Bank on a reverse split as no company is going to trade on the Nasdaq in pennyland! Hisc will fall under the Nasdaq company and under one ticker symbol period. Last thing, Jersey Boy owns nearly 37 million shares so at some point in time he is going to want to see the stock fly so that he can unload for a profit. It is only natural for one to want a stock to hit it big without a reverse split but in this case don't BANK on it.

Exactly !!!!
They have to maintain a PPS of at least $1.00 to remain on the Nasdaq, and there is NO WAY that will happen without a R/S.....IMHO

LOL. You guys need to take a closer look at the PR before making those statements about RS's and such. It says, and I quote, "Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTC: HISC) is pleased to announce that they have signed a letter of intent to merge with a NASDAQ Bulletin Board company ."

There is no shareprice requirements for the NASDAQ Bulletin Board. Hence there is no $1.00 shareprice requirement. There is no O/S requirement. The only requirements are that a company files its SEC forms consistently and on time. Again, its the NASDAQ Bulletin Board

Anything is possible. But there is nothing that would require HISC to do an R/S at this point. And, IMO, even an R/S would not be a kiss of death for this stock. They have products, they have orders, which translates to revenues. R/S's are scary with shell companies whose only revenue is to sell their own stock, which is not the case with HISC. Just keep a close on eye on any info released by the company. GLTA!

Homeland Integrated Security Systems' Cyber Tracker Being Delivered Into Multiple Verticals
Company Working to Expand the Uses for Unique GPS Tracking Device
ASHEVILLE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 23, 2006 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) continues to expand the applications for its patent-pending Cyber Tracker. Recent developments include the addition of a GSM version and the "Web Cam" version of the Cyber Tracker. This week, the Web Cam Cyber Tracker debuted in its first actual application, being installed on the fleet of Louisiana-based Rentrop Tugs, Inc. The company is using the Web Cam versions to monitor weather and provide security for its fleet, which is spread throughout the Gulf Coast of Louisiana.

The Cyber Tracker, incorporating its single board design with the Motorola io200 modem, the Intel X scale processor, an extended battery life and exclusive Cyber Tracker technology allows the unit to work as a portable processing device. This creates a product, which has no boundaries, no wires at a reasonable cost to the consumer. The Cyber Tracker's convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know the exact location of a person or object.

"The list of potential applications for the Cyber Tracker keeps getting longer and longer each day," said Frank A. Moody, II, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. "The device has proven to be extremely versatile; and we always look forward to seeing what vertical we may be entering next."

Other applications include data transfer as a wireless modem and monitoring of vehicle performance and maintenance.

Web Cam Technology: The Web Cam Cyber Tracker is used as a tool for people who not only want to track their assets, but for individuals and companies who want to get a real visual of their asset and, if an alarm is activated, see what could have potentially set off that alarm. Images from the Web Cam Cyber Tracker can be sent directly from the device to a home computer, laptop, cell phone, or PDA.

GSM Cyber Tracker: The GSM version will allow the same robust tracking and data technology of the IDEN model currently produced. There are two versions of the GSM model. One has an external antenna for permanent installations, and the second version has an internal antenna for portable applications. The GSM Cyber Tracker operates in a similar fashion as the current IDEN model, but will be able to work in more than 170 countries around the world. Having an additional device that will work outside the US markets gives Homeland Integrated Security Systems a decided advantage over any competition. Once Homeland Integrated Security Systems has completed its partnership agreements with the North American, South American, European and Middle Eastern and Asian carriers, the Cyber Tracker will offer a Global Tracking Solution.

Current purchase orders for the GSM Cyber Tracker include an order from Coxsackie Transport, Inc. based out of New York. Coxsackie is a large transport corporation, which runs transportation services in upstate New York. Coxsackie will be replacing its current cellular technology with the Cyber Tracker, and expects to receive better coverage at a lower monthly cost by utilizing the GSM Cyber Tracker technology.

Definitly alot of potential with HISC.... Time will tell.

Just for an example: I've looked at Company's with similar products. This one even seems to me as a possible merger possibility. Trades on Nasdaq BB, (ATTG) trades over $2.00 and there product line does not have as good capabilities. IMO..... Take a look at their website and recent news. They are based out of the U.K. and recently announced moving an office to the US. (Could it be to HISC office????) They also have tracking device contracts in Jordan!

All just things to ponder.....The merger news soon to come will explain all, I can only believe it will be good. IMHO

Blake, I dont think HISC was ever marketed for Military Application. (Pls Correct Me if Im Wrong) I know in War Time special codes must be used to pin point correct GPS coordinates. The military disrupts their satellites purposely. I think their primary target was port operations and it has branched out into other civilian application ie.. Trucks, your child etc. As always for my spelling.

Cyber Tracker up and Running on Louisiana Tugboat Fleet Using Data/GPS Device to Transmit Real-Time Video

ASHEVILLE, NC, Mar 15, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTC: HISC) has completed the installation of its revolutionary Cyber Tracker on the fleet of Rentrop Tugs, based on the Gulf Coast of Louisiana. The tugboat company is utilizing the Cyber Tracker's data capabilities to transmit real-time video from every boat on its fleet. The video provides security as well as a way for the company to monitor things such as location and weather as its fleet works along the 400 miles of the Louisiana coastline. The cameras are now especially valuable due to the damage done last year by Hurricane Katrina, since many of the docks and shore structures have been destroyed.

"Cyber Tracker has exceeded our expectations in terms of its functionality and performance and began working perfectly upon installation," said Patrick Rentrop, of Rentrop Tugs, Inc. "Because our fleet of tugboats and towboats traditionally work in remote locations and extreme environments, the real-time streaming video and GPS tracking features of Cyber Tracker will be an exceptional asset to our company and will also be of tremendous value to our customers."

The Cyber Tracker is a GPS device that features real-time tracking, geo-fencing, and push-to-talk technology along with an extended-life battery. Its Ethernet port provides the ability to transmit wireless data and video. Developed by Homeland Security Systems, the Cyber Tracker is the first of its kind to offer this combination of technology in a tracking device that monitors a vehicle's location, stops, and speed, all at an affordable cost. The Cyber Tracker's convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know the exact location of a person or object.

"The Cyber Tracker is such and impressive device, we will be ordering more of the units for installation in our company's trucks and cars used in transporting supplies and crews. The Cyber Tracker is going to be a big 'hit' with the marine transportation industry," continued Rentrop.

This is an interesting quote from the above article:

"Our company is about 20 percent tracking and 80 percent data processing. The market took off in a way we didn't expect," CEO Frank Moody II said.

Wonder what that means?
