Someone came forward on the ihub board and said they made that "uplinkusa" webpage to interest Frank in his company's video streaming services, and that he had not ever been in contact with the Network. No connection. False alarm on that. Kinda cheesy in my opinion, but everyone's entitled to try and make a buck.
Totally unrelated, last night I was watching TV and on some random channel there was an overtly gay commercial. The company was Orbitz travel, the narrator had a "gay" (but not exaggerated) gay tone, and they were saying to use Oritz for "gay friendly travel".
The time is ripe, lines are being drawn in the sand, the gay marriage ban was destroyed in the Senate today (possibly the reason for the little spike), the national stage is set, and so...cue the Q !
The timing could not be better if Frank doesn't wait too much longer.

Just doing some digging tonight in the gay communications (internet) sites. Lots of chat about QBID and much interest. Apparently, the gay community have been asked to call local cable compaines in mass with request to get the channel. Its kinda like a grassroots call out system is in motion. If you go to www.gay.com and type Qtelevison in search it will list current topics related to QTV. Todays front page of the Gay newspaper: BayWindow (New England) has coverage www.baywindow.com also www.eonline.com and www.planetout.com It sure looks like lots is going on behind the scene with lots of support and interest in getting the channel. Sounds like the word is out and getting some pr without all the attendance at Gay Parades. Lets go QBID. I just want to make some $$$

you guys should have gone to the mardigra parade and held up Qbid signs. I bet with enough attention this thing would have been launched by now. lol you thing frank is tearing hair out trying to find a station to broadcast QBID. HE must be if not he is not trying at all.

I know this for a fact. Alot of my broker friends that work the floor are say this. They even said it might go hirer if the publicity is good from the media. $1.00 to $3.00. We just have to sit back and wait. QBID TIME WILL COME!!!!!!1

sarki, not to bring out my skepticism but that is a bold statement to make. Nobody knows with stocks, its a gamble, people on the floor dont even know. You know why, QTN might not be sucessful this year? How do your "friends" know it will be at $1.
I tell you this, volume is absolutely there to reach that amount. We can see a lot of buys coming in when the BIG news comes out, but technically I think $1 this year will not happen. They need to generate quartely profits ontop of filing. They haven't even filed anything yet!
Wouldn't you be happy with 50 cents?

There are 3 things you need to know. 1) the news of them signing with time warner and comcast alon this make this stock move. 2) the media all over it will give it even more hype. and 3) there are alot of gay and lesbian people that are in the market and they will buy qbid like crazy.

Hey but if it's the stock of a lifetime/stock of the year, why wouldn't it go to a 1.00 in 2 months. This is not your ordinary penny stock remember.

Glad to see QBID edging back up where it belongs. I want to see it above 01 again. When we stabilize at 01, I think any really good pr could feasibly push us closer to the 02 mark, especially with Sept just around the corner. I've been in QBID since Feb I think--been a long time--traded in the beginning, and now I have most of my shares above the penny mark. I've been cautiously trading between the 005 and 007 range. Makes me nervous to do that because good news could come at any moment. I would hate to be left out--chasing on the way up. When this ran the last time to the 026 point, I didn't have a sell order in place. (Learned a big lesson on that one). I had to take one of my children to the doctor's office and when I got home and saw the run, I FREAKED out! So, live and learn. Now I choose to eat, sleep, read children's books, build castles, color, rock the babies...you all get the picture...in the den so I can keep an eye on this stock...
I read (few pages back) about some of you guys talking about what you were doing with the profits off of QBID. Thought it was interesting, considering I have bought the coolest bunk beds from CargoKids for the big boys and are currently adding a front porch on the house with some of my profits. I know I haven't made as much as a lot of you, but every little bit goes a long way!! My big boys now ask me if I'm "tracking my QBID!" What can I say. A little obssesive behavior never hurt anyone. Just a little..
I will be so glad to hear the contract news. Know everyone out there is waiting and waiting too. Just breath...or crunch ice all day like me (Diane has skittles and Zanax.) I have crunchy ice and Paxil!! Whatever works.
Come on QBID. I want to see 0093 again--saw it a few days ago and want to see it again!!!
It seems that today has been a very slow but positive uptick. Can someone let me know, is this a possible indication that MM's are in accumulation mode ? Most of my shares are above .01 but holding for long term. I am asking because I also keep a small handful of these shares (@ .007) which I am playing with.

If it means anything--I'm here. I know a good thing when I see it. QBID is definitely one to hold and watch.
Sound like Groover and I are in the same boat. I, too, have shares that I've been playing the dips and highs on...but hold most shares above 01. It will be above 01 soon enough.
Where is Deg's Wife and Diana??? Miss "hearing their voices" in the morning.
