OT: I'd stay away from UVCL for now unless it gets down to .01 or less. I've been holding it almost 6 months and kicking myself bigtime! Should have sold during run - which was 5 months ago TODAY. At very least - should have sold when YOU did! 10K due end of next week and it ain't gonna be pretty - so even if you DO buy cheap - be prepared to hold for a long time. We don't even know if he HAS a business anymore. Nothing but broken promises. You never know though - it went from .01 to .17 in 4 days last OCt. on NO news.
Good Luck to us on PAVP too! Steve

Mainly im just posting so there arent 666 posts anymore, bad number . Anyway if its possible, just try to ignore the exact pps until the news comes out. The stuff the MM were doing today with the PPS was rediculous. Once again I think the PR will be long and will explain lots of different things including the float and O/S. Do not listen to people that say they have called or emailed anyone. Do it yourself, or wait for the PR. Remember that anyone posting on a board probably has some monetary interest in the stock. This surprise PR is just the teaser PR and the one later this week will surprise us all. Good night all.

PPS is complete BS. People have orders in that wont fill. PR should be huge.

Having to do some real work today...can't be much here but I had an idea. Since I've read that some can't have their order fill, is there anyone who would be willing to put a very small order at Market Price and tell us at what price he got the shares...and at what time it passed. We could compare to level 2 and see a bit more who's playing with us.
I would do it myself but my broker charge me huge commission when the stock is below 0.01.
Have a nice day.

I am tired of watching this stock go down each day. I got in at .013 and I am already down $460. Would you hold on to this stock or just take the loss?

Keith... don't be crazy. Don't sell. That's a big loss that will hurt. And it will hurt more when you see PAVP go up soon thereafter. Just wait. Why? Another PR coming soon (OTCBB listing?) April 1st (supposed day of doom for MMs and naked shorting); April 9th: free shares of another company.
All of these factors are VERY likely to have an upward effect on the stock. Waiting won't hurt you. The price will NOT tank in my opinion. I hate to see people take a loss... 'cause I know I can't afford a loss myself. Keep strong. salemm.

If you're already down 460 at least hold til it goes below this very strong support @.008-.009, which I'm betting it won't. Make your own choice but I believe this is the bottom. Nowhere to go but up.

It'simple...Buy low-Sell high... LOL! Although that's true it's not that simple! Watch the posts here from all the great people and then go to the sources/charts that they went to and see if you can begin to see what they are seeing. I'm new too but, with this method I've been learning.

I have'nt invested in L2 quotes yet but I know the bid is the buyer and the ask is the seller and the way the bid and ask is lined up gives you a good indication of the next few ticks the stock will make allowing formore accurate interpretations of timely highs and lows. Maybe someone who actually has L2 can explain it better.

Misread your question..Size is related to the # of shares of buyers or sellers and is a good indicator of large investors interest. re: Got a class this evening, catch you all tomorrow. GLTA

Keith and all, I hope you decide to hold this stock until the PR the will hopefully come out tomorrow as a surprise, or at the latest Friday. If you bought at .013 it has been about a week since you bought and 2 more days cant hurt. I have received emails from several important people(no not the CEO) that reassure me that not only does this company exist, but that it already has in the works everything that they have released in their PRs. The fact that other companies and entities have responded to me acknowledging that they are working with CortDev is very reassuring. To be perfectly honest I have no idea why people are selling in the .008 range...but its their money. And Bob may be right that this eventually ends up lower, but not any time soon. I plan on holding at least some of my shares after the PR pop but I firmly beleive that those who wish to fully exit will have an ample opportunity to do so. Heres hoping they release the PR tomorrow morning. That would surprise everyone me included Good night all and God bless.

Roger - At this point - knowing what we know now (and PRESUME to be true), I'd say we're gonna be ok. I hope it's SOONER than later. I'd like to make a killing here and buy more Ibiz if it drops back to low .03s after CeBit show. I may trade this too once we make some money here.
Good Luck and Good Night, Steve

Latest Figures on A/S, O/S, and Float from George:
Hi gang -
I wrote to George yesterday and asked him a bunch of questions - and was amazed at how fast he wrote back! (I had read lots of 'posts' here about emails - but felt much better when I actually got 1 myself)!
All in all - I feel much better about owning PAVP - at least for the short-term. I do not think this is a scam at all. I think they sure could have dotted there I's and crossed their T's a little better - and hope they are much more proficient at making deals than trying to be grammatically correct in wording PRs! Accuracy helps too! I think they jumped the gun on the Website PR on the 9th, and using Biometrika's picture on the Digitalus site prematurely. George said those were "Miscommunications" and that Andrea is personally taking care of those matters.
One of the big questions I asked him was "What are the Amount of Authorized Shares, Outstanding shares, and the float? Any restricted?"
His Answer: "Authorized - 1 billion; O/S - 800M with about 500M restricted shares. There will be NO reverse split. The float is around 300-350M shares, by my estimation."
Regards,
George Director M&A, PAVP
Everything else I asked him was basically the same as what others have already posted here: ie; name/symbol change out soon, etc.
Good Luck to us all, Steve
