Scottrade shows .02 on my streamer as the high and .0014 as the low. I never saw .04, however, people on Ragbull saw it....it was never in that range, the real trading range has been between .012 and .018 for the most part.

That .04 I see it in my Etrade.

A while back it happen in another stock I use to have, saw it at 400% increased and did not believe it, by the end of the week it was at that price, maybe this one will be .04 by tomorrow.

regarding high and low, I was watching when both happened.

.04 was when ask was .014 (forgot 1)

.0014 was when bid was .014 (extra 0)

i got in on the news & should have yesterday on the news but then did a serious look at this POS. for a penny this is a good company. in the hole less then $500K, had just over a $500K net profit for the yr. a/s is hi...1 billion, o/s is hi, 950 million but 65% is insider the float is 350 million still a bit hi. with the retiring of 450 million it will dry up a lot of that float. i'm sure insiders will want to keep the same 65% in place or at least 51%. they have a hot product...port security...they own all needed pieces of the puzzle, they have a relationship with Nextel. i jumped on news & a hoped for run & found a promising company. click on the 211 info links for the details.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC) announced today that it has completed Phase II of the Savannah Port Project.

According to Ian Riley, CTO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (HISS), "Phase II was designed to test system capacity and long term data collection, as well as hardware and software performance. Phase II has exceeded all our expectations."

The project at the Savannah Port is being conducted in conjunction with Georgia Tech and the Maritime Logistics Innovation Center (MLIC). The project consists of three phases. Phase I, which has been completed, was designed to confirm service performance and satellite strength. Phase III, will consist of GIS mapping and software finalizations. It will incorporate tracking devices deployed both on the port and in the immediate area surrounding the port.

Following Phase III, HISS will participate with Georgia Tech and MLIC in documenting the results in a "White Paper." The project "White Paper" will be distributed to over 350 major ocean ports, and over 175 major commercial river ports, as well as major airports and other secured facilities.

According to Fred Wicks, COO of HISS, "Our experience on the Garden City Port has demonstrated that our hardware and software systems will meet or exceed all expectations. The strength of the tests has proven that we have a mature concept that can be applied in a variety of markets. We expect to rapidly expand our marketing efforts and dramatically increase sales."

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Signs Agreement with ActSoft to Provide Wireless GPS Applications
5/5/05

ASHEVILLE, N.C., May 5, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) --
Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC) announced today that it has entered into an agreement with ActSoft, a Tampa-based GPS software company. The agreement calls for ActSoft to provide both web-based and client-based GPS software applications for Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.'s (HISS) patent pending Cyber Tracker, which will be available for use on wireless networks in more than 170 countries worldwide.

HISS will be providing the first 'Push-To-Talk,' tamper-proof Personal Tracking Device (PTD) available on a mass-distribution basis at an affordable cost. HISS management expects sales to exceed $125 million over the next three years.

Tom Mitchell, CEO of ActSoft stated, "This agreement will allow us to enter the direct retail sales market on a global basis. This is an exciting opportunity for both companies."

Utilizing ActSoft's Comet Tracker web-based software will allow HISS's Cyber Tracker to be available through retail outlets, with plans for deployment in North America by the fourth quarter of 2005.

Homeland Integrated Security utilizes the Motorola's newest board, the (MOT) IO-200, in their Cyber Tracker. In addition to ActSoft's web-based Comet Tracker software, the multi-platform board will allow HISS to begin International retail sales in 2006.

If it remains around .012 - .013 at the end of Friday, it seems that's is new bottom, after the retirement of 45% of their shares. Then we should see a steady climb.

ya gotta love the mm's dont ya?...i mean 5 out of 25 trades are sells for a 150K total in sells & ya drop the bid from .013 to .0121. on a stock the is reducing the o/s by 45% & has a 65% insider ownership. but of course you leave the ask right where it was so any new buyers wait as it looks to be dropping in pps. we won't even start on how they get paid to run fake trades thru...lol
