Homeland Integrated Security Systems Anticipating Increased Revenue and Uplisting to the OTCBB in 2006
With Final Testing of the CyberTracker Now Completed, Merger With ActSoft Imminent, and International Strategic Alliances in Place and More Developing, Anticipated Revenues in 2006 Are Expected to Exceed Budgeted Goals of $55 Million
12/28/2005 8:20:02 AM

Hey Ed! Last time I heard a pinkie announce they would have great revenues, well... it was GRYF. Didn't they also said they were going to OTCBB? I'm not sure. Anyway, you should be careful.

I sure don't want to jinx it, I own HISC, but I just wanted to explain why I won't be buying more.

Good luck to us all in 2006.

Yeah, GRYF turned out to be a turkey. They havent even had the decency to tell us anything.
I think this one might be different but only time will tell. BTW, I'm still hoping to get more HISC.
As you said, good luck to us all.

HISC Boston Globe Ad

Track a terrorist, or just a troublesome teenager
By Mark Baard | January 2, 2006

Security
We hope you didn't finish the previous year bailing your teenager out of the pokey after a wild New Year's party. But if you did, why not start 2006 as more than a parent? Be a well-equipped spy, too.

The Cyber Tracker is a clever way to bust your clueless rebel as he races his car to the beach after midnight. Just toss the sturdy, tamper-proof Cyber Tracker -- it's 1 by 5 by 5 inches -- in the back of the car before he leaves, and then track him from your PC at home.

The Cyber Tracker will send alerts to your mobile phone or Blackberry if your teenager is driving too fast, or has been parked too long at Inspiration Point.

Cyber Tracker's maker, Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc., is one of many firms cashing in on the national security craze. But HISS is among the few marketing a sophisticated product both as a tool for securing the homeland (through tracking of commercial vehicles), and for tracking members of one's own family. The company will be showing off the Cyber Tracker this week at the Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. You can also use Cyber Tracker to make certain areas off-limits to your wayward motorist. The device will send you an alert if the geo-fence boundaries you designate are breached, and allow you to boom out a ''voice of God" warning through its built-in speaker.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Announces Expanded Capabilities for the Cyber Tracker

HISS Announced Today That After Significant Testing With Its Development Partners It Will Be Launching New, Expanded Capabilities of Its Patent Pending Cyber Tracker

ASHEVILLE, NC -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 01/03/06 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTC: HISC) -- The Cyber Tracker, using a Linux based operating system and a single-board computer in its configuration, will perform a variety of functions not commonly found in other wireless GPS devices.

While utilizing IDEN, GSM and CDMA, it will only be held in by the boundaries of the cellular carrier it is being hosted under. According to Ian Riley, CTO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, "Our small, 5"x5"x1" portable computer device, which utilizes a high-speed Internet port, will allow the Cyber Tracker to integrate into a variety of devices, and perform numerous functions. In abundant applications, if something can be measured or monitored electronically, the Cyber Tracker will be able to locate and transmit the data wirelessly from virtually anywhere in the world."

The first of many external devices tested by Homeland Integrated Security Systems is a video camera which attaches to the Cyber Tracker through its onboard Ethernet port. The Cyber Tracker can capture, store, and transmit color video images wirelessly and transmit them in seconds to the end user.

According to Frank Moody, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, "The newly announced additional functions, outside of tracking, will allow us to market the Cyber Tracker as not only a real-time tracking device with voice capabilities, but also a data device. For example, when the Cyber Tracker is implemented into vehicles such as school buses and taxi cabs, it will allow a third party to monitor, photograph, record, and transmit information such as location, vehicle functions, and speed."

Utilizing an external port, the Cyber Tracker will be able to lock and unlock vehicle doors, turn engines off, monitor engine functions and outputs, display flashing lights on school buses, connect a laptop to the Internet and monitor remote devices wirelessly.

With the completion of the first production model units, Homeland Integrated Security Systems is discovering that with its open programming format, and its single-board computer configuration, that the versatility of the Cyber Tracker is potentially limitless. The tracking functions of the unit are just one very small piece of the units' capabilities. The data functions of the Cyber Tracker will allow the cellular and satellite industries to tap into sales which have previously been thought to be unattainable.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc.'s Cyber Tracker will be featured at the 2006 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES®) to be held in Las Vegas January 5-8. Company representatives will be demonstrating the various features of the Cyber Tracker at Booth # 72029 in the Sands Expo & Convention Center in Las Vegas. The CES is the largest consumer electronics show in the world, attracting more than 140,000 attendees from 115 countries witnessing the introduction of thousands of new products and technologies from more than 2,500 exhibitors.

Does anyone know what the difference in requirements for uplift is between OTCBB and Nasdaq Small Cap Market? I know they can make the OTCBB this year, but Nasdaq Small Cap Market might be a little of "aim high".

I finally saw Frank. A very interesting guy from the South I must say.

The only thing that bothers me with this company is the 8:20 A.M. press releases. Can they schedule them randomly somehow please? Otherwise it looks like my old printer that turns on when I turn on my computer.

Hey everyone,

Sorry it’s a little late, but I just got back from CES, had a Great Time! Enjoyed a wonderful dinner with the wife afterwards too…mostly to celebrate my confirmation of what I truly believe is going to be a very successful company and investment.

First off, I would like to thank the staff for taking some time out of their busy schedule in order to give us a more in-depth look at the Cyber tracker. They were excited to see me there as an investor and were glad to hear about the IHUB board. I gave them the link, so they'll know where to find some quick DD about their company.

The booth was about average size compared to the majority of the booths at the convention. It is about 10 x 20 ft and is located in the Sands complex by the Venetian. As you walk in the main entrance on the 2nd floor, it’s straight in and to the left. It wasn’t too difficult to find. The booth itself is very professional in appearance and there is plenty of foot traffic that goes by.

I could tell right off the bat that the people representing our company were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Their presentations were detailed and to the point. But mostly, I was very impressed with the presentation given by Bryan Vest. He flawlessly gave me every detail I needed without hesitation. I found out later that he comes to HISS as a sales manager from Actsoft. This guy is a software genius!

I was also happy to hear that there is a live demonstration at the show. It is a live feed from the Cybertracker located at the booth, viewed on a very large flat screen Sony monitor. The Cybertracker is connected to a camera via its Ethernet port and updates continuously as you have seen on their website. If you haven’t seen it, here is the link.
http://www.hissusa.com/ces.html

The picture at the bottom of their site is a Cybertracker located at the office in North Carolina, hence the time zone at that location. There is an option to view the most recent 50 images if you choose. If you watched it earlier today, you may have seen me taking some notes and asking several questions. I was wearing a black polo shirt with the Sanswire logo on it. There is my GTE plug for today…sorry. hehehe.

As you have read in the product reports, the Cybertracker is just that. It is a combination of several devices. GPS tracking with push to talk 2-way communications, data retrieval, now add video feed. The device is truly amazing and they continue to research new options to constantly stay on the cutting edge and improve its capabilities. I was given a demonstration of the software and also a demo copy to take home with me. The software is customizable to your specific needs and is about $1.00 a day. (That is revenue folks…) Alarms and data can be sent to any wireless device and detailed specifics can be sent to Laptops, desktops, wireless and blackberry/ smart phones.

To give you an example of the constant research, I was glad to see that the team had already been searching the show for anything that may come close to competing with the Cybertracker. By the time I showed up today, they had already collected brochures from other companies at the show. The info gathered so far is nothing more than GPS devices, and specific GPS chips. I have yet to see anything that has the combination of features that our Cybertracker has. On-star is specific to emergencies and pre-installed in automobiles. If anyone can think of a competitor at the show, let me know, and I will personally go there to investigate. Not only that, I will share it with the employees of the company.

I heard Frank Moody is in Las Vegas, but I didn’t get the chance to meet him. I did, however, meet Adam Clough who is the VP of Corporate Development and Troy Van Dyke, VP of Product Development. Both of these individuals bring much quality and are very valuable members of the company.

Also at the booth are representatives from Big Apple. Look for up-listing off the PINK to happen shortly, as the SB-2 has been filed and we are currently awaiting the up-list. The plan calls for up-list to the NASDAQ small cap market. As with everything else… it does take a little time, but it will happen IMO. “This company does not belong on the pink sheets”. They know as well as I do, as well as all of you should realize, that we want off the PINKS! The company is beyond real, and will be doing very well in the near future. IMO, we are very much undervalued at .05 cents, what a joke when you consider what’s in store.

Anyway, I am including some of the pictures that were taken at the convention. I didn’t see any signs that didn’t allow cameras, but that wasn’t going to stop me anyway. LOL.
http://sanswired.myphotoalbum.com/albums.php

Also, one more thing before I put this report to rest, The rep from Kyocera is pictured talking to our reps. Just as several other company reps have visited our booth to see how their devices could become compatible with ours. From anything wireless to the possibility of solar batteries, these people come to us. Just something to think about… Here is something else to think about… Counting your cash.

That’s it from Las Vegas. At least for now.

Take Care,

Sans.

Nice find SBS! Good chance we will see a press release Monday and very likely a nice run up of the PPS. Atleast now we know its a real product being shipped to consumers. We don't have to fear the likes of IBZT & the Virtual Keyboard that never materialized!!

Monday morning may be interesting.....I'm ready to jump in for some more shares.....holding 100,000 free ones now!!!

Good Luck All..... Bob

Also, any help from some chart people would be appreciated. I'm trying to learn and looks like we saw .05 as bottom and trending up the last few days?

TIA......Bob

My goal was to have 500,000 of free shares at 0.05, but I will probably not make it. 300K is what I'm going with.

CES report from Silicon Investor

HISC - another great post about HISC at CES, this one from sufersdsu on Ihub

http://www.investorshub.com/boards/r...age_id=9172230

I went to the CES Saturday afternoon. First, I'll just say ditto to everything Sans reported. I don't want to repeat what he already wrote, but here are a few of my observations.

I don't think I can overstate what a hit the CT was at the show. Admittedly, I was only there for one afternoon, but I had time to talk with the reps and see the reaction of the people seeing the CT for the first time. Also, based on my discussions with the reps, they are DEFINITELY getting orders as a result of the show.

The booth was extremely busy and I stood back and listened whenever someone was inquiring about the CT. There were several people who came by the booth while I was there, and every one of them was impressed. Most of them were techies who understood and were amazed by the capabilities of the CT. One serious inquiry was from a guy who has a fleet of fourteen trucks. Based on his reaction to the CT and his discussion with the reps, I think they will have an order soon from this guy.

Speaking of orders, Bryan Vest, who is a great guy and the manager of Actsoft sales support said that they HAVE orders coming in from different parts of the country but, (as we all know) up until now they haven't been unable to accept and ship these orders. None of the specific orders he told me about were large(mostly 10-20 units), but they were orders for a product that has not yet been pushed hard by the sales force.

I know most of this is anecdotal type of stuff, but I thought you might like to hear someone else's impression of the show.

Lastly, Spencer has speculated more than most that there are a lot of positive things happening regarding sales that haven't been announced and he's occasionally gotten harrassed about it. I think Spence was way ahead of the rest of us. Everything I was told at the show supports what the prevailing wisdom is on the board

I hadn't read the last few posts before I posted my last message. There ARE CURRENT orders out there. I discussed this with both the Actsoft and HISC people. They didn't give me specifices, but as an example, when I mentioned that I live in San Diego, Bryan Vest told me that the Actsoft (nextel) rep in San Diego has an order for 12 CT's that they have been waiting to fill. Also, he said the sales force is constantly harrassing him to turn them loose to sell the CT's as they have people waiting to place orders.

Spent a few more hours at CES today, just wanted to see how things went overall. I’m happy to say that according to the staff members, the show was a big success for the company. Adam Clough VP of Corporate Development was impressed not only with the continuous stream of people stopping by the booth, but also with the quality of people interested in the CT.

Also, here is something else I noticed. We always had people at our booth…Traffic was great and interest was high… Here is a link to a small video clip to show you what I mean. Notice how the other booths around us weren’t very busy at all. The much bigger booth across from ours shows 3 of their staff members just shootin the sh*t. Just wanted to point that out.

As far as press goes, while they didn’t get the interview from CNN, they did get several interviews from other media organizations. The results of those interviews are still unknown, but it has been stated that some of these interviews may be coming out sometime next month. Some of the press coverage includes. BBC, HGTV, MPR public radio, and an organization that represents 21 NBC affiliates. Whether we actually get any air time, we’ll have to keep our eyes and ears open.

Frank Moody was heard to be in California today…What about? Unknown, but it was definitely for something in the works.

Anyway, just wanted to share my last little tidbit with you all. I was happy to share my experience and hopefully confirm your investment in HISC… My purpose was to confirm the fact that this company is for real, with the promise for financial stability and growth. I usually stay away from pink sheet stocks. This one is the exception. Won’t be pink much longer anyway…

Take care,

Sans

Am I the only one baffled as to the steady decline in HISC??? It looks like we are about to break into the .04 barrier and .05 is not holding. Anyone think:

1)It's dilution?

2)MM's shorting?

3)Investors unhappy and selling?

Why are we continuing to go down???? Even with good news this baby continues south. I don't know, maybe I should look at focusing my extra income to CESY as they are going into the Homeland Security division too. I am thinking it was just too many fluff pr's and now investors are no longer listening.

Probably a combination of all 3, plus a few more we havent figured out yet.
It may take off and it may not. The penny market is a crapshoot anyway, so why worry?
Would be nice to see a positive financial statement tho.
