IMO, we will have to wait until the move to another exchange before it starts to move.
The white paper is very positive news, and the company already has sales. Give it another 6 months or so. This is not your average penny stock. They have a machine that will revolutionize container shipping and tracking.

Hmmm....looks like HISC's website has crashed. Probably due to heavy viewing of the WhitePaper. Anybody else able to open the website now? Or recently?

I had spoke to Matt M from Big A.. One of the problems they are having in the middle east is Scumbags renting cars and driving them to check points and then blowing it up. The CT can be attached to a car and if it comes within a stated distance to a check point it will shut down the cars computer...Pretty wild... Good lunch to all...

Video! And HISC CyberTracker on TV report: post from SI Booard

10/21/05
New Ports Tracking System Developed in Savannah

[Video accessible from web page - listed at end]

Cyber Tracker

New Ports Tracking System Developed in Savannah

The Maritime Logistics Innovation Center, or MLIC, gathers technological, educational, and business resources to identify and solve the kind of problems that face our busy ports.

MLIC's Page Siplion describes it as "a platform for tying in academia, the resources you see around us now, small business, large business, federal and state government, all working on very specific problems that the industry's facing."

Like keeping track of the approximately 2,400 trucks that pass through the gates daily.

"I spent a lot of time going out to industry saying, you know, 'What kind of things keep you up at night?,'" said Siplon. "One of those things is, 'Hey, we need to be able to know where our assets are, to be able to visualize where they are, be able to track where they are.'"

That's where Homeland Integrated Security Systems comes in. The Asheville, North Carolina-based company found a unique partner in MLIC, which has access to the Port of Savannah. Using the port as a real-world laboratory, they've developed what they call the most effective global positioning system available.

"It tracks more frequently than any other GPS device that's out there today," said the company's Adam Clough of his Cyber Tracker product. "And what I mean by that is traditional GPS devices look for a satellite in a few seconds or multiple seconds. This does it in milliseconds."

The system is small and rugged with its own battery power, designed just to be thrown on the dashboard. It uses a secure cellular network to transmit GPS data. It can also transmit touch-to-talk voice data.

"If someone does stray off course, a dispatcher or anyone designated to the device can speak to that individual to bring them back on track," said Clough.

Dispatchers can use the system's software to track where trucks are, where they're going, and even email warnings if a driver goes too fast or enters a restricted area.

As folks at MLIC will tell you, you can never know too much about our economy's precious cargo.

Just walked in the door from Atlanta...

And after wading through 117 posts today (d*mn!) I am finally able to make one of my own. The SHM was very good...I never imagined it would be done so professionally. I certainly did not feel like I was at a pinksheet companies SHM that is for sure. I have a lot to post about the meeting including pictures from the product demonstrations, but seeing as I can barely see right now due to 17 hours of driving today I am not gonna get into to it all right now. As you all know there was no major news today but a lot of nice little tiidbits that will most definitely amount to big things in the future. I must also say tha the most impressive speaker at the meeting today was Tom Mitchell the CEO of Actsoft. With this guy on our side there is no way HISC can fail, he knows all the angles, sales strategies, etc. This guy alone is going to make HISC a better company 10-fold. I will post an entire summary of the meeting tomorrow as well as the answers to all of our questions, but for now I am going to get some much needed rest! By the way I never did meet Annajen in person but that does not mean she was not there because there was about a 100 or so people there.

The Kook Book

P.S. Quote of SHM "HISC is not a pinksheet company it is a Nasdaq Company that is just not there yet" - Frank Moody

(Voluntary Disclosure: Position- Long; ST Rating- Strong Buy; LT Rating- Strong Buy)

Should be lots of visibility next week. I predict a steady rise for the next few months.

Shareholder's Meeting Summary: from IHUB

Post #of 10135

Shareholder's Meeting Summary:

Hey everyone here is the long awaited report from the SHM at the Ritz Carlton in Atlanta. I was very impressed on the whole with how the meeting went and I did get the answers to our questions from Frank Moody, Ian Riley, and Adam Clough.

First we got there and signed in at the registration table where they had personalized nametags for everyone as well as some free stuff (shirts, cups, HISC waterbottles, etc.) All very nicely done. Then we walked in had a seat and the show began. The speakers would speak and then questions would be asked from the crowd...it was a good format.

First Speaker: Paige Siplon (director of the MLIC)

Key Points -

- HISC is doing what nobody else is doing with the Cyber Tracker in terms of its capabilities (will get to more on that later) and ruggedness.

- The testing was done with the Georgia Ports Authority in a rela environment in Savannah which proves that HISC's products can and do work

- The pilot test is completed and Mr. Siplon was impressed with the results (whitepaper)

- Mr. Siplon enjoyed working with HISC management and said that they were all very good at what they do and that they could sell anything successfully

- Question from audience: "Is Savannah Port going to buy the products and system from HISC?" Mr Siplon said the Georgia Ports Authority is interested in purchasing the products and applying them and he kind of talked around it. But then he joked and said "was that answer vague enough?" I get the feeling that HISC and Savannah are still in the works in terms of a deal so they were not at liberty to say.

Speaker 2: General Pierre H. Georgio (Pro-Sec)

Key Points-

- gave his background information and how he started Pro-Sec from nothing and made it into a 5 million dollar company (the guy has quite an impressive resume I might add)

- The Cyber Tracker is the best system that he found when looking for GPS tracking in terms of its capabilities: he said "The Cyber Tracker can do many other things beside the GPS: it can detect if the car door is opened or even if someone sits in the driver seat." (I was unaware that the tracker was able to do these things but after a talk with Adam Clough later he informed me that these were upgrades that the trackers specifically for General Pierre would be capable of doing. Also he said they are working on a system for the General that can shut down the car when Geo Fence boundaries are violated. This would keep people from leaving the country with rental cars.)

- Quantum Sniffer is his favorite at detecting explosives because it does not give as many false positives and is very good.

- He believes that his company (Pro-Sec) will continue to grow throughout the Middle East (which would mean that HISC would definitely see repeat business from this company)

- No questions were asked for the General...I had one but saved it for Mr. Moody in the afternoon

Speaker 3: Barry Bennet and Spencer Greissenger

Key Points -

- Barry Bennet has taken a temporary position in Ohio with a Representative so Mr. Greissenger will be filling in for the short term to work on getting HISC gov't sales.

- Gave his background on his history in D.C. and some of his key contacts

- Feels that both the Sniffer and the Tracker have a place in the gov't market. (his example: The state of California owns like 90,000 government vehicles and last year they could not find 30,000 of them! A perfect place where the Cyber Tracker can help out)

- Selling to the gov't is hard and time consuming but Spencer said he has good solid contacts in the Department of Homeland Security

- Said he can make no promises but he will do his best to get HISC's technology in front of the right people in D.C. He also said he is confident that HISC will get on the GSA (to sell to gov't) list he is just not sure how long the process will take. But if he is succesful at getting HISC in the door he said it can easily start the domino effect where everyone ends up buying together.

- Questions from audience:

-How long will GSA listing take? It is a long process and the gov't is being more careful these days about what they buy because they don't want to waste taxpayer's money. The gov't has been burned on technology in the past so they are very selective now. Again he said he was confident that HISC would get on the list.

- I asked if there would be any working relationship between HISCand Spencer's company SEG consulting. He said that they have not worked out any deal and at the moment he is just filling in for Bennet. This kind of suprised me becuase I was first under the impression that HISC would become a client of SEG but that does not seem to be the case at this point in time. Mr. Greissenger knows the right people though and he can definitely help HISC in D.C.

Speaker 4: Tom Mitchell (CEO of Actsoft)

Key Points-

- gave a powerpoint presentation on history of Act Soft and the development of the Comet Tracker

- ActSoft started small but got big. Their first major deal with the Comet Tracker was in 2003 to the Mass. Highway Dept. where they sold about 3,500 units which was half of the yearly sales that year. (2003: 7,500 units sold / 1.7 million in revenue)

- 2004: 20,000 units sold / 3.3 million in revenue)

- 2005: on pace for 6 million in revenue

- 2006: looking to exceed 25 million in revenue for the year!

- ActSoft achieved this massive growth through the help of Nextel, now Sprint. Actsoft only has 22 sales people nationwide but they went out and trained Nextel and Sprint sales people how to sell the Comet Tracker and what applications it can be used for. He said this increased the sales force to between 3 and 4 thousand people. Now Act Soft working directly together with Sprint to sell the Comet Trackers, because it also sells more phones for Sprint. (This relationship that Act Soft has with Sprint is going to be huge for HISC's success as well with the cyber tracker)

- Almost any company can use the Comet Tracker or Cyber Tracker depending on their needs:
Both Trackers
- increase efficiency/productivity
- reduce operating costs
- insure worker and asset safety

- Tom Mitchell: "So why is Actsoft an already profitable company excited about working with HISC?"

- Cyber Tracker will open new doors for Act Soft (Act soft has customers that are interested in permanent mounting tracker systems, but their system is not as good as HISC's Cyber Tracker and it is more expensive too)
- Act Soft knows how and where to sell the Cyber Tracker which will increase sales for both parties
- The Cyber Tracker is priced right for the market
- HISC brings global marketing opportunities to the table for Act Soft
- This acquisition should accelarate growth exponentionally for both parties

(Tom Mitchell is the best thing to date that has happened to HISC and I believe with this guy on our side we can't go wrong)

Speaker 5: Frank Moody (CEO)

Key Points-

- All relationships have been good for HISC
- W/ Paige Siplon
- General Pierre
- Bennet and Spencer Greissenger

- HISC is working on deals in Canada with a reseller
- Guarda Security (can't find anything on it but
don't know how to spell it!)
- multi thousand unit order in the works

- HISC also working with a reseller in European Market but he did not mention any specific company name

- HISC is going to be huge within the next 2 to 3 years

-Finished with "HISC is not a pinksheet company it is a Nasdaq Company that is just not there yet."

LUNCH BREAK

Then the Product Demonstration began and this is where I talked to Moody, Riley, and Adam Clough

The Product Demonstration was cool because we got to see all of the products hands on and see how they worked. To see the pictures and comments I took from the product demonstration go here: http://kookbook.********.com

Finally I got to talk face to face with Moody and company and get the answers to the rest of our questions:

Here is the list:

1) When will products be shipped and payments received?
-Products will most likely not be shipped until Jan. of 2006 and payment will be received in full upon shipment.

2) Were there any new orders from Maritime Expo or trips to London and Central America?
- London has to do with the reseller in the European Market but Mr. Moody would not elaborate any further on that
- Also HISC is working with a Candadien Reseller at this time which is being worked through Adam Clough

3) Will HISC run any commercials or advertising campaign?
-Mr. Moody and Mr. Riley said that they are already working on it.

4) Does HISC expect to sell CYber Trackers in the Sprint stores?
- I actually missed the question and forgot to ask but I think what Tom Mitchell (CEO of Actsoft) made it clear that Sprint in the end will help push the product as they now do with the Comet Tracker. Actsoft's relationship with Sprint will be big for HISC in my opinion.

5)Estimated contract value or expected price range for a port system?
-Both Mr Moody and Ian Riley answered this one and said that it really depends. The System is so versatile and there are so many components that go into determining what size system is needed that it is hard to tell. But he said he would throw out a number just for fun. (5-10 million)

6)Is a shareholder vote required to convert shares?
-Yes but no...HISC controls enough shares internally to do it without our approval.

7) If all shares were converted what would be total outstanding?
- I didn't even ask this one because it is just a math problem and I am sure Mr. Moody would not have known off the top of his head but someone can figure it out ourselves we have all of the conversion ratios on the preferred shares

8)I changed question 8 to read: Is the approval of the export license the only thing preventing HISC's orders from being shipped? Are we ready to manufacture on a large scale?
- The export license approval takes about 90 days according to Mr. Riley. It was filed on Sept. 12th, so that puts it's approval somewhere in the neighborhood of the middle of December. This works out because HISC is not ready to manufacture on a large scale until December so when the export license is approved HISC should already be manufacturing the orders and they could be ready to be shipped at the beginning of January.

9) Know County School System slated to take delivery of its first Cyber Tracker at the end of this year is this still on track?
-Yes...Mr Moody said he thinks it will be somewhere around the end of December possibly January that this will take place.

10) How many trackers are to be tested by South Carolina dept. of Education in Jan 2006? Is it still on track?
-I forgot to ask how many but Mr. Moody said it was definitely still on track and the dates have not changed.

11) How many of the Ports does HISC expect to be major bidders for the system?
- It is too early to tell. HISC's whitepaper was released a few days ago.

12) Will the Savannah Port be the first buyer of the system?
-No direct answer but Mr. Siplon said they were very interested. I did not ask this to Frank Moody I kind of got into a conversation with him and got a little off track...but I did get the most important question answered #15

13) How does the patenting work in terms of selling cyber trackers?
-HISC when it is all said and done will have between 5 and 7 patents for their products. They do not have to pay royalties to any other companies upon sale of a cyber tracker.

14) Who is HISC's biggest competition?
- IBM no real threat with the RFID technology as it does not have half as many capabilities of the Cyber Tracker (what I determined after talking to Adam Clough..The Cyber Tracker is unbelievable. They had a big display screen showing what the tracker does and it is incredible. There is color coded alarms and you can set multiple geo-fencing boundaries all with different colors so when an alarm is triggered you will know right away what boundary has been broken. Also it tells you the speed, time, and direction of vehicle at every waypoint on the map (which is updated every 3 seconds). If you put this in your kids car at home you could say to them: How come last night at 5:47:07 p.m. were you going 37 in a 25 while traveling down Main St. heading East? What does you kid say to that? LOL Imagine the possibilities with companies knowing exactly where their employees are and what speed they are traveling...the technology was impressive.

15) Why did HISC's Authorized Shares raise from 1 billion to 10 billion?
-The company's lawyers recommended that they do it in case of future acquisitions or mergers. For the last time for the love of god no reverse split will occur here so stop trying to start rumors. HISC has no plans on releasing anymore common shares onto the market. No more common stock will be sold by the company. I then asked where the 30 million shares for the Act Soft acquisition would come from and FRank Moody said they would come from the 10 billion authorized but they would be preferred and restricted shares, not able to be converted until at least 2 years from now, which I think we will all be rich by that point and won't care.

MY FINAL THOUGHTS

The SHM was a very good event. THe products are real people, the sales team is real, the company is going places. But it is going to take time. THe PPS is not going to take off in the near future in my honest opinion but HISC appears to be a very sound and solid company. Everything is lining up like it should be and HISC's wheels are about to begin rolling. My guess is that we will see a sell-off from the speculators and daytraders in the weeks to come but no one will get any more of my shares. I am riding these freebies for a long time! On the whole I was very impressed and feel much more comfortable holding my large position in this company and I will continue to do so.

remember pics are at http://kookbook.********.com

If anyone has any individual questions you would like to ask please let me know...and if anyone here was there and you were wondering who I was, I was the respectable one of the group of people that did not look like they belonged there. If you were at the meeting than you will know exactly what I am talking about...lol

Many thanks to you guys for being there for those of us who couldn't make it.
Good info, good questions and terrific answers.
I agree that this will take a year or more to come to fruition, and I certainly wouldn't suggest anyone sell at this point.
GLTA with HISC !!!!

Thanks kook, you did a great job, I will just try to add to what you have all ready posted, I also want to add my personal thoughts and feelings about the company, management ect. I trust my gut on a lot of things it has made me a lot of money in the past, and I had some strong feelings there and will elaborate later, my brother was also there with me, it takes more to impress him than me, I like his input to make sure that I am seeing things in the right light, lets just say we both left very excited,

Thursday Oct.20

My brother and I went to the dinner, it was totally first class, George Tenet was the speaker, he is very charismatic and really loves our country, he is very passionate about how we need to fight this war on terror at home and abroad. The two most important things is good men and woman and CUTTING EDGE TECHNOLOGY, Technology that works and allows the CIA and FBI to make quick decisions, and as he states it “TRAC ASSETS”, he does not mention HISS by name, but you get the idea.

Thoughts: I had the opportunity to sit next to a couple from Napa valley CA. he is a financial planner there, between him, his family and clients they control about 40 million of the float. He was telling me things that I personally can’t verify, so I will not mention them. He seems to think that the company could have One dollar in earnings in 06, take that for what it’s worth.

Friday October 21

Question and Answer Session:

I was sitting right up front, looking at the board, I asked two questions: (1) are you going to retire any more shares? No Moody says, (2) when are we going to see the CT in the Sprint/Nextel Stores? Answer: they are working on becoming a preferred provider with Sprint/Nextel, the process is ongoing. There were other questions I think KOOK covered them pretty well.

Thoughts: I was very impressed with all the Directors; I was most impressed though with Ian Riley CTO. This is a 22-year-old kid, very sharp and professional, I thought that I was hearing and looking at the next Bill Gates.

General Meeting:

Mr. Paige Siplon –MLIC

Really likes HISS the management and the products. In his own words “There is no one that is doing what HISS is doing, and believe me I have looked”: He said that if all you want is a GPS tracker you can go to Wal-Mart for that, I have looked and looked there is nothing that compares to what the CT can do, we are still coming up with new things that it can do to help with Port Security. He stated that asset tracking is the number one issue that is facing the Ports today both in the U.S and abroad. He also said the situation with the Ports is fluid and that they are still trying to figure logistically the best way to use technology for Asset visibility. He is very impressed with the white paper and fills that HISS technology answers a lot of those questions. Will make sure that the white paper gets into the right hands.

Thoughts: You get the feeling that if it were up to him, HISS would get the contract right now for the Georgia port.

General Pierre Hadji Georgiou (Pro. Sec)

He did not give a long speech, but this is what he said and I quote “I believe that HISS will be the cornerstone technology to fight terrorism in the Middle east” Kook maybe you can corroborate this but I am sure that I am right. He also said that the Quantum Sniffer is the best product that is out there, it tests in five seconds and cleans itself in 30 seconds and is ready to test again.

Thoughts: this guy is in the trenches when it comes to fighting terrorism, he made the same point as Tenet, that technology is one of the key ingredients. They need to be able to track assets, and have technology that is flexible for a lot of uses.

Bob Bennett/Spencer Geissinger

Bob Bennett got up and explained that he was taking a short leave of absence to help a congressman, but he would be back soon, and that Spencer G. would be filling in for him. They explained the difficulty in getting government contracts, but that they were dedicated to using their contacts to get HISS in front of the right people to market there products. They also said that once one government agency falls the rest would most likely fall in line, and that the States would follow after.

Thoughts: governments contracts are going to take time, their ace is the white paper this proves that it works and not just hot air.

Tim Mitchel: Actsoft

He was the most impressive speaker that was there. Frank Moody in his speech talked about the first time that he met with Tim and left that meeting mentioning to whom ever he was with, this guy has got it going on, and you can see why, this guy and ACTSOFT is the ace in the hole for HISS. He likes the CT because of its ease of use and affordability, you can tell this guy is very competitive, it is his goal in two years to have a larger client base than his largest competitor. He thinks with the CT he can. Just with this partnership alone it is going to add 25 million in revenue to the bottom line in 06, this company brings 40,000 customers paying $17.00 per month residual income right now, and this is just beginning. You can tell that Tim Mitchell is very excited with this merger.

Thoughts: you get the feeling that his sales staff can’t wait to get their hands on the CT and to start selling it.

Frank Moody

Frank did not talk very long; he did make the statement that “we are a NASDAQ company we are just not there yet!” He talked about the armored car contract that is coming up, and answered a few questions, and then we went to lunch.

Final thoughts:

I have come away from this meeting excited, but it’s more than that, it is hard to describe, but I have a real peaceful feeling about the direction of this company. I feel that we are in very capable hands here. Someone on the board (I can’t remember who) uses the term to describe Frank Moody as the “Velvet Hammer”, what I see is a very good manager of people, I don’t see a lot of ego coming from this guy, just someone who wants to put together the best company with the best people that he can, I believe that he is sincere when he says that he considers all of us (including shareholders) partners and are important to the success of this company.

I think that we are going to have to be patient here, we all want things to go faster, it will be after the first of the year before we go to BB. I personally think that we are going to see additional contracts come soon, from overseas I think, slowly but surly we will crack in to state and federal government agency’s, this will be slow but with a little time will grow exponentially.

I had the pleasure of having lunch at the same table as the General and his wife from Lebanon, very nice man. I could not help but think to myself “why is this guy here? Why is he spending his time speaking at this little company’s first ever share holders meeting, why were all of these guys here”, they must see something I guess, and I do to.

I personally am in this for the long haul, I don’t need to trade this stock I have it at a very low price. I think though with the quiet period coming up that we could see PPS slip down a couple of points, I would just use it as a buying opportunity.

You can tell that Management is expecting big things to happen with this company, they are working hard doing the things necessary to make it happen.

I am just babbling now, its late and I am tired, I am not the best typist in the world, but I wanted to get this out, hope this has been helpful, If you have other questions just send them and I will answer them the best I can.

I did not stay for the DEMOS had to catch my flight home, I am sure the were great, They had a HUMMER in front of the Hotel that said CYBER TRACKER on it, it was pretty cool.

as soon as this shoots up in the .15 range, I'm out - very tough watching this stock looking for positive gains at this point... until that export license is approved and products starts shipping, this stock is not going to do anything!! Too much wishful thinking on my part and probably others too, is killing me watching this stock drop instead of going up!!

I think a Port contract would have much more impact on the shareprice. It would/will spark a massive run up. Also the possible/pending(?) contract to supply cybertracker to armored car company would/will have a nice impact. Or the addition of a school/county/state vehicle contract would be huge. I've made bank on HISC and have a big bloc of free shares that are gonna make me a whole lot more IMO. Plus the swing plays alone have been fantastic. GLTA!!

Maybe it's just me, but after all the positives that came out this weekend and the future of this company, why would anyone ever sell now?

I mean, how many Ritz-Carlton Hummer tracking government connected hot company aquisitioning OTCBB by '06 Nextel approved Sprint promoting companies do you know?

The problem here is to much greed everyone wants to wake up rich tomarrow and think things happen overnight. You will have to look long and hard to find something better than this one. I will sit here with my 400,000 shares and anymore I can get, and in 2 or 3 years sell them all for a couple milion dollars. Id say thays a pretty dam good investment return and no reason what so ever to complain.

Thanks CKitty.
I've been trying to write a 5 star post for quite some time. [Smile]

Seriously, I didn't know that Tulips were flowers that needed to be planted in the Winter to be seen in the Spring. I feel that same feeling about HISC. This is one flowering bulb that should grow *slowly* into a very brilliant bloom.
