The PR looks full of positive news. The company thinks the stock price is undervalued, we can expect another PR by the end of next week, they have hired someone especially for the purpose of mergers and acquisitions, DTI is ahead of schedule. Maybe I'm just being optimistic, but I think this thing will really go up over the next weeks to months.

I think alot of people bought at .008 and dumped with the good news at .011 to .012, which caused it to drop a little. No worries, I think it will rise slowly this afternoon and hopefully close around .01 to .011
That's not to comforting when I bought at .0142 planning on good news and saw it drop 40% as soon as the GREAT news came out. And today - we're no better off now than we were just before the news. In fact we're lower.

I think it sucks too...I bought at .01 and then again at .014 (average of .0111) when I thought it would shoot up...but hopefully we can flush these shortimers out and get the price up...we might have to wait a few months though to give the company a chance to buyback some shares and get this stock to its true value...I think it is very undervalued right now.

Ah... PAVP... the great 'unknown'. Never performs as you think it will. This one requires time as has been mentioned many times. A possible explanation is the 'surprise' factor: it's missing. PRs are always announced wayyyy in advance. Thousands upon thousands of investors jump on and wait for the PR, imagining fantastical exploits that would see the price explode exponentially. When it's just a 'regular' 'ol PR, they're disappointed, sell and move on... until, that is, they here of another PR due out the next week!
Anyway, check ADPR. They have just filed financials an hour or so ago... awesome results! price jumps 5 cents! They will bundle this info into legible jargon and will issue PR, due out today or Mon-Tues. Price will jump again in my op. THAT'S the regular behavior of a stock. Anyhooo.... just felt like posting something... haven't in a while and felt left out. salemm.

I've heard of Buy on Rumor, Sell on News - but PAVP is RIDICULOUS.......
This is probably the ONLY stock I WISH I had NEVER bought. I've won and lost on MANY - and I've seen lots of manipulation - but NEVER like this one.
Good luck to us all - I was hoping this damn PR today would send it up into the .02's just so I could get out with a little of the profit I was looking forward to. Now - I'm just hoping we hurry up and get back to even + a little!

Ok guys I have some good and bad news. And note that the following is just my opinion. After researching this company more and examining its press releases, I have a feeling that this could be a scam. Now before you scramble off to sell or something rash like that, let me explain. The website for digitalus technology was registered march 10th..and the website for the hired PR firm is about the worst website I have seen in my life. The problem with the pr today is not the buyback news, that is wonderful. But read it closely..statements such as "may be" and "from time to time" along with no share numbers or timeframe. Hundreds of millions of shares of dilution have been pouring in recently which makes me doubt Andrea's interest in "increasing shareholder value". The news that WILL MOVE THIS STOCK is the symbol change. This will causs all the naked short shares to be accounted for. I beleive that we will see at least a double or triple in price as the name changes. All of that being said, I think this is a VERY risky investment due to the VERY shady nature of this company and its PRs. Please do not listen to people who have said they have "talked to the CEO". I think we all have a very nice selling opportunity coming up after the news of the name change. However I urge those who think this stock has long term potential to look into it further. This company smells like a rat. Trade smartly and safely all, I will be looking for an exit around .02 and at that time will decide whether i want to sell half and ride free shares or take all my profits off the table. Remember this is only my opinion, do your DD and investigate the vague nature of the PRs and the websites. Once again Im not saying buy or sell, Im saying watch this one close and look to take profits out of a very risky investment. For those of you who decide to stay in for the long haul, I hope the company is completely legit and makes you all fortunes. God Bless.

Yes, I most definitely beleive the share price will explode. Because think about it, two possible things are happening. One, its a scam and people are manipulating the market, or two its a real company with good propects. If situation one is true, the scam artists have to drive the price up in order to sell for profit now dont they. When they do I will get out and be sitting as pretty as they are. If the latter is true, then we have a great company on our hands in a new market that is expanding. Either way if you watch this stock closely you WILL WIN. Dont sell into their BS game that they play with the share price. Wait for the news, then take your profits. The technical analysis on the charts is why I bought this stock. And the T/A is still looking better and better every day. Even if this isnt the best long term investment it will still make you an easy buck next week.

Watch this stock very closely this week!!! VERY CLOSELY. A link has been found between PAVP and BIOMETRIKA an Italian company. Search for it on google and low and behold you find that Biometrika has been developing the FX Lock. In fact, www.digitalustechnology.com had a picture of the fx lock on their website. They took it down after we emailed the company about the connection. I think we have discovered the shell that PAVP is spinning off!!!! WATCH THIS CLOSELY ALL WEEK, COULD EXPLODE ANYTIME.

Here is a post that should hopefully setlle up everything I have said this weekend
Biometrika is a private Italian company which produces a fingerprint tech. product called Fxlock
PAVP just purchased a company called Digitalus, a different private company
PAVP has also purchased a public shell company into which they will merge Digitalus, thus taking Digitalus public, and will give us (PAVP shareholders) free shares in this new public company
Digitalus is now saying they have a product called FX Lock (same product pictured on Biometrika website as pictured on Digitalus website)....the speculation is that Digitalus (PAVP spin-off company)has either acquired that product from Biometrika, or has purchased the whole company Biometrika
the whole point is that PAVP (Digitalus) has acquired private technology, is taking it public, and giving us free shares in the new venture

I could be wrong and if I am someone please correct me but if they change the ticker name the MM will have to cover all their shorts within three days no matter what they have to pay for the shares at least thats my understanding, I don't think anything can stop them from shorting the new stock. Again thats just how I understand it.

Yes, when the name change goes into effect the MM will have to cover their shares. This is because, they will have to account for all of the fake shares they have created by naked shorting AND all the legitimately shorted shares will have to be sent to a transfer agent in order to switch to new shares. As for knowing what the shell is, PLEASE READ CAREFULLY. The shell is RUMORED to be JLHY based on previous released statements by the CEO in supposed "phone calls" with him. I urge investors not to buy this. Just be content with your potential in PAVP. Monday will be fun . Im off to church.

Yes, it should be good this week. Almost 10 M shares where bought just before the bell friday afternoon. That's 100 000 $. Who would put that much money in an empty shell if they weren't about do something. This transaction might also be the one that were announce earlier:

Almost half hour of trading and still no volume. This is not typical. Anyone have any ideas as to why? I was expecting heavy volume at the start.

This Stock has definately taken a beating from the MMs, and if it wasnt for them, this stock would have been off the ground by now! But as much as this has been played, it shows its still strong and support level is great. With all the things comming up with this one, and the symbol change, free shares of the shell stock,company buy backs, millions in revenues comming in, its bound to reach .05 in the near future. This past few days there has been some huge orders from $20-100K. Spin off is comming soon, MMs wont be able to short this one come April, they will loose out and have to take cover. And the ones holding will benifit more finnally. Good luck to all with this one.
