Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. Receives Initial Order and Will Begin Testing of Cyber Tracker for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police
10/25/2005 8:22:25 AM

ASHEVILLE, NC, Oct 25, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (HISC) announced today that the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Canada's equivalent to the United States Department of Homeland Security and the FBI, has committed to the immediate purchase of 27 Cyber Tracker units. Validation tests will begin this December with expectations of additional sales to follow.

In a recent trip to Canada, the Company began negotiations with the RCMP, Garda World, and representatives from the Canadian Army. Homeland Integrated Security Systems received an initial order from the RCMP with the final number of Cyber Tracker units still to be determined.

Garda World is a well-established leading provider of security and cash handling services in Canada. The company employs over 8,500 people and is headquartered in Montreal, with offices from coast-to-coast. Garda World is Canada's largest operator of armored cars.

In addition to the RCMP and Garda World, corporate representatives met with the Canadian Army's Special Operations Unit. The Special Ops Unit has requested that Homeland Integrated Security Systems develop a custom Cyber Tracker unit which will meet their specific requirements. Additional meetings will be taking place next week in Montréal with the Montreal Police, Garda, and the RCMP.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems' Cyber Tracker is a portable detection device designed to provide real-time GPS tracking of vehicles, people or other mobile or movable objects. Its convenient rugged design (5" x 5" x 1") makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know an exact location of a person or object. It features "Push to Talk" ability and an extended battery life. The Cyber Tracker's unique design and features makes the product ideal for consumer retail, School Systems, Ports, Fleet Management, the Military, and Public Safety.

"The Cyber Tracker is the ultimate tool for tracking assets. It is the only product on the market that offers both tracking and Data solutions for our clients. We are confident our clients will enjoy the multiple applications of this unit," stated Frank Moody, CEO, Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc.

foxtrot - the main reason I say I want to get out around .15, is I missed a very early boat to get in on this stock in the .0015 range and bought in averaging .09, about 50k shares... Since day 1, I've been in the red, and am hopeful that this stock wil have another spike to really be able to sell and buy in lower... I like all that I read on this stock also, but hate that I'm in as high as I am...

You say you have about 400k shares, so you probably got in really low and I give you credit, I was gunshy when I had my chance and am kicking myself in the rearend now... I get worried about this stock because I've lost around 5k in stocks several years ago with Lucent and a couple of others and don't want to do the same thing again... GLTA!!

sev I hear ya, I first got in at a penny, discovered it at .0015 befor it started to move but an experience with NSOL kept me away.
I bought some at .05 and .07 and almost half at .10 that lot has always been red.
I feel very good about this one, got burnt on MLON TLNO ICAN and down big on HCCF NCDP.So I need a home run.And this one is to big a fish to let go,around .50 Ill start to get my princable out, mean while Im planing to get more while its still single didgit.
Good Luck

This is definitely going to be a big stock in the future; maybe near-future, maybe a little longer, but you can always count on being able to play it daily on its regular ups and downs. I don't think it will drop down below .06 ever again, but it consistantly gains and loses a penny a day. You might consider dropping your average cost by playing those minor rides. Just my $0.0002.

Oh, and one other thing...this is the only stock I own that regularly mails me informative, professional-looking info packets, that actually have decent information. I get e-mails from some of my others, but nothing that has a 'personal' touch like HISC's mailings. That kind of gives me a warm-fuzzy about the company.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems' Cyber Tracker Could Be the Answer to California's Missing Vehicle Dilemma
10/26/2005 8:20:45 AM

ASHEVILLE, NC, Oct 26, 2005 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Federal and state governments could assert greater control and management over their automobile and truck fleets by using an inexpensive tracking device that monitors a vehicle's location, routes, stops, and speed.

Studies by the General Accountability Office and the General Services Administration (GSA) have recommended that the federal government improve its information systems to monitor automobile fleets in ways which would produce millions of dollars in savings (GAO-04-664).

On August 8, 2005 KPIX Reporter Jeffrey Schaub, reported that an examination of California's state-held inventory has determined that almost of half of that state's cars and trucks are unaccounted for. The study concluded that 30,000 of California's 70,000 vehicles are missing -- everything from Caltrans trucks, to CHP cars, to fire rigs, to prison vehicles. The audit of state-owned property was ordered by Governor Schwarzenegger, and concluded that California's state agencies had no idea what they owned.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.'s (HISC) "Cyber Tracker is the perfect solution to the Governor's problem in California. If California had Cyber Tracker units on its vehicles, Governor Schwarzenegger would not be looking for over 30,000 of his cars," stated former Presidential Advisor, Spencer Geissenger.

The Cyber Tracker is a portable detection device designed to provide real-time GPS tracking of vehicles, people or other mobile or movable objects.

"Fleet management is not just a problem in California. US Taxpayers are flipping the bill for missing vehicles across the country. There is no excuse for our Government to lose track of its vehicles. The Cyber Tracker is an affordable solution," stated Geissenger.

Well, I just couldn't take these bogus PRs from Big Apple any more. I bailed out this morning. Probably get back in again for another swing at some point.

Big Apple does this stock a disservice by making them sound desperate for attention. Plus, they misspelled "Geissenger" twice [should be "Geissinger"]. Is Big Apple such a small outfit they can't find one other person to proof thier PRs. Its not just this one, but they use terrible grammar and misspell words in many of thier PRs [e.g. see PLNI PRs from BAC].

I liken it to getting a resume and finding the person's name misspelled. It makes you question the whole document.

This could very well be the worse PR I have seen. Another fluff PR to help hold the stock up. News just in.........cyber tracker has the ability to track every worm on Earth so that we know where they are at all times. This will produce better quality of worms for all fishermen around the world!

Since so many fishermen use nightcrawlers for bait, we can expect an order for cyber trackers somewhere near $250 million. Sure hope they have the ability to keep up with the orders.
Guess we better load up and get ready for the run.

Not a basher, but in my dreams it goes to 0.05-0.06 so I can load up the trailer. The future looks bright despite fluffy "what if" PRs.

I think that are hoping to get their name out there into the right hands. Hope there is a better plan than this though. Sheesh!!

While the latest PR was a bit fluffy, it had no negative effect, and could have a positive effect. Consider that our government is more reactive than proactive. There are probably a bunch of other states that might have the same problem as CA did, and don't want to be caught with their pants down as CA did. Dangling that bit of PR causes us traders to shake our head, but the PR may not have been meant for us. Surely there are government officials that saw that and will, at least, have that in the back of their mind, and possibly bring it up at some future meeting. If enough mention it, some state or even county might sign on and buy some trackers. If a few more do the same, it could cause a domino effect and cause HISC to be a household name in the government fleet realm. Again, I don't think the PR was meant for us; just something to continue to push the product. Time will tell.

What is "bogus" about HISC presenting/demonstrating their products at a tradeshow in Middle East? Seems like a great place to generate contracts/sales of their products.

It just seems that they release news on every single little thing that they do to try to stir up investors... I am not condoning them having a trade show by any means, that is great, I am just ancy in the sense, that you want to see some PR that really is concrete and will influence investors to buy.
