Moving from the pinks to the NASDAQ gives HISC the chance to do a R/S. IMO, if no split, we make a profit, but remember, HISC has to maintain a certain level to remain on the NASDAQ. R/S is one way to get there, sales and good reports is another. We will have to see how it plays out. However, this is the good news we have been waiting for. Considering the sales so far, if HISC delivers and is paid, that should be enough to make the stock run, and negate any need for a split.

Is there a min pps for the NASDAQ Bulletin Board? I thought the main diff from this and pinks is just the official reporting a company must provide to get on and maintain status. I don't think an r/s will be necessary.

$4 to get there, $1 to stay. If they merge with a company already there, they could do it that way too. (not that they will, just a way they could)

Slow down here for a second. I may be wrong but I dont think so.
HISC is not going to NASDAQ.
They are going to OTCBB.
We do not need a minimum pps for this.
No R/S
And no we wont open at .50 the move will not effect the pps except that the move will attract more investor that wont touch a pink sheet stock, so that will help drive up the pps.

Pretty sure that's how it is. NASDAQ runs the OTCBB (correct me if I'm wrong, PLEASE).

No minimum PPS just need to be fully reporting

This is the only penny stock I have. I would never "trade" any penny stocks due to the hot risk that's involved in the game, even for the technical swing trader as I am.

HISC has to much going on in order not to have it in my portfolio. Every "balanced" investor should have 8% of it's portfolio allocated in high risk assets.

The not funny part is that I have almost 200K shares. Once one of the "greatest" said: The only way to beat the market is to be long.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems' Cyber
Tracker Featured in Latest Issue of Cargo Security International
Tuesday December 13, 8:20 am ET

CEO Frank Moody Outlines Port Applications for Revolutionary GPS Device

ASHEVILLE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Dec 13, 2005 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.'s (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) Cyber Tracker is currently featured in the latest issue of Cargo Security International magazine. In the article entitled "Compact Solution," CEO Frank Moody outlines how the Cyber Tracker addresses the growing issue of port security. The Cyber Tracker allows port officials to track movement, location and speed of vehicles while within the confines of the world's seaports.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems' patent pending Cyber Tracker is a portable detection device designed to provide real-time GPS tracking of vehicles, people or other mobile or movable objects. Its convenient, rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know an exact location of a person or object. It features "Push to Talk" ability and an extended battery life. The Cyber Tracker's unique design and features makes the product ideal for consumer retail, school systems, ports, fleet management, the military, and public safety.

In the article, Mr. Moody makes the case on how the Cyber Tracker offers a reliable and compact tracking system that can be easily integrated into existing security arrangements at ports. Through live field testing at the Georgia Ports Authority Garden City Terminal in Savannah, the system has been proven successful in tracking and pin-pointing the movements of multiple vehicles every day.

The article also includes excerpts from a recently completed White Paper that describes the Cyber Tracker as an "innovative solution that gives first responders and others critical information they might not have easy access to today: real time location information on every vehicle, every minute of the day."

Homeland Integrated Security Systems continues to explore potential business in Europe. Company executives just returned from the UK where they were able to tour Cambridge-based Arcom, the producer of the underlying hardware of the Cyber Tracker. Homeland Integrated Security Systems sees the European and Middle East markets as major customers in the months to come.

"Our recent trip to the UK has convinced me that our cutting edge technology and products are extremely viable in Europe and the Middle East," said CEO Moody. "The response there to our products has been phenomenal, and we see a lot of opportunity there."

"This stock will not take off for another 4 months"

Holding this this long with no action is brutal, but am stuck I guess because I'm averaging high 8's - What do you think this stock will do in the spring when product starts to ship? move back to .12 range or reach a new high?

If HISC is not a scam we will make tons of money. This stock has no limits, but then every stock has not limits.

I think you will see .12 if we only move to OTCBB with no other positive news. It takes about 5 months to get approved for OTCBB, providing everything else is correct with the application.

If I was them I would not publish anything big until at OTCBB. No one cares about profits in this Pink Sheet category. It's a play land. OTCBB has more respect, so I would publish all the good stuff while there in order to take advantage of the investors.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Announces Sales in Amman, Jordan
Chili House, Jordan's Largest Restaurant Chain, to Use Cyber Trackers With ActSoft Software to Track Delivery Vehicles
12/14/2005 8:30:02 AM

ASHEVILLE, NC, Dec 14, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (HISC) announced today that it has a signed purchase order for multiple unit sales to Chili House Restaurants in Amman, Jordan. Chili House is the largest fast food outlet in the country of Jordan, and is associated with Gold Star Chili of Cincinnati, Ohio. This will be the first IDEN based, active tracking system in Jordan.

Jordan is the second country in the Middle East wherein Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. has begun Cyber Tracker sales. The Company expects to launch its Cyber Tracker and ActSoft software sales, utilizing the IDEN network, in early 2006 with Chili House as its pilot project. The IDEN push-to-talk is available in only a few countries worldwide, and Jordan is one of those countries.

"The Cyber Tracker will allow us better control of our drivers, and allow more efficient deliveries. We are very pleased to be the first in the country of Jordan to use the Cyber Tracker," stated Sami Tueimeh, CEO of Chili House (www.chilihouse.com).

This sale opens yet another country in the Middle East where there currently is no accurate mapping program. Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc., in conjunction with ActSoft Corporation, will be the dominant influence in initiating this technology. Homeland Integrated Security Systems and ActSoft signed a Letter of Intent for Homeland to acquire 100% of ActSoft Inc. for $15 million cash or other consideration. ActSoft, a Tampa-based GPS software company, is profitable with more than $6,000,000 in sales in 2005 and $2,200,000 Net Profit. ActSoft is projecting its 2006 totals to exceed $12,000,000 in sales, with more than $5,000,000 to its bottom line.

ActSoft is currently providing both web-based and client-based GPS software applications for Homeland Integrated Security Systems' patent pending Cyber Tracker. Homeland Integrated Security Systems' management expects sales to exceed $125 million over the next three years. Homeland Integrated Security Systems will be providing the first 'Push-To-Talk,' tamper-proof unit available on a mass-distribution basis at an affordable cost.

"We expect to have the entire country of Jordan mapped by the end of January, creating the opportunity to sell both software and hardware through multiple outlets in the Middle East," stated Frank Moody, CEO, Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.

Jordan is bounded in the north by Syria, east by Iraq, southeast and south by Saudi Arabia and west by Israel. The population of Jordan (1997 estimate) is 4,322,255, with an estimated 2 million living in Amman. Jordan is a base for the UN's mission to Iraq, and is the best ally the US has in the Arab world.

HISC has tons of potential. The only thing I think that is keeping us down is no solid figures. It will come soon but right now I don't think we are going to see .10 until Feb/ Mar timeframe once the numbers start to flow in. If you have shares of HISC, it would be best to just hold in my opinion cause our day in the sun is coming.

It is starting to move pretty BIG now. I think we should see .10 very soon, but then maybe a retrace back to .06 level later on into they get listed. IMO

I would like to see more volume though. But 1 mil shares and it's up means nobody is selling Including the insiders which is a GREAT sign. JMHO.

Patience my friend.... I know so many pennystocks are scams, but if there ever was a high percentage penny with awesome potential. I think HISC is it. Look at what is coming soon.... cybertrackers should be shipping by months end!!!! Export license also expected anytime now. I don't know the time frame for moving from pinks to BB, but when it does, better PPS should come. Many investors will not touch a pink so BB opens many doors.

All my opinion!!!! I've been playing ups and downs of HISC and now hold 100,000 free shares, and I actually missed the original run from the .005 area.I'm still building my position with a goal of 200,000 free shares!!!!

Good Luck

Bob

Once again, Homeland Security Corporation (OTC: HSCC) may still be on the list of aggressive investors and day traders! Yesterday after the stock markets closed, the company issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors has entered into negotiations with a merger with Global Access Technologies, Inc.

News of the negotiations may get the attention of investors, as Global Access Technologies Inc. was formed to integrate computers, Wireless Communications, GPS, and Biometrics as their core products.

According to the press release, Global Access Technologies, Inc. is a successful and prominent manufacturer and solution integrator in the "Asset Tracking" industry with assets of over $5 Million dollars and 800 existing shareholders. It takes at least 4 months in order to be approved for OTC with their type of application, provided everything is correct.

I have an order at 0.05 for 5 days now and still I did not get a single share.
