Just read a disturbing post on RB by poster roundmot, post 29043.
I never came across anything he's talking about.
Can anyone here disprove any of his allegations? Have you heard likewise?
Comments welcome.

Just another post on RB... although I used to think this poster was serious. Here's the post I was talking about, Hippo.
salemm.

This is to all of my friends on this board. You know me. And you know that I am not a basher. And even though I am not holding PAVP stock at this time, I feel compelled to post this final message to you all. No matter what the consequences, I must warn my friends on this board about PAVP. Some of you followed me here from CTKH, and for that I am truly sorry.

IMO, I repeat, this is strictly my opinion, this stock is not what it appears. IMO, nothing about this position holds up under scrutiny. Now there is evidence that Cortellazzi was involved in a fraud investigation regarding a school in Canada. When you combine all of the vaugeness of his PRs, with their frequency, plus the coincidence of CortDev airports name, the ever increasing float and o/s, the here today gone tomorrow picture of the new product on the web site that just happened to be the product of another company, and then PAVP's apparent lie that they were negotiating with the manufacturer to market it, when the manufacturer says that is not true, and the incredible frustration expressed openly by their own PR rep, and much much more, IMO, this is not a safe place to have your money.

Upon consideratoin of these things I got out with an extreme loss and am glad I did.

I encourage you all to do some serious DD on this position, and take whatever steps you feel comfortable with. As I have said, I am out. And, at this time, absolutely nothing can make me comfortable with this company.

Watch your money.

I have ROundmot on ignore. I've read a couple of posts over there a minute ago - SOmething about Andrea having been involded Alledgedly with stealing money from some schools in Canda or something. If someone can copy the post here - maybe we can DD it ourselves and find proof whether real or not...

Could someone help with Alphatrade question please???

On Alphatrade - what do all the colors represent, other than different prices? Earlier, the .0095 on Ask was RED, now .0105 is the RED one, with date of MArch 17 next to it and SEAB as the MM. Seems VERY confusing.

Thanks to whoever knows,
Steve

Just got back.

Reading the post, seems there's a lot of bashing and not a lot of real DD.

Looking to find info on allegation of fraud with a school = nothing.

PR is confirmed today...but if they learned their lesson, they won't have it out before the end of the day. For us, we hope before the bell but this might not be the best thing to put this stocks on the road to success.

Anyway, I'm always very carefull when I read something about fraud or else without proof.

Time will tell. The only thing I Know for sure is that the ST-Hubert Airport project is a very good one. Will they be able to manage it with success...I don't know. But that's why the stocks is so low right now, It's still gambling time. If we had hard numbers and profit coming in, this would be much more higher.

Good luck all.

Malloy

Yellow is the highest bid or lowest ask
Green is following and then Orange...and so on. Is just easier to follow how many MM are at a certain price.

There is also the time (or date if not today) they put their order.

ProActive Computer Reaches Agreement for Acquisition of Public Shell; Signs Letter of Intent to Secure Financing for Shell
Jump to first matched term

HOUSTON, Mar 19, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ProActive Computer Services Inc. (PAVP: Pink Sheets) today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire a controlling interest in a public shell for cash. The anticipated completion date when all shares will be delivered to PAVP is March 23, at which time the name and ticker symbol will be released. This is a debt-free public shell that is in good standing with no past or present legal problems with the SEC. In addition, all transfer and minute book records are up-to-date. Due to these qualities, this shell is a prime candidate to attain OTC Bulletin Board status in the near term. Mr. Andrea Cortellazzi will be appointed the new chairman and CEO of the company. Andrea's goal is to transform the shell into a viable holding company that will invest in leading-edge and innovative technologies. The shell's mandate will be to acquire and invest in private technology companies that possess valuable intellectual property and patents. These companies should also possess a competitive advantage in their field, a comprehensive strategic plan and a strong management team.

CEO Andrea Cortellazzi has signed a letter of intent with a major Israel-based investment group for a $500,000 equity investment in the shell, with the option of increasing it to $2M. This group has a staff of respected leaders in high-tech financing and capital markets law. The investment will be in the form of restricted shares of the shell for a term of not less than one year. These funds will be used by the shell to make its first major investment. Andrea and his advisors are currently evaluating firms that own intellectual property that is valued at over $15M and have been very successful in attracting major investors to finance their projects. Full disclosure of this investment will be done upon completion of due diligence.

As per the March 9 press release, there will be a spin-off of this shell with PAVP shareholders of record benefiting from it. Shares of the shell will be distributed to PAVP shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 9, 2004. PAVP shareholders will receive 1 share of the shell's common stock for every 100 shares of PAVP common stock owned.

PAVP anticipates that its name and ticker symbol will be officially changed to CortDev Inc. on March 23. At that time, PAVP will also provide an update on the recent developments with respect to the re-development of the St. Hubert airport.

It has come to our attention that certain parties are posting negative, harmful and inaccurate information on financial websites and message boards. Anyone posting false information regarding PAVP will be subject to legal action on a swift basis. PAVP's legal department has been notified of such postings and will take legal action if necessary to protect the company from these slanderous and baseless allegations.

PAVP corrects the statements made in our March 12 press release regarding Digitalus Technology Inc. (DTI). PAVP was misinformed by DTI's principals regarding the Fx Lock product. It is in fact not developed by DTI but by Biometrika. DTI is in the process of developing its own proprietary technology and products, which will be made public once the blueprints are completed. PAVP regrets having made the error of not thoroughly reviewing all the documents provided by DTI regarding the Fx Lock and assures all shareholders that this will not happen again.

For more information, please call Andrea Cortellazzi at 514-830-3348 after 8PM EST on March 22 as he is presently engaged in business meetings in Houston, TX. Alternatively, you may e-mail the company at cortdev@sympatico.ca for an immediate response.

Apparently we are going nowhere. Nothing spectacular in this PR. Although, the name change date is definitely a PLUS!

Here's what I read about the PR...tell me what you think.

---
CEO Andrea Cortellazzi has signed a letter of intent with a major Israel-based investment group for a $500,000 equity investment in the shell, with the option of increasing it to $2M

Good. REal money

---
As per the March 9 press release, there will be a spin-off of this shell with PAVP shareholders of record benefiting from it. Shares of the shell will be distributed to PAVP shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 9, 2004. PAVP shareholders will receive 1 share of the shell's common stock for every 100 shares of PAVP common stock owned.

Good. Free shares.

---
PAVP anticipates that its name and ticker symbol will be officially changed to CortDev Inc. on March 23. At that time, PAVP will also provide an update on the recent developments with respect to the re-development of the St. Hubert airport

Good project. That's why I'm in. Can't wait for more info. Else, all shorts selling will have to be accounted for. MM can't do anything about this.

---
PAVP corrects the statements made in our March 12 press release regarding Digitalus Technology Inc.

Bad. That's a mistake they can't do. It will hurt the company for not being professional. It might stop the stocks from going up today.

Now they have to be better prepared with the CortDev project...we don't want this to happen again.

Oh well!

Malloy

What did you guys think? They admitted they screwed up with the Fx Lock.

The word "Anticipate" scares me in next paragraph. (Shoot -I had anticipated making money with this stock).

ProActive Computer Services Inc.

As usual - we're DOWN after PR. I thought it was pretty decent - especially that they ADMITTED they screwed up DTI. They NEVER should have jumped the gun there though, in the first place.

The Donald would have said "YOU'RE FIRED" !!!!!! LOL

The way L2 looks right now, by close we could either be down to .0078 or up to a penny. B/A thin at .0081 x .0083

Not a lot of voloume since the release either. MAybe most waiting for Tuesday.

Good Luck to us all next week......

Steve

The only thing positive I see right now on level 2 is that VFIN is at .009

Here are the numbers

bid
4x.0079
2x.0078
1x.0077
2x.0075

ask
1x.008
2x.0081
4x.009
2x.01

Nice jump from 8 to 9... but right now, I'm not to excited. Bears have control.

I thought the PR was great. If I had free cash I would buy more. Tuesday is coming soon and I believe the share price will be up. Any predictions? I say .017. That number was drawn from a hat in a totally scientific way. GLTA-Debi

Secial J, If this MM manipulation and I am hoping it is-they will have to cover soon and we can make it difficult by not selling the second it goes over our buy prices. I hope they have to pay a 100% premium- but thye may be shaking the shares first and spiking the price second in which case the people who sold are the ones who paid (lost) the 100% premium. If you read past PR, that's exactly what that European bank will be doing...and at this price, they are laughing all the way to the bank...!!!

Better take it on the right side. Nobody died today...except the father of my friend which is why I was gone part of the day. Put in perspective, stocks behing down is not that important for me at this moment.

Oh, and by the way. For those following that Zillions shares behing bought after the bell this week...another 2M just went through.

Tomorrow will be a better day.
