I have played this stock 3 times now, and I think that the long term prospects are really good, but having said that, after watching this stock since it made its first run, I do have an opinion to offer on why the price is going down. I noticed that right before they announced the first contract, that there was a PR stating that they had raised like $990,000.00 or something around there through the sale of stock to raise capital for funding for any potential deals that they may have coming through, and then not too long after that they announced that first deal. The interesting thing to me is that going back through the PR's there is a PR dated 6/22 that announces that they completed there 504 raise of $1,000,000.00 to finance market, and fulfill any PO's, and that is not what I read the first time, it looks as though PR was reworded, from what was originally put out. Maybe I am losing my mind, but I could swear that PR had a number, just under $1 mill, and that they stated it was from the sale of stock. Does anyone else recall this, and does anyone know what a 504 raise is? My guess is that it is selling of stock, and that they needed to do this to fill these large orders coming through, so I guess my theory is that it is dilution, but I understand why they would need to do it, and I see it as only a short term problem, until they can start being compensated for these two large orders, and then hopefully they will have the funds necessary to fulfill future orders, without having to sell stock, and /or use alternate means of financing.
Just for full disclosure, I am not currently in the stock, I have been in the past. I am bullish on the long term prospects for HISC. I think this dip is a short term issue, do to raising of capital for this second deal that is twice is large as the first order, and that right now at this price HISC is looking like a real bargain, and I think I will jump back in this, and hold long term.

Trendtrader. I don't think that is the case. Why would they retire 450mil shares and buy back 60 mil if they were just going to dilute. They have financing so I don't think they would redilute the stock. Just my humble opinion and don't forget I am Blonde!

I also have been trading this stock (3 times) from the first run and have high confidence in it. You are bound to make a ton of money if u hold onto this stock for a while. When i trade this stock i dont worry at all if the share price goes down cuz i know it will go back up...i had bought into this company when it was at $.015 and actually wish i had kept the money in there cuz i would be rich lol. There is always a dip before huge runs...the pattern of the companies chart shows that. watched it go from .007-.05 then go down to .027 for a bit, then go from .027 all the way to .13! I have seen posts from earlier about the stock shooting up to .25 soon and i think it will! we r in the downer but i think we will only see gains from here out...maybe minor down days but i cant feel it coming! Do your DD and u will see! GO HISC!

Great post from everyone, this baby will run again. Everyone talks about everything happening at the end of the month. If that's the case and there's no PR news on a major contract I'll wait until the 20th to get back in.
You can do whatever you like, since I maybe right about this dropping between 4-6 and then running. We did hit exactly .06 today. I am now ready toget back in.

TEHRAN (Reuters) - Iran hopes to resume atomic fuel work by early next week, chief nuclear negotiator Hassan Rohani said, backtracking from Tehran's remarks earlier on Wednesday that it was looking to restart later in the day.

"We hope to restart work by the beginning of next week when preparations are complete," he told state television, referring to the need to get U.N. surveillance equipment in place before Iran can resume its disputed fuel cycle.
Iran's proposed resumption of its atomic fuel cycle is threatening to derail talks with the European Union, which is trying to find a diplomatic solution to a dispute over whether Iran is seeking nuclear arms.
When asked whether he would soon be leaving his current role, Rohani replied: "I believe so."
He said that his role would either be taken over by the foreign minister or a new secretary of the Supreme National Security Council, after new President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad appoints his cabinet.
However, he added that this new order would not change Iran's policy on the atomic program.

Some ppl are already so freakin rich off this comp...i think there is still ppl holding onto tons of shares at $.005 and they are still holding cuz they know this stock will go to .25+ every half cent it goes up they double their money! lol INSANE!!!

i said right after the .145 run it would drop to .07 just like it did after the .05 run...about 50%. i'd say this is bottom...a few days in the mid 6's probably before it starts up again. i'm guessing it will be mostly sideways for a few weeks with a little bouncing. i'm thinking this will be a good stock to flip for a while. looking for close to .20 after the next run with a 40 to 50% drop after that. its a penny stock, its daytraded & not held by many for long periods. dont see .05's again unless something bad hits the market or this stock.

DUBAI (Reuters) - Al Qaeda's second in command Ayman al-Zawahri warned Britons in a video aired on Thursday that Prime Minister Tony Blair's policies will bring more destruction to London. He also warned the United States that al Qaeda will continue to launch deadly attacks until U.S. troops quit all Muslim countries.
"Blair's policies brought you destruction in central London and will bring you more destruction...," Zawahri, Osama bin Laden's deputy, said in a tape aired by Al Jazeera television.
"What you have seen in New York, Washington and Afghanistan, are only the initial losses and if you (United States) continue the same hostile policies you will see what will make you forget those horrors," he said in reference to the Sept. 11 attacks.
He said bin Laden had offered a truce to Western countries asking them to pull out their armies from Iraq and Afghanistan in order to live in peace.
"To the people of the crusader coalition ... our blessed Sheikh Osama has offered you a truce so that you leave Muslim land. As he said you will not dream of security until we live it as a reality in Palestine and until all your infidel armies leave Prophet Mohammad's lands," he said.
"Our message to you is clear, strong and final: There will be no salvation until you withdraw from our land, stop stealing our oil and resources and end support for infidel (Arab) rulers," Zawahri added.

I hear 'ya, Dag -- most of their releases are balbbering crap, but this one seems to be stronger than usual. I think the next couple of days will be good in the security sector. Hopefully, we get something like a shipping container with 100 idiot terrorists in it ATTEMPTING to blow up one of our harbors, but instead exploding while at sea, killing all involved but with no injuries to the crew. Thus, we get the stock bump, and none of us gets hurt!

I dont know, but I kinda like it. I'm tired of seeing red on this stock. Its like winning the lottery and going bankrupt all in the same day.
I got in very low and have a nice chunk of shares, but I keep seeing red!
Today is definately a nice turnaround.

to be honest i dont think this stock will go down much untill it flys. I think that this is the beginning of the run. there might be like 1 day thats a small downer but this is it IMO. What exactly do u mean by "take off for good"? like go in the dollar range and not go back down?
