this could almost be expected! Stocks move NOT only on news, but also on sentiment/opinions. So, when the news was released stating that they would be acquiring a fingerprinting tech, the stock flew (to 0.19). Then it fizzled as people ran with their profits. It lingered only because of the hope for this PR. Of course, this wasnt ALL THAT. No company is named, nothing really. It just restated what they said in the last PR. GO FIGURE. So, now, all the people who were holding for the jump today cuz of the great news are disappointed and are dumping. Now you have two options. Follow suit, and get rid of shares, or wait, regardless of how long it is for this to fly! I believe it will go. I dont know how long it will take, and I dont know if i will be riding it up either!

I would assume it wont be anytime soon. If their contract is to buy shares at 0.1, then they wouldnt start until AFTER the stock is worth 0.10, otherwise, they would be wasting their money. Of course, this proves that BERAL BELIEVES that this stock will be valued OVER 0.10!

Thanks for the rationalization Hippo. That's EXACTLY what happened. Anyhooooo, I haven't lost money in a looooooong time, and I'm not starting now. So, I'll hold, of course. Come Monday AM, it should go to 0.015 again... on hype for upcoming PR (as announced in this last PR). Check the history... this stock loves to move at least once a week. So... no beer money for this weekend!! salemm.

A public shell has been purchased by the company for that purpose. PAVP shareholders of record as of a certain date (to be announced after expected closure of deal and spin-off) would receive a specific number of shares in the public fingerprint company for each share of PAVP that they own.
whats the date? will they only grant shares to people who have been holding pavp for a year? or what?

superman, you misunderstood me!! I didnt say beral will make it go down. From what I understand, BERAL will NOT BE PURCAHSING shares until AFTER it is at 0.10 already. They have a deal that allows them to purchase shares at 0.10. Meaning, if theoretically the stock hits .15, beral can purchase at 0.10. Someone correct me if i am wrong, which is possible, but this is my understanding!

I think this stock will have a bunch of PRs coming out. I dont know when, but they will help propel it. It just seems that this company is doing a lot in a number of areas, so who knowx. Im pretty lax about it becasue I only have a couple hundred bucks invested!

Unfortunately, I have 115,000 shrs of this company. But, I still believe I'll wake up one day and this will be trading at .25. It certainly has the potential. All PAVP LONGS stay the course. Good Luck!

Not to worry here, I bought in the other day and have been trading penny stocks for over 1.5 yrs now, the key is to buy a stock with some good news and decent potential and pray that it goes up, the key is to not play into the MM's game, I cant wait until they pass the "no shorting" rule in April, I think we seen alot of this in this stock as of late, as soon as the post poned the date last week it seems like they have been shorting the heck out of all the penny stocks..
I am holding this > GMDP, QBID, CMKM, PCRC and another shell with very very low float, TGHI.. They all could run any day, or next yr..

There's so much going on with this co... In my op. they'll be pr no doubt next week. Usually, the price stagnates when pr comes out. Price soars a couple of days BEFORE PR comes out. That's why I'm hoping for a 0.12 close today, and a big rise from there on Monday in anticipation of PR that week. Subject of PR? Could be new listing on OTCBB; New name; Confirmation of fingerprinting tech they are acquiring (probably this one next week); Projections on revenue, etc... A combination of all these at the same time would really boost this sky-high. Can anyone talk about the link between PAVP and DDSI? Hippo, what does your dd say? Thanks, salemm.

Salemm, I wish I knew about the connection, but here goes: I have been told that I read into things to much, and that MAY be the case here, but in the PR yesterday (2-26) PAVP states that they are in the final stages of acquiring a "privately owned fingerprinting company." I took privately owned to mean not publicly listed, hence NOT DDSI. Of course, in the DDSI thread, a member states that his friend in Merryl Lynch said that DDSI was about to be bought out by a big company. (RUMOR) Could there be a connection, DEFINITELY! Can I really comment on it? I WISH. Maybe Im reading too far into the PR, maybe the rumor will turn up false. Maybe it will all fall into place, and we will be rich! Lets see. All I know is that up until about 2:00 pm today, volume forr DDSI was stagnant at 400K... now it is up to 1,181,000. Leads me to believe something is up, and next week will be an interesting week!
