Homeland Integrated Security Systems Receives First GSM Cyber Tracker, Opening Access to Millions of Users Domestically and Internationally Friday February 17, 8:20 am ET
ASHEVILLE, NC--(MARKET WIRE)--Feb 17, 2006 -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc (Other OTC:HISC.PK - News) announced today that it has accepted delivery of the new GSM Cyber Trackers. The GSM version will allow the same robust tracking and data technology of the IDEN model currently produced. There are two versions of the GSM model. One has an external antenna for permanent installations, and the second version has an internal antenna for portable applications. According to Ian Riley, CTO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, "The GSM Cyber Tracker is the next step in the evolution of Cyber Tracker product. We are excited with the engineering that has built the Cyber Tracker and we will continue to push the technology to its limits."
The GSM Cyber Tracker operates in a similar fashion as the current IDEN model, but will be able to work in more than 170 countries around the world. Having an additional device that will work outside the US markets gives Homeland Integrated Security Systems a decided advantage over any competition. Once the Company has completed its partnership agreements with the North American, South American, European and Middle Eastern and Asian carriers, the Cyber Tracker will offer a Global Tracking Solution.
"The GSM Cyber Tracker allows Homeland Integrated Security Systems to expand its sales efforts worldwide," stated Frank A. Moody II, CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. "The US market currently has approximately 70 million GSM customers through Cingular and TMobile. Worldwide the customer base is estimated to be at least 5 times that number. What makes this even more important is that there are very few GPS tracking solutions available to any of the GSM customers."

I was a little concerned at .023 so I bought 40000 and sold 25000 at .04 just to get the investment back. I still believe in this one but it hurts seeing it so low.

Where did you get that info? Most of the short position talk is pure BS. If you cant or wont post names of sources, then it's better not to post that crap at all.

No one knows if there will be a R/S or not. But it is the ideal time to do one if you're gonna do it at all. And what Moody said dont mean a hill of beans. He will do what is best for the company, not for the penny stock investors.

Wonder how the president's decision on Dubai will affect this stock and all the other Homeland stocks? IMO, that is more important than any moves the companies may make in the next few months. If all the homeland security contracts are going overseas, all these stocks are headed for the basement.

O.K. this is what I know……There will be two Co's both will trade on the BB, NOT PK…Act soft and the target co. will be one and HISC the other..also no talk of a RS….The CT will stay with HISC.. This tells me that the new co. will have some kind of buying agreement w/ HISC..HISC is going to handle all the gov.. Demand…READ BETWEEN THE LINES…..There is no way HISC would do this unless they have a big contract signed in the excess of 50 to 75 mill.. especially with Act soft projected to do 25mil in 06!!
If this is true then it sounds like all HISC shareholders will keep their HISC shares without a reverse split happening, and Act Soft will merge with this other company and us as shareholders of HISC will be offered a free dividend into this new company...sounds pretty good to me but we will have to wait for the semantics of the merger before we know for sure...
Good Luck to all,
The Kook Book

I would not count Bushes deal as done yet. Yesterday the Mayor of Baltimore said this will not happen in the Port of Balt as long as there is a breath in his body. The Govoner of MD said the state may viod this deal. Today the Govoner of New Jersy had the same thing to say. Other than that HISC has good contacts in the middle East
