If you read his posts 31,703, 704, and 708 you'll see why I wonder about this guy. Also - in the PR Friday Andrea said he couldn't be reached until after 8pm Tuesday as he is in Houston on business. We shall see.

I'll try to check if that's true but anybody post anything on RB...not too sure how serious we can take that without double checking.

I know I'm new to these things but if the MM'S are keeping this stock down shouldn't we be seeing a run this afternoon as if my memory serves the ticker is supposed to change tomorrow. if they are picking up cheap shares to cover shorts they should have to start buying at any price and volume is not that high today. I'm holding quite a bit ( at least for me ) and got in pretty high so I would love to see a run, not planing to sell but would like to see it in the green anyway. Any thoughts.

There could be a late day run, when they feel prices are at their lowest. Also, I believe that MMs have 3 days to cover their shorts, so who knows how this will pan out!

So tomorrow is the big day, huh? Think its gunna tank again? I really hope it doesnt. I considered adding to my position AGAIN, but i couldnt make myself do it today. This company seems too risky to just keep adding. I was just curious as to how many of us did add? And what we can expect tomorrow. This will be my first name change/CUSIP change. Thanks B

Hypothetically, they could try and drop it one last time. If you read the PR carefully, it doesnt say that they will definitely have the symbol changed BY Teusday. They might announce it tomorrow and we will we trading the new Symbol by Wednesday. I called the T/A myself and confirmed what many others have. The O/S is now over 900 million but he said that most of them are restricted and cannot be sold for a year. He also said that they have already been issued their new CUSIP number and we are just waiting on the delivery of shares. To be honest I think I saw more shorting today. That 3.5 million buy, there was only one person on the ask and I seriously doubt it was a private investor selling a huge stake right before a PR. Unfortunately if they were still shorting today that means they will try to drop it more But once the PR comes out they will have to chase the public buying pressure and it will get REALLY fun REALLY quick. God Bless. This will pay for my college hopefully (p.s. lovethemarket, yes i must admit i have skipped some classes to watch the stocks, but Im quite content keeping my 3.5 GPA, I only skip the useless classes

Last Friday after the PR and the drop down below .0075, I just figured I would email the company and see hwat they had to say a bout how it drops with PRs. I got a response back this morning and I thoguht I would share it with you all quick.
Original Email:
Hello! I am currently a shareholder with PAVP and believe that the company is legit and doing great with letting investors know what is going on. I have been a little flustered though because every PR that you put out the past few weeks has been very positive, but the price seems to always go down based on the PRs. When the PR comes out I see large orders fill and millions of shares of volume, but still the price goes down. I was just wondering if you had any answer as to why this has been the case and why it doesn't go up when there is good news. Thanks for your time and also for any insight you might provide me.
-J
RESPONSE:
What usually happens is the buy on rumour and sell on news phenomenon. Several investors still express a lack of confidence in PAVP or do not trust the company's PRs. I can assure you that PAVP is a legitimate company with a real project of re-developing the St.Hubert airport. Tomorrow's PR will outline the progress it has made on this project and will no doubt dispel any negative gossip or rumours about the company. The price per share will take care of itself once everyone realizes the long-term potential of PAVP.
Regards,
George Director M&A, PAVP
I know this is pretty much nothing new, I just figured I would share since it is nice for everyone to see any correspondence with the company. Good luck to everyone and go PAVP!

So did he email that yesterday and is referring to a PR today or did he email that today and is referring to a PR tomorrow. From several different emails posted in this thread, it is pretty obvious the company is VERY confident that their share price will go up alot. We'll see what happens...personally I'm trying not to get my hopes up that this thing will skyrocket....just setting myself up for disppointment. GLTA

Be prepared.....March 19, 2004--ProActive Computer Services Inc. (PAVP: Pink Sheets) today announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire a controlling interest in a public shell for cash. The anticipated completion date when all shares will be delivered to PAVP is March 23, at which time the name and ticker symbol will be released. This is a debt-free public shell that is in good standing with no past or present legal problems with the SEC. In addition, all transfer and minute book records are up-to-date. Due to these qualities, this shell is a prime candidate to attain OTC Bulletin Board status in the near term. Mr. Andrea Cortellazzi will be appointed the new chairman and CEO of the company. Andrea's goal is to transform the shell into a viable holding company that will invest in leading-edge and innovative technologies. The shell's mandate will be to acquire and invest in private technology companies that possess valuable intellectual property and patents. These companies should also possess a competitive advantage in their field, a comprehensive strategic plan and a strong management team.

Do you have L2 for pinks? I use Alphatrades and bid has not been below .007 all morning. I'm wondering how you got .0068 - I've seen a LOT of .0068's go through in the past 40 minutes or so....

I use E*Trade... bid was at .0068, ask at 0070(as it is now, still) so I put my order in at 0068 thinking it might go through later if PAVP went down more... but it FILLED at the bid price! Happens sometimes, I guess. Weird, I know. salemm.

I was thinking the same thing earlier this morning. I bought, instead of waiting. In my mind, you can't beat this price for a company going through new listing, new name, free shares (April 9th), acquired fingerprint technology, redeveloping airport, has financing, will list on multiple European exchanges soon. Geez... I really think I'm sitting pretty here. I want more! If I was the real patient kind, I could leave now and come back here mid-summer and see the price of this stock at a mind-boggling level. Additional serious investor would have joined by then, the MM shenanigans will have disappeared, PAVP will have acquired additional new proprietary technologies... salemm.

I wish to GOD I could by more!!!! Anybody want to buy WGFL, USCI, ADPR from me so I can plunk the cash on PAVP instead?? LOL But seriously... It real shows 'ya just how far MMs can go... all the power they have. Essentially, they have a license to make free money. It seems to me, they NEVER lose if they don't want to! Fair market conditions, eh? salemm.

I'm kinda new but I love learning from all of these chat rooms. Did I hear right that as of April 1st, there will be something happen that will be able to more effectively keep the mm's in check?

jonv, you heard right, but read Purl Gurls take on it over on Hot Stock Free for All. Well, I only bought 10,000 shares of this to see how it would go. My earlier post said I would buy 10,000 more at .005, but I might jump in for more than that right now. 20,000 @ .006 = $120, wouldn't be the end of the world. Be in for 30,000 @ .0065 average.
