Nighttrader. Your PAVP shares will just change symbols in your account. This is when the new ticker symbol is announced. You wont have a different number of shares. You will just have 10,000 ABCD shares instead of 10,000 PAVP shares. Then on april 9th you will receive shares of the spin off company.

Judibabes: It was really a sofware company back then and didn't have present ownership/mngt. Doubt we'd ever get NEAR 5% of that gorgeous figure!

Hey guys I hate to bring this up but,the dividend shares will be distributed to shareholders of record as of April 9th. They have NOT stated the date that they will actually distribute the shares.That could be months away. Someone that has time might want to call and find out what the time frame is for distribution of the dividend.
This company has consistantly been vague and/or mistated in many of their PRs. Makes me wonder if it's accidental. Also wonder who it is that keeps selling on the news. Are they themselves flooding the market with shares at the time there will be buyers? MMs can't be blamed for everything when there are other things that smell funny. I still own 279,000 shares and have not sold any ...yet.

Is it common for the expected date of a symbol change to come and go with no word from the company about why it didn't occur? Newbie question, sorry.

Yeah... not sure what 100 shares means... the float is EXTRMELY small?? or... someone insisted on buying way above the ask? Or absolutely nobody wanted to sell under .75?? salemm.

Hopefully CSJJ stays that high until we get our share dividend.....our shares are only worth what CSJJ is worth. If it falls back down, so does our dividend value. I'm anxious to hear more about the name/symbol change so the MM's have to stop shorting. I'd like to see this stock in the .02 range with a week or two.

guys, I hate to be a party pooper, but I DOUBT we will get shares at that price. I THINK (strictly opinion) that with such a low float and a rising price, CSJJ may see a forward split before we get our shares. Realistically, at 0.75, 1 share of csjj is worth MORE THAN 100 shares of PAVP. I doubt the company is going to essentially double our holdings!

Another carrot, at the end of yet another stick. All I want to hear from these clowns is news on the their symbol change that didn't happen as expected. That's the only thing that matters today, and they're releasing more fluff instead. This is starting to feel like a shell game. The MM's make it hard enough on us, but we shouldn't feel like we're playing a shell game with the company management too. Just my opinion, I'm still holding strong and waiting for news about the shares we actually own. Not shares we hope will be gifts to us, or more PR fluff. Hope I'm not overreacting. Lotsa coffee this morning.

Another meaningless PR, DOWN almost another 10% - like clockwork. Guess we need to sell as soon as a PR comes out and buy back 1/2 hour later!
By the way - I don't think those spin off shares of CSJJ will be issued for ages - as in: months and months.
I believe Ibiz did the same thing last Nov -and no one had received their shares yet...
I believe all April 9th means is you have to be a shareholder ON THAT DATE to be eligible to receive the free shares at a LATER date. I doubt I'll be here.

The price didn't drop after the PR...I agree that it's frustrating, but I'm still in long term...I don't see any reason to sell right now. The MMs are plaiyng with us

Ok... just spoke with Stephen Taylor. I asked him the following questions:
- Is PAVP seeking name change and listing on OTCBB exchange? When will the change occur exactly? Will trading be halted temporarily?
- Is CSJJ seeking listing on OTCBB also? When is it anticipated?

Unfortunately... as could be expected, he did not have the answers (well, he just started, right?). But, I dictated them word for word to him and he wrote them down. He will get answers straight from the horse's mouth, and call or email me back. When I mentioned the amount of money ($100,000) waiting to be invested in PAVP depending on answers to these questions (and especially because price of PAVP is great now!), he assured me he'd get answers VERY soon... and of course, offered to send me many other 'winning' companies he's dealing with right now, that I might want to consider investing in. In any case, when I receive email or phone conversation, I will post everything IN IT'S ENTIRETY on this page. Until then, stay tuned... and let's hope all answers are what we WANTED to hear! salemm.

ask if the company is a scam! come STRAIGHT OUT and ask that. Wait for his reaction. Then, after he makes his excuse, ask, "Why does PPS keep dropping with each POSTIVE PR?" Dont lead him on about MM games or anything. I am curious to see how he reacts. Inform him that we expected a PR about a name change and didn't get it. Ask WHY?, not "When will the name change occur?" PAVP is a corporation, and we are a part of it. We must hold them accountable to a certain extent. Dont be mean, but be forward! I would CERTAINLY do it, but I am at work and dont have the liberty =(

Shooooooot!! I spoke with him already Hippo! But I should have thought of that 'way' of asking him. I did ask him the last question 'in your opinion why is pps declining on repeated good news and surging shell company pps' He stated there most certainly was naked shorting because of high volume. But he will ask that question to management also. Sorry I missed 'ya. salemm. By the way... he's very personable... told me his experience in bringing in IPOs and in fact, will forward some of them to me that he thinks are very promising. In any case... I'll post everything here.
Hey... do you think I should post answers at RB too... just to quiet down the ZOO over there?? I've been mulling that over. Tell me what you think, all. salemm.

I may call this guy myself. This is in the f'n .005's now. What a POS paper mill.
IF it went up 100% -it would even get MANY of us near even........ I just can't wait to get out....WOuld be nice to get out even or better - and I'm NOT gonna sell before symbol change and hopefully Airport news.

Fortunately, I did not risk much, and I got in at .0075 . I said I would buy more at .005, and average down, but man, this thing is looking like a rat hole. Someone talk me into or out of it . LOL

I hope we havent been crutching on Naked shorting this whole time while there is a real problem with the company!salemm.... post the contact info of the guy you spoke to, Id like to get at him for a few mins if i can make time today! i want you guys to realize, Im only in a few hundred dollars, so its not big deal to me. Im just sick of the games being played here, and honestly, Im upset for you guys. A lot of you have serious money invested, and you deserve answers!
