There is NO support for this POS stock on L2. Yesterday NITE was at .002 on bid much of the day. What does THAT tell you??
Here's a little good news:
At least we didn't buy WNMI Friday at .048 (We couldn't anyway - Andrea has all our money).
We didn't buy IBZT at .08, or AGIS at .73, or NEOM at .43, or even UVCL at .17
THOSE poor peope got screwed worse than us..... Not that we feel any better.....
I'd say we HAVE to hold til after the name/symbol change and or April 9th..... The free shares I couldn't give a damn about - they'll be as useless as PAVP by the time we'd ever get them - IF we ever get them....

Yeah... just spoke to Mr. Taylor, the ir guy. He seems VERY demoralized. One thing he noted repeadedly was that in all his years in investor relations, IPOs, etc... he has NEVER seen such a weird shareholder base! He says the PAVP shareholder base is very abnormal. As I was speaking, I could hear another PAVP call running on his answering machine... and he kept telling me every time a PAVP email would arrive, which kept happening throughout our conversation. He says he is completely swamped with PAVP calls and emails to return... and it's affecting his other 5 business clients. About Cortellazzi's past: he spoke to Mr. Cortellazzi and the explanation was that, in the case of the Montessori schools in Montreal, Mr. Cortellazzi had decided to take the blame to shield a friend. There was NO indictment in that particular incident. No word about the Ottawa incident relating to Mortgage fraud. Mr. Taylor was unaware of the new o/s, a/s. According to him, the o/s is 900 mil. I had many more questions... but he had important calls from brokerages that he HAD to take. It really sounded as if PAVP was going to break him and his business. He said it had been a big mistake for PAVP to let out PRs every three days in the past... and that that would not happen anymore (on his watch, I presume) He confirmed the new name and listing is now out of company's hands... they are waiting for the paperwork to go through... nothing to do there but wait. About the list of questions I had submitted last week, he said he would try to finish answering them... but to keep calling if I hadn't received them soon. So, that was the extent of our converstion. Remember, it's not ME saying it, it's HIM. My own opinion is that Mr. Taylor is a one-man show, probably regretting he took on PAVP. Abnormal shareholder base? I can see that... I count at least 10 posters on RB that post ALL day long, all negative rants, abusive and vulgar statements, some lies, who profess to hold no shares in PAVP (why are they there 24/7???). I can see 5 or 6 posters there that constantly post correspondence/emails they've had with George, Andreas, Mr. Taylor, transfer agent, etc.... so yeah... the shareholder base is really weird... they don't let up, positive or negative. Crap... this whole thing hasn't helped us one bit... but I really NEED to know what's going on in the background. I did a search yesterday on companies experiencing our kind of decline... over a same period of time, on mostly good news, with similar prospects, price, etc.... Anyway... it's unheard of. I can't find any other example. What?, the MMs have a major hate-hearton for PAVP. They are gang-ing up on PAVP for some malicious reason? Or, something we can't see is happening in the background? Dillution? Anyway... I'm done talking. salemm.

Abnormal my ass! He took the money to promote this crap. He is abnormal. PAVP is abnormal. Third partying everything, "out of the company's hands", Took the balme to shield a friend", how noble. Change the trading symbol, let it run, first sign of weakness, get gone. If your banking on CSJJ to have any value after these ABNORMALS get finished normalizing it, I have a bridge to sell ya.

we are perfect.... for bashers and short selling! Think about it: We have a company with a lot of potential, that SHOULD be going through the roof. However, a shady past for our CEO, a weird PPS, and most importantly NO FAITH in the company at all. Granted, right now I am lost as far as this company is concerned. but just think back at how shaky you guys were when we were at a penny. If the investors dont believe in a company, OF COURSE bashers are gonna take their course. I'd hold at least until the name change. See what transpires there. I'm pretty sure the name change alone isn't going to catapult us, but there should be a PR around the same time updating us about either the airport, fingerprinting, etc.

man this stock has GOT to be a scam. i've never seen such dropping on good news in all my life. i haven't even looked at this board in days. down down down everyday. i just consider my money gone at this point. in @ .01 and i thought i was doing good. positive pr, new shell, blah blah blah. i'm not selling now. might as well wait for the bankrupcy....

scottrader is showing this stock at .037 is anyone else seeing this?

My average buy is .0052, so I am not as bad off as some other folks. To be called an abnormal investor base is insulting. Ask the PR guy a few questions and he whines about taking them on as a client, and calls the investor base abnormal. What the heck is that nonsense. He should have had the canned answer that the MM's are crushing the price, not the discouraging answer he gave.

Sallem Great call Reminds me of Health South when it when from several dollars to 12 cents and then back to 5 bucks. People got scared legal crap etc and ran. I have a friend who bought it at 12 cents and made 30 grand. I say keep a side a chunk of cash and wait for the bottom. I think when it closes higher than the open were there. This is a very uneducated oppinion but so was Health South Dave

Believe me, I wasn't critisizing your efforts. Only his inability to do his job, and give a proper answer, not throw his hands up and say, "I wish I never heard of PAVP" Jesus Christ! A "I'll get back to you, or my dog ate my homework", would have been much better.

Why? Because the ABNORMALS haven't had an opportunity to work their magic on it yet. Wait until you get closer to, and after April 9, CSJJ won't be worth crap either. The ONLY salvation for PAVP is the symbol change. The sooner, the better, before nite drives it down to .0002!

salemm, i think I know the answer. It is because by the time the shares are accounted for, on apr 9, expect to see a forward spilt of some magnitude. The float on CSJJ is just to low to really be viable. So, essentially, you wont be getting the value that you would now

Wow... lots of people want brownie points!! Anyway... it's great to see you all come out of the woodwork once in a while. Seriously though... price is .0035.... anyone thinking of bailing? It's a valid question. At this point I'm down more than 50%... some are down 300%. I'm sure you guys and girls have been turning that one around in your head. To sell, or NOT to sell... the question of the day... or the past 2 weeks!! Could go down further... we all know that now. Could go UP... either to 0060-70... or more as some claim. How long would one have to hold? Let me think out loud: Hypothetically, we "could" see a rise with PR about new listing (C'mon... a NEW listing!). Let's say: .001? That would put us at .0045-.0050(taking into account the price of now of .0035) We "could" see a rise April 7-8, ahead of 9th deadline. Let's say: .001? That would put us at .0055-.0060 Of course, we could see huge sells April 12th, as people dump PAVP because they HAVE their free shares of CSJJ. So, perhaps, a sell at .0055-.0060 on April 7th is realistic exit??? Still a big loss. We "could" see a rise if they put out a really really really really great PR about the airport or financing or european listing, or buyback... something really believable and verifyable. salemm.

This is definitely NOT the option that we are planning. PAVP shareholders will receive FREE shares of CSJJ. It is not an exchange of shares but a distribution of them. PAVP shareholders' positions will remain unchanged. The company is working hard at securing the lease at St. Hubert and also merging in a viable tech company into CSJJ. The name change will be announced as soon as it is finalized. Facts will show all investors that we are a legitimate operation and are working to increase shareholder value.

just learning, this is either an extraordinarily manipulated stock, or we are in the midst of a scam. In retrospect, if this is a scam, it was well thought out. Lets be pessimistic for one second. Imagine this is a scam, and Andrea leaks out info that they are planning a name change that would force all naked shorts to cover. Everyone in the stock would understand the price drop and just blame it on shorts covering. Said name change never occurs, and we are stuck in a downward spiral. on the contrary, too many PRs have been released, and EVEN THOUGH this is a pink, you cannot outright lie in a PR. There is just too much to lose, especially in this time when the govt is crackin down on these types of crimes, a la martha stewart. MY OPINION PAVP share base was not very loyal to the company, and in fact had very little faith in the company from the start. A lot of people were shorts looking to make a quick buck who got caught. PERHAPS, the initial shakedown was compliments our friends at the MM academy (stupid humor) but it created a HUGE downward spiral that cant seem to correct itself. Panic sellers just kept popping up, more and more with the price drop. You can envision this downward spiral, right? This, coupled with ALL the bashers on the RB board, and all the negative rumors fuel the fire. As far as I am concerned, bailing out now DOESN'T seem like a great idea. We have lost so much of our initial investment. We can only really hope that this doesn't go further down. Of course, they have all of these contracts out, and they HAVE received financing. (If someone has the time, look back at previous PRs and check who financed the projects and maybe do a little DD on them, just to make sure they exist, they DID finance, etc). IF, in fact, this is a matter of naked shorting gone wrong, expect a price jump after the symbol change. DO realize, it wont be SOO extreme, simply because the MMs covered their asses compliments all of our panic sellers. Another thing for the shorts, if we do go back up, expect a major retrace in the 0.01-0.015 area as all of the frustrated traders sell this stock that has brought them such misery!

Nope, def havent given up. I'm down over 7 grand here. And im not just holding "praying for a miracle to break even". If i didnt KNOW that the pps was going to explode then I would sell this very second. Guys we all knew the name change would be awesome, its not quite here yet. Imagine April 1st, New symbol 1-2 punch, and that doesnt include the buyback, OTCBB, or anything else they could come out with. New MM joined PAVP today. He is only on the bid. Hmmmmmmmm......
