Ok, so I thought the MM's weren't going to be able to manipulate this stock anymore because of the name change...although it doesn't occur until the 23rd....I think they just trying to get as much in as they can at lower prices so when the name changes they have a bunch of cheap shares and the price will take off. I don't know...this is a frustrating stock...I got home and was expecting to see it in green and saw that it went down over 10%....it's not the first time that's happened either. I just keep telling myself that patience will pay off. I'm actually thinking about selling part of another stock just to invest more in PAVP at these levels...my average is .011 What do you guys think? I don't want to tie too much of my portfolio in this stock...I wish I would have sold at .015 now....The PR was awesome...I don't understand why they went down.

I may be wrong as I am fairly new at this, but I think the mm are driving the price down so they can cover their own behinds by buying back at lower prices and covering the outstanding shares. They know when they manipulate a stock like they did today, all the weak players bail out....giving them the advantage. They can drive it down as low as they want, I'm holding mine....and plan to buy more.

I got in @.011. I would hate to suggest to you one way or another since I am fairly new to this. I'm very disappointed over what happened today, but next week I think things could turn around. I may be wrong...it seems this stock is very volatile even when the news is good. But good news to you and me doesn't necessarily mean it's good for the market makers. I always try to keep that in mind.
There are some very intelligent traders in on this stock. They seem determined to hold on right now. I'm going to follow their lead and hope for better numbers next week.

The simple fact is that MM will have to cover their short positions. Remember all those times when VFIN and other MMs were on the ask and it wouldnt budge on all buys? Those werent real shares they were selling. Unlimited supply + any demand = price is going down. Bashers will try to say that the company or insiders are dumping their shares...nope, its fake shares. Now they are starting to buy them back in the 70s for bargain basement prices. But soon there will be no more scared investors to prowl on. All those countless millions of BS non price moving naked short sells will drive this pps very far early next week. Even if we would have gotten news of HUGE funding or other great things today...the price still would have fallen. They are shaking loose every last share before the run. I must say that they have gotten to far more people than I would have expected. Now also note that im not telling you to fall in love with this company. Do not be greedy on the run but do not be too nice to these MMs who are trying to cover sells that have been the source of our frustration for weeks. The longer the little guy holds out, the more everyone benefits. God bless and good night.

I've got to agree with you rog....I think the MM's drove the price down for one big manipulation before the name change so they can make a killing off driving the price up instead of driving it down like they normally do. I think we can expect a big rebound this week...but hey, I'm just trying to be optimistic with this thing. How many psycho drops can it have? I would love to buy up more shares at these levels. One, it is cheap right now and with all the promising news, it can't stay down too much longer. Two, it will bring down your average cost/share. Our time will come...

Yes, I'm holding since .01 where I thought I was pretty slick getting in. LOL! But I was also fortunate enough to sell half around .016 on a recent run so, you win some, you hold some. There is no "lose"! Unless a company folds (doubt it here) or you panic sell in the downward stampede. Just my opinion, but I think this one will run again soon, and ADVK too. I panic sold ADVK after buying in at .18, an early hard lesson for me, and now I think it will creep back up after seeing the musicians starting to post on their website. I just need to learn some patience and think my trades through, and not follow the stampede every time. So with PAVP my position is "hold, don't fold". Of course don't listen to me, I'm a total novice. Cheers to all!

over 500 messages on RB PAVP board....between 1 pm Sat and right now..most of them elaborate bashes citing FBI investigations or some other such nonsense. DO NOT BE SCARED. If you have to, walk away from the computer after your GTC order is in. My order is currently at .08. I may move that up or down depending on what price other people start to dump at. If we stick together there HONESTLY is no limit to how high this can go. This week I pay for my entire college education. IMO we are waiting for a powerball drawing where we already know we hit 6 of the 7 numbers, we WILL make alot..but we will get that magic 7th and truly explode. This has the potential to be the example that people point to when referring to short squeeze potential.

What do you guys think this next week will look like? I am a small player newbie started with $1000 at begining of year like a lot of others. Bought PAVP twice at an average of .011, I wish I had more $ I would buy more now, although I hate to put all my eggs in one basket. Any way I think the MMs will try to run it down after the name change and get more people to bail out. Then it will take off. I can't believe people would be selling on Friday will all the other news coming, and why aren't more people buying in the .007s. This stock is frustrating always goes down on news, but I am going to wait it out. Of course I am newbie what do oyu guys think? What is your predictions for a high for next week? Greenhorn

The bailing out was done on Friday, with POSSIBLY some to come monday morning..possibly.. But once the shorts start covering this stock will literally go vertical, like jumps of half a cent each time, no more of this 100ths of cent stuff.

Price looks good for entry. I think I'll try 10,000 shares @ .0075, and back it up with another 10,000 @ .005, and if goes lower than that I'll buy another 20,000 shares at a lower price. I use freetrade, so I get 20 free trades per month. That's a lot better than Scottrade. Scottrade charges $12 to buy or sell anything under $1 plus .05% of the value of the trade. It sure is nice to escape those commissions when your only making $75 - $150 on an in/out trade.

CHALLENGE TO ANYONE NOT LONG THIS STOCK:

What will happen to the share price next week, when:

1.the Cusip # changes on Tuesday, dictated resolution of all shorted shares (no one can deny that shorted shares exist, especially with the huge volume the last few weeks, with estimates from 40 to 200 million)
2. nearing if not arrived at the O/S = A/S
3. the potential release of news on Tuesday that the St. Hubert's land lease has been signed and construction will begin soon (this has been circulated as an email from George this week)

IMO, crook or not (I don't give a flying #####), Mr. Andrea has timed this perfectly. The name change causes a short squeeze, immediately followed by the best news (construction begins at the airport) in over a year of waiting

.04 or .05 EASY, and if the A/S is really reached, maybe more on daytraders and technical factors that have nothing to do with the company anyway.

Guys the stocks are so low on this one, combine oversold with a short cover with solid, REVENUE EARNING news, and we have one hell of a play for next week. But you might get stuck chasing this one if you dont get in at the opening bell Monday. I approximate the short position to be about 100 million. Thats 100 million in institutional buys ALONE in one trading day. Thats almost 30% of the estimated float. Im not exactly sure which day we ACTUALLY start trading new ticker and what the rules are for the time you have to cover a short position. But IMO we have a one day bagger fest early next week.

Also I want to note that on another board there have been 500 MESSAGES ON A WEEKEND. Most of these have been elaborate bashes about potential FBI investiagtions and other very scary stuff meant to shake EVERY LAST SHARE LOOSE. Once this baby starts to move up, its going to be fast.

The Institutions that have shorted this stock are trying furiously to cause panic and shake down its holders to cover their shorts before the change happens. Remember there are 100 MILLION SHORTED SHARES the MMs have on this one. They have hired (FACT) many bashers on RB and other boards to cause panic so they can buy even lower to cover their shorts when the name changes happen. I ADVISE DO NOT SELL ON PANIC KEEP OR BUY AS MORE AS YOU CAN BEFORE THIS FLYS. Mr.Andrea is also working on finding out who is making up these false reports to scare loyal shareholders to shake them off. Market manipulation at its finest and this stock has taken a toll on MMs and is currently under investigation on false reports directly related to Stock bashing. MMs are in deperation in its last hours right now and this is what is currently happening. Hang on tight fellow holders, you will not get shares this low after teusday. Goodluck to all, this is it people, hang on to as much as you can at this level, your money depends on it. Average out if you have lost some, and buy at lower levels, but good luck if you can get it below a penny, it may be hard to get after tomarrow. IF you sell on panic, you will loose BIG! If you hold, you will see that MMs will be loosing much Bigger as this stock will be racing to highest levels in the companies history, and the MMs will finnally be on its last leg! So Hang on and spread the word!!

Wise one, I would love to see this thing fly just as much as anyone else, I assure you! But, thats twice PAVP had flopped on a PR. I know the name changes "usually" has a positive impact on most stocks, but this one seems different. What makes you so sure PAVP will fly? Not much action today, but news coming out soon. Who knows? Thanks for your input.

TWICE? You just bought then. It's tanked on EVERY PR since I bought it MArch 9th - like 4 or 5 of them.

Looks like we're going lower than Friday very shortly.

I can't WAIT to dump this POS. Boy - I see why eveyone says stay away from the Pinks - they're garbage. Then again - QBID has been making some people rich. This thing just seems like it's more of a Tangled Web of Lies than a legitimate compnay. I just hope this spikes enough Tues/Wed to get out with a profit.

Also - I bought in mid .014's - If you're buying now you're paying 1/2 of that - so you're in a heck of a lot better position than I am and will probably double your money + this week, imo, unless we tank further....or into oblivion.

Good Luck

WOW...Havent posted in here for a while, but Im still in.... here are my thoughts:
Why must this stock go? You all may have noticed that every PR was positive, yet the price has still steadily declined! SHORTING? Of course. Proactive has secured a ton of money in outside investment. The CortDev airport project has lots of potential. Essentially, what is happening here is an MM scramble, which is TOO easy for them. Clearly, most people who own this stock seemingly have no faith in it, which leads me to wonder why they ever bought it! Well, these people are dumping as soon as they see red! Meanwhile, the MMs want shares as CHEAP as possible to cover all of the shares that they fabricated, all BEFORE the symbol change!

Hold gentlemen. You dont think Im scared by the pps? Cause I am. Ive "lost" thousands here, but you never count your gains or losses until you sell. Every sign imaginable points to a price explosion. Good luck to all of you, I hope you dont decide to sell for a loss but it is your money.

.0069 now - Geeeeeeeez

No way - I'm NOT gonna sell for a 50% loss. I'm hoping it pops this week on name/symbol change, like MANY but not all stocks do.

Most stocks don't tumble on every good PR either.

Only time will tell. Every opinion out here - both pro and con - has SOME validity, but who knows.

Good luck to us all......

SOme are trying to average down even more - others don't want to catch a falling knife. Either way - hope this bleeding stops SOON.

I'm still holding and think it would be crazy to sell at this point with so much changing for the positive right now. Now is the time to buy and trade on the big price swings that will probably happen soon.

Well said Hippo.
PAVP attracted a lot of relative newbies to penny investing. I read tons of posts from people who just jumped in at the last highs... hoping as we all do that this one will make us rich. But their relative new-ness is a big negative for them. Many want to sell now!!! How could you possibly contemplate such a move!
Understand the deadlines mentioned in PRs.
Educate yourself as to what they mean.
Understand what MMs or bashers might want to do before these deadlines.
Can you doubt the value of this company. Sure, you can doubt an absolute price figure down the line (as in: PAVP WILL BE $1.00 BY JUNE!!), but, in my opinion, you can't doubt
straight facts as established by simple due dilligence (research):
-The airport project;
-a NEW name;
-a NEW listing on OTCBB;
-FREE shares (April 9);
-european financing;
-etc... etc...
Some people claim that this is a fraud.
Hummm... why would people say that????
WHY DO YOU THINK???
Learn the benefits people who say that might reap. Sell when YOU feel it's right. NOT when someone yells "FIRE!!".... 'cause you don't know who that SOMEONE is. It sure as HELL is not your friend.
Anyway... what do I know?
I know this: it is VERY VERY painfull to sell at a big loss... only to see it explode the very next day... to highs that would have made you a healthy profit.
When people say 'have patience'... it's not just a word.... it really means 'chill out'. 'Log off'. 'Leave'. 'Stop thinking about it'. 'Come back next week'.
It's the best thing you can do.
Next week, next month... you'll see I was right... not for telling you 'DON'T SELL'... but for telling you: 'SELL ON YOUR OWN TERMS'.
salemm.

The MMs are running this into the ground trying to cover. My prediction is that it will bottom out arounf .0068 and then run sideways for a few days then sharply climb back up to its previous support levels. If your in at .014 your in a bit high but anyone in under .01 is gonna be happy within 2 weeks. This is my prediction.

I personally will hold this long...I'm even considering (note, CONSIDERING) selling some of my qbid to get more PAVP....I doubt I'll do that, although QBID is up 36% from where I bought it...but I truley think that PAVP will pop tomorrow and wednsday...at which point (.018 or so) I'll be selling, so I can buy back in cheaper....

HOUSTON, Feb 24, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- ProActive Computer Services Inc. (Pink Sheets: PAVP) was featured in the February 23rd edition of Barron's. An excerpt from its recent news release was included in the Technology Week insert under Current Corporate Reports (p.T2). Barron's is considered to be America's premier financial weekly publication with its readership including corporate decision-makers, institutional investors, individual investors and financial professionals. (Source: www.barrons.com) As a result of this write-up PAVP has raised its credibility with the investment community and is attracting widespread investor interest. CEO Andrea Cortellazzi stated: "Since the issue hit the newsstands I have personally received numerous calls from institutional and private investors who expressed an interest to make a major investment in PAVP. I expect a number of these parties to invest in restricted stock in the near future, which will significantly increase our cash position and help us to fund our operations."

The CortDev Inc. project is proceeding ahead of schedule. Surveying of the St.Hubert airport and surrounding property is complete as well as the architectural drawings. A majority of the space has been tentatively pre-leased. PAVP is presently in negotiations with three contractors with respect to construction of the hangar, which the company expects to close in a couple of weeks. In addition, to assist with project management and logistics PAVP has hired engineering and financial consultants. They are being compensated with shares in the company. As a result of these transactions the number of outstanding shares has been increased. CEO Andrea Cortellazzi stated: "The airport re-development project is quickly materializing. We can't wait to provide images of the work-in-progress to shareholders, which will be posted on our new corporate website by mid-March."

Is Barron a pumper? Don't think so.

Is the St-Hubert Airport a ghost field? Nop...and I know about it I live near by.

Was the Digital Printing PR a mistake? Yes..and it stops friday's run up.

Are the MM scared are getting short with symbol change? Pretty sure of that.

Is everyone in a panic mode? Just read many of the boards and you'll get the answer. I never read so many hate messages just for a stocks.

This is an uncomfortable situation. I would rater see the stocks to be in the mid 0.01...but to sell right now would just not be the logical thing to do...like Mr Spock would say.

Salemn, I am on of those people you are speaking of. However, I am NOT going to panic, much less sell at these prices. So i became one like you, in this for the long term! haha. Hope it explodes to that $1 range some of us are thinking of!

Nice post Malloy, I had forgotten about that PR. It's so easy to second guess what the hell you were thinking when you bought a stock earlier and since then it's gone way down. I'm definitely holding though, I still have a little faith left for now.

Does anyone have any idea what exactly that article said?
