If there wasn't a rumor before...it's there now!

Any insight for us as to where you heard that? Not suggesting that your pumping. Just looking for info on another newsless day.

Thanks

It came from Jerseyboy over at IHubs as he sat down and worked out the PPS from revenue and earnings. I find it interesting and by no means am I pumping this stock. Like everyone here, I am sitting on this one and wondering what is about to happen once the merger is announced.

Keep spitting out the info. I read more than I discuss, and appreciate your comments. I'm sitting and waiting (..and waiting) myself. I seem to recall
someone named jersyboy from RB a few months back. He a broker? (not that you're in charge of his stats)

Thanks for following up w/ me so quick.

I spoke to one of the PR people yesterday and inquired regarding the merger. She said they had received alot of calls, most addressing the lack of info on the merger. Like myself most were expecting something after the 20 days expired based on the Feb 07 news release. All she could tell me was that several PR releases were in the works and they were waiting to release them at the right time. I know this means very little if anything but thought Id pass it along. From WallStreet.Reporter

He says and I Quote
" we have currently just signed a technical parter agreement with nextel...and sprint..um they will start marking product for us the first of april. We are currently in negotions with GSM carriors here in the u.s which would be T-Mobile and Cincularand in addition to that we are working with uh two carriors in canada rogers and tellum?(couldnt make out that last word) we are building relationships in europe with O2 and Orange...in the middle east we are currently working with xpress cell and GSM relationships in the middle east and we are working with companys in Latin America"

Another Quote from Interview...

"we intend on working very heavyly in the automotive sector in addition" ( you mention the automotive sector so it would be similar to onstar application?) It would have alot of similaritys to the onstar application uh currently onstar is a GM product and this opens the door for other companys to provide similar typs services with our iden model it has voice capabilites so you could have consier service etc attached to it it can monitor all the functions in a vehicle"

Mostly buys, 175K buys, then one sell for 5K, looks like this should rise.

Well, HISC's PR department has stated on several occasions that there will be a PR blitz of new releases once the merger is announced. I would expect the company to fly extremely high during that timeframe as MM's will cover their shorts, and will have no other options but to let it run as investors flock to the news.

SHEVILLE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 23, 2006 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.'s (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) revolutionary Cyber Tracker device has been the subject of numerous television news reports on teen driving over the last few weeks. The reports have demonstrated how the Cyber Tracker can help parents keep track of their teen's whereabouts, their speed, and if they go into areas that are prohibited.

Cities where the stories have aired include St. Louis, MO, Houston, TX, Dallas, TX, Seattle, WA, Boise, ID as well as the statewide cable news channels in Washington and Texas.

Several states across the country are taking a closer look at laws and regulations regarding teen drivers. Nationwide, 14% of all deaths due to motor vehicle accidents are teen drivers. Of teen drivers fatally injured in automobiles, more than one third were speed related accidents.

The Cyber Tracker is currently the only portable, low-cost device that supports Push to Talk, tracking and computer functions without utilizing a cellular phone. The Cyber Tracker incorporates a single board design with the Motorola io200 modem, the Intel X scale processor, an extended battery life along with exclusive Cyber Tracker technology. This allows the unit to work as a portable processing device, creating a product with no boundaries or wires at a reasonable cost. The Cyber Tracker's convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know the exact location of a person, such as teen drivers, or an object.

"These news reports have done an outstanding job of demonstrating how efficiently the Cyber Tracker can support the safety of loved ones and property," said Frank Moody, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems. "While the Cyber Tracker is a versatile device that offers wireless data and Internet as well as GPS tracking, these stories have illustrated another very practical use for the device."

Sorry Im having Scottrade problems this morning. I got in at .0012 .0019. I watched this one for a long time and it usually hit .0011 and everyone would sell off. This is the first time Ive seen it do well. The talk is .02. That being true the last I new it was at .004 and that would still be workable all things considered.

Steady upward movement going on. Buys still pouring in with little sells. The television exposure seems to be paying off.

Still waiting. Thinking no news today as HISC has always released news before the morning bell in prior PR's.

No rumors today. Still playing HISC and HMSC. Mainly sticking with those two as they are money.

Rules, Im sold on Hisc. What do you see in HMSG. Is it the Body Armor. That seems the biggest thing (a very good thing) going for them. They sell and perform security and the whold Marine Pack. Where do you see this thing going.

Not a fan of HMSG. I am fully on HMSC and the company acquistions the CEO is making. He is a powerhouse CEO that has taken a company from scraps before to nearly $6 a share before coming the CEO of HMSC.

Latest rumor today according to JerseyBoy:

HISC will be reporting numbers this week stating the money they made from sales! This alone could be big as they are suppose to be in the green now as a whole. The merger is expected next Monday from what I have been reading. Take it with a grain of salt as any day could be the big merger announcement.

Thanks Rules, Ill watch HMSG tomorrow to see if I can get in early. I love the pack developed for the Marines. It would be alot better if the Army was in. The Vest, I believe may be the thing that makes this one work. The lightness of the material. Thats got to have people thinking. And that is a large market. Later Bro hope to catch ya on the way up. lol
