Just found this letter to the shareholders from Mr. Moody. Also thanks Galaxy for all of the GREAT research.
Letter from Frank Moody to S-Holders Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. A GLOBAL TECHNOLOGY COMPANY Corporate Headquarters: 1 Town Square Blvd. Suite 347 Asheville, NC 28803
I am very pleased to inform you that Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc. is now stronger than ever. We have successfully completed the development of the Cyber Tracker, and are now ready to hit the market with the most advanced GPS tracking device ever made. In fact, we have already secured a $2.5 million purchase order from the Middle East for this product.
The Cyber Tracker is a revolutionary portable detection device designed to provide real-time GPS tracking of vehicles, people or other mobile or movable objects. Its convenient rugged design (5” x 5” x 1”) makes it applicable in a variety of situations where it is necessary to know an exact location of a person or object. It features “Push to Talk” ability and an extended battery life. The Cyber Tracker’s unique design and features makes the product ideal for consumer retail, school systems, ports, fleet management, military, and public safety.
However, Homeland Integrated Security Systems is not just the Cyber Tracker. Homeland Integrated Security Systems has signed distribution agreements with Implant Sciences and WM Robots respectively. These agreements allow HISS to generate revenues and maintain profitability, while making significant inroads into the multi-billion dollar Homeland Security market. To date, the Cyber Noze division of HISS has made several successful presentations of Implant Science’s Quantum Sniffer, and WM Robots’ UVSS Units (Under Vehicle Surveillance System). These presentations have resulted in more than $5.5 million in purchase orders.
Homeland Integrated Security Systems has received purchase order financing from Capital Resource Funding, Inc. to provide commercial financing services. Capital Resource Funding will provide purchase order and receivables financing to fund Homeland Integrated Security Systems' current growth projections. This type of financing will enable HISC to accept new orders, regardless of size, and have the funding available to cover any up-front costs necessary to fill each order. Furthermore, this will allow HISC to offer attractive payment terms to their current and future clients, without having any potential credit limit issues. Purchase order financing rates range from 3% to 6% of the purchase order amount, and receivables financing ranges from 1% to 2.5% per 30 days.
I am extremely optimistic about Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc.’s future. I would like to personally invite you to attend our shareholder meeting, where former CIA Director George Tenet will be the Key Note Speaker. While you are there, please feel free to meet with our Board of Directors and watch product demonstrations. For more information on this shareholder’s meeting, and to make your reservations, please visit our web site at www.hissusa.com.
I would like to thank all our loyal shareholders who have stood behind the company. I personally thank you, and encourage your sustained support as this company continues to grow in the future.
Best regards, Frank Moody Chairman and CEO

This is my first time to post so I'm not sure if this is right but here goes: Did anyone catch the segment last week on 20/20 or PrimeTime where trucks were shown being driven through some sort of device trying to detect what was inside? The reporter said the device was being tested by a major homeland security company in a major East Coast port. No indication when this testing was done. Could this have been HISS? Would hope so. National publicity could help the stock go up.

Thats a really good thought sev but keep in mind the product is now shipping, stock is moving off pinks, and testing at savannah is now complete. any positive pr on anyone of these conditions will cause pps to move higher, and possibility of lower dips becomes more unlikely. GL
