Bob_Dog you keep asking why haven't they announced carriers but perhaps the best explaination is that either QTv wants to wait until the best possible time or that the carriers want to wait until the LAST possible moment.
This isn't just picking up a 'new' channel. This will prove to be VERY controversial. They did say they had a carrier but will not say who until the time is RIGHT.
I rather them wait an let the pps drop then they tell us who and it back fires. If you are a true 'long' this shouldn't be an issue as if you beleive in this, when we are carried in one, then in other areas of the country, the pps will rise. This will happen and we were shown in two markets with two different cable providers. This to me is an excellent sign/start.
We have 'something' with Time Warner.
We were shown on ComCast Cable in Washington/Seattle area.
We were also shown durring the same time on Cox Cable in New Orleans.
So Time Warner, Cox Cable and Comcast Cable. That to me is a pretty good start. LOGO has not broadcast ANYTHING other than some PR's... So so far we are ahead of them.
QTv is in the process of aquiring and MAKING programming
We will get our carriers but also remember they want to do a buy back and it would be to our benefit that they buy back ANY shares at the lowest possible price. Even if they only bought back 25 million when the price hit .0045-.0048 a few days back, that is still 25 million more out of the float! Every little bit helps.
I still feel we are right on schedual. We are up 19% today so go figure

And just as quickly i'm out again. Just turned a quick profit. It's the first time I made a profit in 3 weeks!!! I just needed that!

Hope you're right about QBID accumulation. I'm hoping Franks got a buy-back going on. But I don't think he's holding back on news. It's illegal for a company to hold news of substance that would affect the share price!

Is that message from Steve G. on the website the prgramming update the hotline spoke of yesterday? Or is there still going to be more added? Any ideas? Thats pretty poor if thats all.

I'm unable to access qtelevision website. Anyone else experiencing the same? Could mean new info coming out... Goodluck to you all... I'm still holding all my shares (5,250,000).

There's no update on the website. I wish they would not give out dates of when they would do things because they never are on time.
As for carriers, if we still have not signed contract then we do not have carriers. Is this logical?

fastrunner, I highly dought they will even put 1 program on their website. Why would you want that, then someone else can steal their ideas. I don't want that to happen.
I personally would wait until they get the go ahead to air, then put everything onto the site.

Hmmm, I'm back from vacation--so nice. Read some of the posts. . . .
Perhaps 1BigTip could help us with the charts. We have not had this high of a percentage increase since July 8--a much higher volume and price spread too. 1BigTip, what do your charts say?

suz. I liked it when someone was posting charts that showed their input with it. I'm not a chart expert but just like I said on Monday. The double dip has formed. The rise was expected yesterday or today and it happened. Usually following a double dip is a larger increase then todays but no one knows with stocks. Be carefull.

Thanks for your input. Many seem to have left the board. Hopefully, they will come back soon. I vote for #2, too.

Look at it for yourself. If & when we break that point of .0083, Its going to go up fast! It could break, then we look for the next resistance level.
Even though we double dipped today, it needs to break resistance otherwise it can drop again.

Even though I have little to no faith in this stock, it was a fun daytrade for me. In at .006 at open, out at .007 at close. If we dip at open tomorrow (which we probably will, especially if the website is not updated like the hotline said) I'll buy more and do the same, selling at the predictable EOD run. It's the only way anybody will make money on this right now. Rinse, lather, repeat.

1BT I agree with you. What I don't like is what they said on the hotline that there will be a website update today on the programming and nothing happens. Better not to say anything than to make empty announcements.

Fast. Not analying it to much, they said "Steven will have a programming report on the website tommorrow."
A report, not programs. They already updated the site with that and they were early.

kb, Nice trading! I wrote down 3 rules for myself 2 weeks ago.
#1. Don't chase it if its running up. #2. Sell when there are more buys going through #3. Buy when there are more sells going through (on the dips) #4. BE PATIENT!
On Friday last week after my buy order went through, I realized I followed NONE of those rules!!! And now look! The gut tells you one thing and the mind tell you another. Dam Mind manipulators!

In my opinion the key to our success is going to be getting the work out about QTV. And a couple message boards, and a crappy web site are not going to cut it.
There is nothing greater than a celebrity endorsement for a company or a products success. I think this should be a huge goal for QBID right now. I think Frank should be thinking along these lines. Right now he is a nobody and his company means nothing to hardly anybody. But you add a famous face to the mix then people start to open their eyes and pay attention. Rosie O'Donnell no longer has a TV show or a Magazine, so i can't see any conflict of interest problems for her. And being that she is openly gay, and a enormously famous public figure. I can not see why she would not support this. An endorsement from someone like Rosie O'Donnell would be huge for QTV at this point. IMO, QBID should be hounding her to be a supporter or even a spokeswoman. Maybe even offer her a small stake in the company. She's already extremely wealthy, so she could do it just as a show of support for her lifestyle, and to support the gay community. My pitch to her would be that QTV could potentially be the biggest and most influenital part of the Rosie O'Donnell legacy yet. That she would always be remembered for being the celebrity who was responsible for the success of the first ever all gay TV Station. She would be a gay and lesbian icon forever. I know that all sounds like a bit much. But if it did work, and QTV became a wild success. And she was responsible for it's success, than its not that far from the truth. She would at least have to consider it right?
I have also considered writing the Ellen DeGeneres Show and telling her about QTV. I think a mention on her show would do wonders to drum up some support for QTV. Being that she too is an openly gay celebrity, she may consider doing it also. This in my opinion would open the eyes of some of the companies we are trying to get to carry this thing. I think only a conflict with her current contract, or with her network would prevent her from at least mentioning it. She responds to hundreds of letters, most of them during the show. I just figured it might be worth a shot. Maybe even get Ricky Martin to sing a song about QTV, he's gay right? HAHA Just kidding about the last one. But in all seriousness we are at the most critical stage here, its eather sink or swim. So wouldn't getting a celebrity endorsment be the way to go right now? The early bird gets the worm. Those are good rules to follow. You never want to chase up and be the sucker caught buying at the top. If a stock has gone up more than 10% in a day, no matter what, I won't buy it. There is always the chance that it could go up 100% or even 1000% and I might miss huge gains, but that is usually not the case. It will drop back down after the buying frenzy is over and I would hate to be the person who bought at the top. Look at GXXL last week. It had a huge run last week above .02 with a lot of buys up there, now, it is back around the .008 level. Or, use QBID as an example, somewhere out there, there are people who bought at .028 on the day we had the huge run. We need those people so we can make money, but don't be one of them. Another thing I would add to your set of rules is in a case like QBID, it you are only daytrading and not holding long, get in and out in a day. DO NOT HOLD OVER NIGHT, or even worse, OVER A WEEKEND. Q has a tendency to hit its lowest point of the day at open with a gap down, and usually closes at or around its day high, with an end of the day run. This is not always the case, like today, I put my order in to buy at .006 before the market opened expecting some buying because of the after hours hotline update. I hit it and never looked back. When I bought, I immediately put in a sell for .0075 thinking it might hit there today. When the end of the day looked like .007 might be my best bet, I changed it and sold there. Unless there is a concrete PR (no fluff), I expect that Q will drop in the morning again and trade sideways until the end of the day. Thats why I did not want to hold overnight to try and hit .0075 tomorrow. Those are just my thoughts and opinion, I hoped it helped some of you.

I also noticed, which ever way QBID opens within the first few minutes is the way we close. We open negative, we close down. We open positive, we close up. Actually did we open negative today? If so, I'll shut up. Just seems that way to me.

But theres no gaurantee so be careful.
You're right, we opened positive today. I think it was .006. So for now, your theory holds.
