Agreed, when you just consider the revenue when this takes off with school busses! It's unfortunite that we have to worry about our children going to and from school, but it's a fact. We recently had a bus driver in our area just take off with a bus load of students and was not found for several hours after he drove them out of state. Fortunitly he was found and all students were ok. This CyberTracker will be huge. IMO

Not only school districts, think about the number of retirement homes or hospitals with patients and/or seniors having Alzheimer's and getting lost out there. With the cyber tracker they can be found in a heart beat. (Cops and personnel do not have to look for them hours and hours) The use of the cyber tracker pays for itself and this device's potential use is virtually endless!!

glad you were able to get past your increasing age & get back in wallace...lol. sure which my L2's were working...i still have .10 ask & .099 bid. i think we have a good shot at bumping that 52 wk hi by mid week but the mm's love sitting on this stock. never saw a stock have ask/bid drop so many times after a bunch of buys & then no sells except maybe 2 or 3 come thru & not big share trades on the couple sells.

NEXTEL, CIngular, ex President Bush appointee, Two ex-military Colonels that have lots of Pentagon connections. It's a matter of time before a contract is announced. iahd stated before long time ago, around two months ago that 23 August would be a huge day for HSIC, (mom's B-day) I say we hit at least .15 by eod Weds.

Though I am on this stock, even I don't believe that is going to happen. Conference isn't until after closing. It is basically going to be a repeat of how the business is going and where they are on the paperwork for getting listed on the Nasdaq in the future. if it hits .25 it will drop fast....in over 2 yrs of OTC trading & watching i can only remember 2 stocks go over .20 from under .10 & hold the price...MJET & the one with Elvis's name involved, can't remember the symbol. both were shell's getting filled. i do think that at some point in the future HISC will get over .20 & hold it but there needs to be a lot more things happening in the port security area, like a MAJOR port or a bunch of medium ports signing contracts. i'm looking for .15 maybe .16 then a drop back to .10 by next week. unless of course New York Harbor signs a contract..lol

There are and have been plenty of PK and OB stocks that have gone from .10's to above .20 or higher and held. That you have seen them posted here is another thing, once they pass and climb without looking back members forget about that's because it's a Penny stock.
I can tell you of a recent one that I played and will be huge, I got it started at .12 hit over 1.00 now it's at .80's and looking strong, nor splits.
GRGR look at it's a pink sheet.
This is probably not a good example but BRVO.OB was .11 cents in december now holding above .80.
HISC HAS ALL THE RIGHT PEOPLE AND THE PRODUCT & SERVICES MOST IN DEMAND (BESIDES OIL) don't be a fool and miss a run to above .50 by the end of October. Back in June I stated that the week of the 23rd this baby was going to be above .15 let's hope I'm right.
HISC is here to stay and don't be shocked if Government contracts do start been signed sometime soon.

pen...i like & have been following HISC since the first of 2005. i do think it has serious potential but the o/s needs to still drop for it to hold big runs. the float is about 250 million. income this yr will be about $5 million gross. now over the next 2 yrs income will increase a great deal thus justifying a higher pps but until that happens it will run up & down. again if major port security contracts get signed & that is very possible then the whole picture changes but to hold big pps runs the float needs to be cut in half again at the current income. this is a very solid company with the right ppl in place & the right connections thus income to support a 250 million float is possible but it will take time.

Homeland Integrated Security Systems Completes `White Paper' for Savannah Port Project
Nationwide Teleconference Today at 4:15 EST.
ASHEVILLE, N.C., Aug 23, 2005 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Homeland Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (Pink Sheets:HISC) announced today that it has completed the "White Paper" on the Savannah Port Project, and will deliver the results from the "White Paper" to more than 361 major ocean ports over 175 major commercial river ports before the end of September pending Government approval. The "White Paper" will also be delivered to major airports and other secured facilities. According to the Subcommittee on Coast Guard and Maritime Transportation, "Ports are often very open and exposed, and are susceptible to large-scale acts of terrorism that could cause catastrophic loss of life and economic disruption . . perhaps no other mode of transportation is currently more vulnerable to future attacks than our Nation's Marine Transportation System."
The Port of Savannah's Garden City Terminal is the largest single terminal container operation in the U.S. with over 1,200 acres of property. There are up to 8,000 trucks entering the Port everyday. The challenge of tracking and pinpointing the location of each vehicle real time is daunting in its complexity. To help address this massive security issue, the Savannah Port asked Homeland Integrated Security Systems to pilot test the Cyber Tracker. The results of those tests are as follows:
Phase I. Criteria
Determine whether or not the GPS technology can function within the canyons of the ports.
Determine coverage; identify any part of the port not covered. Test the battery size and life.
Phase I. Results
The Cyber Tracker worked flawlessly. Coverage was good in every part of the port. Battery size and life are not issues; the Cyber Tracker charging unit's life is 16 hours, exceeding the average length of projected truck usage (2 hours) by 800%.
Phase II. Criteria
Determine the Data Collection, archiving, and storage capabilities of the Cyber Tracker solution; showing tracking and movement of vehicles at selected intervals over a 30-day period.
Phase II. Results
The Cyber Tracker met and exceeded all data criteria.
Phase III of the Savannah Port Project consists of GIS mapping and software finalizations and incorporates tracking devices deployed both on the port and in the immediate area surrounding the port. Homeland Integrated Security Systems owns proprietary technology and has the rights to use patents to some of the most innovative and sophisticated security products. The project at the Savannah Port is being conducted in conjunction with Georgia Tech, and the Maritime Logistics Innovation Center (MLIC).

According to the New York Times, the U.S. spent more than $4.5 billion on screening devices to monitor the nation's ports, borders, airports, mail, and air, the federal government is moving to replace or alter much of the antiterrorism equipment, concluding that it is ineffective, unreliable or too expensive to operate. The federal government will likely need to spend as much as $7 billion more on screening equipment in coming years, according to government estimates.
The Savannah Port Security Project revolves around Homeland Integrated Security Systems' revolutionary Cyber Tracker, which monitors drivers' activities to and from the port's berths. Cyber Trackers would be dispensed using an automated system that will integrate the Cyber Tracker via RFID to bills of laden. When the drivers are leaving the port, the units are collected, thus insuring that all vehicles entering a port facility are accounted for when leaving. The device also allows port officials to monitor flow both in and around the port, as well as speed control, stop times, and the ability to archive the customized reports. The Savannah port is the fourth-busiest port in the U.S., making it the ideal test site for the project.
