I'm not sinking any more money into this company until I see some positive movement. Rather end up with a moderate gain than flush a bunch down the crapper.

Another fluff PR..... I think this is all good news but where's the product now shipping news etc. And I agree we will not likely see big moves in PPS until financials are out. Or when the actual move to the BB's is complete and or a big seaport contract! IMO

Good luck all, Bob

Homeland Integrated Security Systems' Cyber Tracker a Hit at 2006 International CES

Revolutionary GPS Device Receives Media, Industry Attention

LAS VEGAS, NV -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/11/06 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.'s (OTC: HISC) Cyber Tracker drew considerable attention at the 2006 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES®) held in Las Vegas January 5-8. Representatives from industries including automotive, fleet management, military, and security were constant visitors to the Cyber Tracker demonstrations being conducted at company's booth. The CES is the largest consumer electronics show in the world, attracting more than 140,000 attendees from 115 countries witnessing the introduction of thousands of new products and technologies from more than 2,500 exhibitors.

In addition to the industry attention, the Cyber Tracker also drew interest from news media attending the CES. Homeland Integrated Security Systems representatives were interviewed by numerous news organizations including National Public Radio (NPR), Home & Garden Television (HGTV), the British Broadcasting Corporation (BBC) and the Public Broadcasting System (PBS). The Cyber Tracker was also recently featured in The Boston Globe and The Mercury-News of San Jose, CA.

"The response the Cyber Tracker received at the 2006 International CES was incredible," said Frank Moody, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems. "Over and over again we heard positive comments about the Cyber Tracker, its features and its capabilities. It certainly was one of the stars of the show."

The Cyber Tracker is a revolutionary GPS device that features reliable GPS tracking, geo-fencing, and push-to-talk technology. The Cyber Tracker's convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know the exact location of a person or object. It features an extended battery life.

Developed by Homeland Security Systems, Inc., the Cyber Tracker is the first of its kind to offer this combination of technology in an inexpensive tracking device that monitors a vehicle's location, stops, and speed. With the geo-fencing technology, users can designate areas that are restricted or off limits. If a vehicle carrying the device enters those areas, a notification is sent to the owner's desktop computer or PDA device. Push to talk technology enables others to be in voice contact with the driver at any time.

Applications for the Cyber Tracker include tracking of teenage drivers, fleet vehicle tracking, school bus monitoring and as a safety device for individuals including children, the elderly, and hunters and outdoorsmen.

Even though this company has a lot going for them, I get a little worried when I see the "other" Homeland stock(HSCC) also sells GPS devices and is having more movement of late. Also, CESY is changing their name to Homeland as well. I hate that there are so many with the same name, would think it could confuse investors, no? Any thoughts on this?

Some DD on ACTSOFT from IHub. Interesting!!!!

Post #of 17380

After Doing D.D for an hour ACTSOFT results MUST READ!!

Basically there are 4 that MRM providers out that are getting noticed.Atroad is the big gun and is doing over 80 million a year and getting large contracts. The other two are still private corporations. Both have very nice websights.
Actsoft is getting its share. But now i see why they wanted to merge with HISC so much. The cybertracker is essentially the ultimate tracking device on the market. Some of its features if you look at the last link are not even fully available to the public or being utilized yet.
Actsoft by getting public with HISC puts them up against Atroad in a public company and will be able to make them explode with growth over the two private companies. So with actsoft projected to do exceed 12 million this year (and from the last link its not going to stop there ) MRM is exploding and will continue to grow like mad.Being a number two or three player in the area in the years to come makes this a lucative stock to own.
We can bet once everything gets rolling theres no wonder Frank isnt considering merging or selling out to another company until HISC pps is over $6.00
If HISC management handles this right we are going to EXPLODE from the actsofts application to cybertracker being a standard.
Thats why this is so important.
I included each companies link as well as the U.S Mobile 2005 report at the bottom.
Tell me what you all think?

http://www.demo.com/demonstrators/demo2004mobile/54914.html

Looks like there are 4 companies in competition with each other.
Actsoft,Xora,Televigation, AtRoad

http://www.televigation.com/

http://www.atroad.com/main.html

Atroad is already trading on the nadaq under the ticker ARDI for $5.46 a share.

Canada IS selling Cyber Trackers...

I'm not very good at getting info out of people but I am ok at least in starting a contact. Yesterday I sent an email to Valley Associates up in Canada who's website has said for a couple months.. I just asked the simple question of "Are you guys selling that new Cyber Tracker yet?"

This answered this morning and said YES they are selling the CT and that it is in the process of being certified by Telus and they have started the certification process with Rogers Wireless.

If anyone wants to take it further let me know. They gave me their point mans contact info and said do not hesitate to ask more.

I did notice that their point man is in their "maritimes sector".

The job of a PR team is too help drive the stock. True, it is up to the company to what they want to release to public. Overall, seeing how the stock ended at the low of the day, only makes me believe we have more bottom to go.

Rules, Don't know what to think. Never expected to drop below .05 again.... but you know it's a pink.(For now). They should be due for a year end financial report soon. And I would expect an increase again! IMO.
I should have sold my free shares and could have grown my share count even more, but I keep thinking big news will be out and this thing will run hard again so I'm holding. Also ready with some cash to buy in for more if we appear to run on news!

All just my opinion and I still think will be an exceptional company. Actsoft is a big plus as well.

Good Luck,

Bob

I really don't understand investors and this stock. I know people want to call news like this "Fluff PR", but nevertheless it is very good news for a company that is continuing to make strides in building its cutomer base and acquistions to undoubtedly become a much stronger and successful company in the near future. Why would the stock go down then? I would think a 6 million est in sales from this merger should make investors want to BUY this rather than SELL it!! Can comeone explain why this stock is on such a downward spiral? It should at the very least stay the same, not keep reaching new LOWs when nothing but GOOD NEWS is advertised for them? WTF??!?!?!?!?!

I am watching this stock and have been reading the last few posts. It makes me nervous to see people asking why a stock can go down on good news. I have been in stocks that go down on good news because the company just dumped another billion shares out there on the good news and their MM company was selling said shares into the good news making the money for the company and not for the share holder. On the pinks, they need not announce these types of moves. PLNI has ruined my trust in these companies. I really dont think any pink is a long. Trade em folks...dont invest here. Trade them.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Receives Purchase Order From Louisiana Based Rentrop Tugs, Inc.
Wednesday January 25, 9:22 am ET

ASHEVILLE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 25, 2006 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) announced today that it has received purchase orders for IDEN based, patent pending Cyber Trackers from Rentrop Tugs, Inc. The Company will begin shipping product to Rentrop Tugs, Inc. immediately for its use with web-based cameras, and utilizing the Tracker's GPS technology for scheduling and management.

According to American Waterways Operators (AWO), the national association representing The Inland and Coastal Tugboat, Towboat and Barge industries, the overall industry is comprised of nearly 4,000 tugboats and towboats, and in excess of 27,000 barges. Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.'s management estimates the untapped market for Cyber Tracker's web based camera technology to be worth millions, which does not include reoccurring revenue from software and connection charges.

This industry moves over 800 million tons of cargo a year on our nation's inland and coastal waterways. The AWO provides expert information on issues affecting this vital economical and environmentally friendly segment of America's commercial transportation system. The industry allows the United States to take advantage of one of its greatest natural resources, the 25,000-mile waterway system, and represents $5 billion annually to the U.S. economy, carrying 15% of the nation's commerce for 2% of the nation's freight bill.

"The Cyber Tracker is the 'all in one' communication device that the marine transportation industry has been waiting for. The Cyber Tracker will dramatically increase the efficiency of our operations. We look forward to the competitive advantage the Cyber Trackers will bring to our business, and we plan to add additional units to our fleet of towboats and tugboats," stated Patrick Rentrop, Rentrop Tugs, Inc.

"The Cyber Tracker, utilizing Web-based Camera technology, is an extremely valuable tool for this industry which represents billions of dollars in assets. The 'Web Cam Cyber Tracker' is not only designed to track these assets, but will also allow users to get a real visual of their asset(s) and what irregularity could have set off the alarm. Images from the 'Web Cam Cyber Tracker' can be sent directly from the device to a home computer, lap top, cell phone, or PDA," stated Ian Riley, CTO, Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.

West,

Price tends to be a function of demand. HISC shows much promise but has many millions of shares outstanding. Many people have bought and are holding for run up. Many more are averaging down.

Being on the pinksheet exchange (and to a lessor degree on the otcbb). Low volume is met with manipulation. It is easy to get the price to go down when volume/interest is low. People short the stock. People know the uplist...the next big news was not going to happen first time around so chance of significant news is lower. I expect to have a slight run up in the next couple weeks in anticipation of the uplist/acquisition of Arcsoft. If it does not happen expect another round of shorting/decreasing price share until mid march.

The price will go up when demand goes up. People are afraid to buy since the price trend is down. No one, including me, wants to own/buy stock that is decreasing in value. However it only takes one good news event, ie something material, and the price will elevate. If you are in at that time you make money. Price should continue to elevate if HISC executes. We need confirmation of uplist, arcsoft acquisition and that orders are being filled, new orders initiated. If you wait till then you will lose significant upside potential.

We will make money here if... Hisc continues above board and executes. We are able to average down as price drops. And we are here (owners) when news occurs. It is risk and reward basically. At this point risk is about 50% downside with possible 500% or more upside. Do not risk more than you can afford to lose (cardinal rule of investing). Lets keep our fingers crossed and hope we make lots of money. I have been holding now for 6 mos, avg approx 6 cents, 500K shares and hope to sell at much higher price with long term cap gains.

Good luck to all!

For starters, HISC cannot be shorted by the average investor so I believe shorting is not the issue here. My personal belief is that the CEO is dumping shares during any and all new releases. My guess is the float is getting larger but since the company does not have to report, they can unload and add shares to the market without making that disclosure. Bottom line is that HISC has more bottom to go as they approved adding 20 billion shares to the float nearly a year ago and can at any time elect to honor those rights. One can look at the float right now and I am sure many may say the float isn't getting any larger. However, keep in mind those numbers may only be as accurate as the company wants to disclose.

More good progress. I guess this means the export license was approved. didnt see a PR indicating such, but appears they are sending products over seas!!!

I would think this should draw some more attention to HISC. Still an excellent penny stock in my opinion.

Goodluck,
Bob

IMO.....

Today's EOD price will be lower than yesterday's EOD price.

It's still in a downtrend and hasn't reached it's bottom yet.

I believe it will drop even lower.

GLTA

Just my opinion.....
