What do you like about this stock? From all I've read the past week it looks like quite a tangled web of lies, etc. from management. I bought 100,000 at .0142 on 3/9 and have regretted it since it dropped 40% right after the PR.
At this point I don't know WHAT to believe. This IR person's website looks like a 6 year old built in 20 years ago. We DON'T know the true OS or float. I haven't tried yet, but supposedly Andrea's cell phone had been disconnected. There's all the talk about NO airport deal. And the kicker - taking the picture of FX Lock from Biometrika and putting it on digitalustechnology.com - and taking it off. As I posted to you Sat. on RB: Should they have even done this in the first place? And of course, the PR gave a website TUesday that they DIDN'T even own. Are these people just robbing us blindly or are they the gang that couldn't shoot straight?
It opened decently this morning and dropped right away; just like it does when there's a good PR!
I'm not bashing - just VERY concerned about whether I can even get out of this thing whole or not - never mind the expected profit I had had in mind..... Worse thing is - my son bought 150,000 + shares because I bought in. Please enlighten me if you know anything CONCRETE about what's going on.

Well I just bought up 250,000 shares today at a great price. I really liked the last PR so I picked up some more. I really feel this is going to have another bounce up. All day it was holding strong at 9. It took me till the end of the day to but at .0085-6. Only in the last 15minutes did I get it. Very good sign and I am impressed with the charts.

Love, just to let ya know I got out for good today at a huge loss(to me anyway). I just don't have the knowledge or funds to try and be a swing trader! Matter of fact I just plain suck at it, as my portfolio will attest! LOL GLTY and your son, I am sure the stock will skyrocket tomorrow, only b/c I sold! hahaha

Oh man! Opiate! I guess perhaps you don't like to swing trade but... then why not keep this one 'till April 9th (medium term investment)?? Not sure why, but I feel bad you sold for a loss. I know this will reach at least .02 by April 9th. Anyway... I guess maybe you needed the money for somefin' else? Well, good luck to 'ya. Hope you make it all back and MORE!! salemm.

Ok, so heres the deal. Yes, you will find alot of people posting about this being a scam etc. But if we can ignore that for just a second and look at the facts. The facts can only be derived from the PRs, because that is the only information that everyone is privy to. So I ask you to ASSUME that the company is not lying as a start. Kind of like an innocent until proven guilty thing. As for the confusion in the domain names, apparently someone snatched the name they wanted and they had to attain another name. That once again may or may not be true. But they corrected their mistake. As for the image removal from the site. I have emailed the PR lady, and she instructed Andrea Cortellazzi to remove the image because it was causing confusion among investors. Here is another email that I sent to the PR lady Kathleen today, she responded within minutes. Read from bottom to top:

So there you have it. I think this is a solid investment going forward. For those of you like me with very sizeable invesments(1.29 million here) it might be tough to stomach the MM BS until PR. But I have a feeling this upcoming PR will be very solid indeed. And also dont forget about the April 1st shorting rule, AND the April 9th spin-off. Tons of good down the road, although as I stated this is a risky investment and I wouldnt put all your eggs into this basket like I did!!! Thanks for reading this novel And God bless.

Salem, you said it, the money was what I planned on using in a trip to Vegas tomorrow!! I figured I could get some extra loot to play with in Vegas if I bought PAVP and sold real quick after the PR hit last week. Of course this crazy a$$ stock hasn't seemed to like the PR's lately(LOL), and also the ENTIRE market has been down lately, so my attempt didn't work. I am actually pissed that I need the money tomorrow b/c I feel this definately would have made me the money I wanted if I could have stayed in longer. (I hope my post didn't seem like I was bashing or something after I sold, b/c I HATE people who do that!)
Actually, I am quietly hoping that I win in Vegas, and that PAVP dips to a level where I can get back in by Monday. But I know it won't b/c I'm not in! LMAO

Opiate, I also bought high after selling my ridiculously low priced shares at a profit. I got in at either .004 or .0009 originally. My most expensive shares were bought at .016. When selling a loser sometimes it is smart to keep back a small amount in case it recovers and goes crazy. So if you have 20,000 to sell maybe keep back 5000. I have been keeping back small amounts of everything I sell in case they all go wild the first week of April. Should be interesting. Best to you and hope your account recovers. -Debi

Another 10 Millions after the bell...same as friday. I think the buy program from the European bank is on the way and that's why they keep the price down. They said they would buy for 1M$. At this rate, they will have finished by next week.
10 M shares X (more or less 0.01) = $100 000
10 days like that and that's it...you got your millions$

NB And if we crosscheck the info, VFIN is jamming the price the same way they do it with QBID now...they might have a mandat to keep the price down for the buy back program of those companies. Heum???

I just wanted to thank you for your great DD with the company. Sorry for being nosy, but I noticed you go to IU. I'm from Bloomington also and there are two others from here: Diana (RealityInc21) and one other guy I talked to a couple months ago. I just find it to be crazy there are so many people on here from Bloomington.
I am very strong into PAVP and can't wait for the symbol change coming up soon (hopefully by the end of the week). I know in previous PRs I also read they were wanting to switch from the Pinks to OTCBB. Anyone have any info on this? Is it going to happen when they switch the symbol this time, or just some other time in the future?
I'm planning on buying up more today, hopefully under .009. Have a great day everyone!

Haha wow that is alot of people from little old bloomington. I was a freshman last fall. As for the move to the OTCBB. If you read a couple PRs back, the financing from Beral and other European Institutions is money that they are using to move to the OTCBB and also get listed on several other stock exchanges. The move to the OTCBB is not imminent however, as they said it would take between 3 and 6 months.

Just Learning: Maybe a REAL BAD PR will do it - the good Lord knows all the good ones do is drive us down deeper. Only kidding - but all I am left with here is wayyy more questions than answers. It looks now like the Biometrika deal was all made up, imo, but who knows. The pumpers and bashers on other boards are as bad as each other. I can't wait for that name/symbol change to hit - as soon as it gets me near/to even - I'm out.

Correction one of the 7.5 million buys was cancelled so it was a 7.5 million cover. Learning, Market Makers are allowed to sell stock short in order to maintain price stability or something like that. However, some MM NAKED SHORT a stock meaning they sell shares that do not even exist. In this way they can create an infinite supply that buying demand cannot exceed. This will make the price go down. Once the price goes down, they can buy their shares back for cheaper and pocket the difference. This is why the CUSIP and name change is significant. All the shares in the market must be accounted for. Thus, all the fake shares that were created must be bought back at any price!! This will cause the price to shoot up dramatically. I urge investors to hold until they see the whites of the new CUSIP's Eyes!! (P.S. WE JUST HIT PENNYLAND!!)

Roger - I read your post on RB that you had to raise your bid to over .001 (I'm sure you meant .01) to get ANOTHER million shares of this Pink sheet stock. That would mean you have over $10,000.00 in this stock?
I'm glad to see you learning how to trade at 18. My son's a sophomore and trading too. But over $10,000 in ONE stock? And a Pink at that? Either you're very rich or a big gambler or very ill-advised. There are very few stocks on the NYSE or NASDAQ that I'd put $10,000 into. And only a few OTC's that I'd put MAYBE $2,000 into each at a time.
I sincerely hope that you were just "Laying it on a little thick" over there on RB to shut some of those idiots up. But seriously - I don't like to see anyone lose money. My son and I are in this thing at .0145 and .0142; and I see we made abad decision. I'm just hoping that when the name/symbol change come out-we can escape even and/or maybe make a profit. But from all I've read the past week, I believe this is a very dangerous stock - and more risky than most. Geez - if you really are gambling THAT much here - I wish you had bought at .008's and were swing trading it for "Quick" in-and-out profits.
I wish you all the best. It's normally not my business to get involved with what others are doing with their money - but since you said you're 18 - I see you're just starting out in life and don't want to see you blow all your money. You're one of the SMART ones that sold out of UVCL 3 weeks ago in high .03's during the 24 hour P&D! Be careful - Don't blow your profits here. Knowing what I know now, I would NEVER have paid .0142 per share. You MAY want to 'gamble' some in the low .008's - and get out with +50% in the .012's - and try it again. You said it -DON'T chase it. There's so much BS floating around about this stock - you can't believe ANYONE. Do you OWN DD.

Yes, thats how I trade. I go all in. I started with 8000 and am now hovering around 12000 in 3 months so Im doing pretty well. This is my first pink. So I guess you could say my trading strategy is a little more safe on bigger stocks. But yes I'm in this for 1,290,000 shares averaged at .00983333. And I meant what i said about the bid exactly how I said it. When I bought the majority of my shares. The ask was around .0085, and I put in an order for 1075000 shares at .0095. So I meant that I had to put my bid .001 OVER the ask in order to fill my large order. Yes I have all my money in this stock. Every cent. Thats how I trade, and many may say foolishly, but I have made money with it. I have lost on several trades and learned from it each time. I do not ever lay anything on thick. When I say something I mean exactly what I am saying. Holding for the PR friday when I know my large position will be vindicated. God bless.

Today 3.4 million after the bell. There is definitely a pattern here. I'm not at all sure what it means either. I cant wait for the PR. I hope they can get it out by Thursday morning. Today's PR did serve as a nice band-aid for a stock whose shareholders had begun to doubt.

Steve Yes UVCL is the only time I picked it right on. I guess If you buy enough tickets you will win eventualy. I was tempted to Pick up UVCL today at .014 but decided the chart decline fits the low PPS and I know of no big PR on the Horizon But I did call in an order Good till C for PAVP at .0086.
