insults my intelligence. You know exactly what I’m talking about.

TA I don't work for Apple. I'm just an investor in HISC. I post information I believe other serious investors (not daytraders) would be interested in knowing about the company.

ASHEVILLE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 7, 2006 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) announced today it plans to pursue possible merger and acquisition candidates in order to speed up its move to uplist its stock to either the NASDAQ Bulletin Board, the NASDAQ, or AMEX exchange.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. has begun to pursue other merger and acquisition opportunities with companies already listed on a larger exchange. The desired result would be for Homeland Integrated Security Systems and ActSoft to be traded on that exchange.

"We believe that it is in the best interest of our shareholders to have found a faster way to reach the goal of placing our stock on a larger and more regulated exchange," said Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. CEO, Frank A. Moody, II. "We believe this move will be better for our company and our shareholders."

The identity of the target company, as well as the exchange on which it is traded, has not yet been released.

Last year, the Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. board of directors decided to uplist the company's stock from the Pink Sheets to The NASDAQ Bulletin Board, and filed an SB-2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission in December 2005 to begin that process, which takes several months to complete. Since then, Homeland Integrated Securities has completed and filed its two years of audited financial statements.

"In plain English, the reason we are doing this is we are in a hurry to get some things accomplished," Moody said. "We're small, we have a chance to grow right now, and we want to seize the opportunity."

"In the past few weeks we have found significant opportunities, both in the United States and in the Middle East, which require us to take some actions that could not be taken if we were restricted under the rules of the 'quiet period' that accompanies our SB-2 filing," Moody said. "One advantage of a small company is that it is nimble, and we need to reclaim that."

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. has filed notice with the SEC to withdraw the SB-2, effective immediately.

"The reason for the withdrawal is simple," Moody said. "The rules wouldn't allow us to pursue both the SB-2 and the acquisition at the same time, so we had to choose.

"Negotiations for the proposed acquisition should be completed with an offer tendered to the shareholders during the 2nd quarter of this year," said Moody.

That acquisition is in addition to the Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. merger with ActSoft.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. is arranging for a nationwide teleconference with its shareholders to discuss this and other issues relating to the business. This teleconference also will include a Web-based demonstration of the company's Cyber Tracker, which is now in full production.

Details of the teleconference and Webcast will be announced within the next couple of weeks.

For more information on Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. or the Cyber Tracker, please see www.hissusa.com.

they hope to be swallowed/merged with a bb stock. Just happens to be that the BB listed HMSC is starting its bizz of acquiring homeland security stocks any day now! This could be fun to watch!

I am ambivalent about the whole thing. This is also a golden opportunity to accomplish a reverse split while doing a merger. Depends on who the companies are and who is buying who. The PR makes it sound like HISC is looking to BUY into a merger and be the surviving company. Only time will tell if this is good or not. In the meantime it makes the decision whether to buy more infinitely harder.
And, of course, the PPS dropped on the news....hard to figure...

The PPS dropped cause HISC removed the paperwork for uplisting. Instead they are seeking a company that is already on the BB......cough HMSC.......cough HMSC merger!!!!

I think it would instantly go pennyland on the same day! Together, they would see the dollar range within the year. Investors would be jumping over themselves trying to buy the stock as it brings instant revenue, financial backing, government contracts, and one Homeland Security Corporation Powerhouse.

???Maybe???

Both companies are week so I don't know about a power house when there combined. That's the only thing that i have a problem with. However, if there is any truth that hisc is looking at merging with hmsc then it is without a doubt worth picking up a few shares

Both of them are sub-pennies. In sub-pennyland, NOTHING happens instantly. There is a great deal of studying to be done to find out if this is a good thing.
Number one on the list is that a HISC/HMSC merger is PURE SPECULATION at this point.
Wish everyone would try to remember that so that things dont get out of hand.

I couldn't disagree more. HMSC has the 51 million to finance. HISC has several great products. HMSC has government connections. HISC has revenue starting to come in. HMSC has BB power and great leadership. Together, you have a company with great leadership, financial backing, and stellar products to sell to the government for MONEY!
