Just a reminder about PR's/Events that are due out in the very near future...
1. Completion of company audit 2. Move to OTCBB before 4Q as stated by CEO 3. Completion of Phase 3 Savannah Port Project 4. Potential security contracts for seaports 5. Additional orders for CyberTracker 6. Orders for CyberNoze 7. Contracts to secure railways/subways in light of London attacks ($200MM approved last week in Senate Homeland Security budget) 8. CyberNoze for airports/luggage 9. Handheld CyberNoze units for the military (especially in Iraq and Afghanistan) 10 Handheld units for Police departments across the US/World
The potential for this stock, and today's announced partnership is amazing IMO
I took profits on the ride up as I assume many have, riding free shares now and gonna hold to ride out the potential for this stock

I just bought a small amount (15K) at .09. I don't feel that is too much of a risk. Will be watching tomorrow for a lower figure and buy for self and neighbor if it still looks good. I, too, am looking for .15 or more again.

The sniffer sounds like a good product with all kinds of applications and uses. Careful though, IMX, if I remember, is on the SHO list.

One thing some of you may not remember about HISC is the fact that they predicted or forecast a net income of $7,000,000 for the year 2005. That statement was made in Apr., 2005 when they had a net income of about $585,000. It would be one hell of an accomplishment if they end up being one-half of that figure at year end.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Receives $5.5 Million Order for Explosives Detection Equipment
Middle Eastern Security Company to Purchase $5.5 Million of Explosives Detection Equipment Through CyberNoze Division
ASHEVILLE, N.C., Jul 20, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. Pro.Sec, with operations in Lebanon, is expected to use the CyberNoze promoted explosives detection equipment for security and protection of commercial buildings and government installations. They have some major improvements to do on the sniffer if it is to be used by high traffic areas. It simply takes too long to check a single person. It seems unrealistic to use in an airport if they want to search 100% of all passengers.
I'm really excited to see the product in action though as it really puts solid evidence that this company is rock solid. HISC is definitely not a scam!
Thanks for the link

Some mentioned above that HISC forecasted $7 plus million for FY 2005. If you look at the current contracts and the possibilities of future contracts, specially if they get a major government contract or military contract this baby is going to way above a dollar by the end of 2006 without the need to do any changes to the # of shares. I think by the time they are ready to go AMEX or NASDAQ the price will meet the requirements.
Correct this is not a scam compay as other pink sheets.

If I remember correctly they already got some kind of an order for $2.5 mil. Added to the $5.5 mil order above, get $8 mil in orders as of now. That is one hell of a good start toward $7 mil projected net income (for those that don't know, that is bottom line - after taxes).

nothing against HISC, i've liked this company for a while but it bothers me the number of shares traded in the last few days. yesterday a lot of sub penny shares were sold for profit & free shares but even with that the float has been traded at least once in the last week. i have an idea that if HISC reported today it would be on the SHO list tomorrow.

I think if we can close anywhere bewteen .10 and .11, it should bode well for tomorrow. A .01 to .02 gain today after yesterdays sell off would be a good indicator of future upward trend IMO
PS: There are still PR's that are due to come out very soon
