on April 9, 2004. PAVP shareholders will receive 1 share of CSJJ common stock for every 100 shares of PAVP common stock owned. There will be no change to PAVP shareholders' positions
So these free shares are additional shares to add to our portfolios WEEEEEEE

My guess is, it is the best time for the BAnk (see past PR) to buy the rest of those shares (1M$) they have said they would. We might be anxious to see better price but If I was going to put 1M$, I would make sure the MM drop the price as low as possible...
After hour trades have been in the Millions the last 2 weeks...let see what will get today.

A couple things....First CSJJ has to be at a dollar or whatever on April 9th in order for us to get that much out of it. If you look at shell stocks, historically, they shoot up and then calm back down. There is more than two weeks between now and the 9th. Alot can happen in that time. Second, PAVP still tanked. It goes down 13% on good news again. It is true we will be able to make money off the spin off, but is that what we are going to have to use to break even in this investment because the actual stock price is .005? I've never seen a stock with such good news go down so much. I do think PAVP still has some things up their sleeve....no mention of new ticker symbol or finger-print technology...at least it's my impression that CSJJ is not the fingerprint company. GLTA

IT didn't drop on the news...it has been dropping all day...it just hasn't recovered yet...Thanks to the MMs...as for the fingerprint company, why do you think it's another spin-off, with the exact same percentage? 1-100?

Supposed to be automatic...but it's good to tell them so you have your shares showing on your ticker faster...It usually takes a few days to show.
Montreal has 3 airports Mirabel (huge one now almost closed because it's too far from downtown and because Toronto took over), Dorval (almost no more room to put planes) and St-Hubert (15 minutes drive from downtown---the closest). St-Hubert used to be a military base (probably has some leftovers). It's a medium airport. Can accomodate International travel but more suited for private jet or regional transport. That's why when there a film making in Montreal, most of the Starts land there.
Want more???

I humble question why CSJJ is 0.30 while PAVP still trading at 0.0065 even after the news 3.00PM

Ameritrade has CSJJ market cap as 16,200 and OS and 54,000
But even if correct - ALL PAVP shareholders as of record date 4/9 get 1 share of CSJJ for every 100 PAVP shares they hold. So you can bet sure as they diluted the hell out of us the past month, they'll dilute the spin-off too. There are 1 billion shares of PAVP so theres the potential for 10,000,000 shares to be given away FREE to JUST shareholders. So God knows what happen to the value then, but I doubt it will still be .20-.30, imo. I bet there are people who will buy a boatload of shares the 8th (9th is Good Friday) and sell on Monday the 12th - just to get the free shares.
Geeez - I averaged down today to .011 just before the news - thinking it would be the Airport news. I should have used that money to buy CSJJ - I would have at LEAST tripled my money and been out of the hole...
Let's see what the rest of the week brings -
I seriously don't think I'll be holding long enough to get the free shares next month - unless things work out and I can trade my way up to a few hundred thousand free shares or more.
I'll feel much better when this is back over a penny and I'm at LEAST even again... Wish I had traded it the past few weeks. Those 1/2 penny swings would have really added up........ I've never been a swing trader - but it's sure starting to look enticing.

Sorry, i'm having a little trouble understanding... Would someone please clarify for me?
So, we get 1 CSJJ for 100 of PAVP we own as dividends, but what use are the PAVP shares that we own if the company is going to close? If PAVP is closing, won't that mean that it will then be worth nothing?

Please dont JINX us! The 1 for 100 FREE shares are a BOnus. PAVP isn't going out of business......at least we HOPE it's not!

PAVP shareholders will benefit from this acquisition of CSJJ. Shares of CSJJ will be distributed to PAVP shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 9, 2004. PAVP shareholders will receive 1 share of CSJJ common stock for every 100 shares of PAVP common stock owned. There will be no change to PAVP shareholders' positions.

Haha we all wish. They probably had a very small number of O/S when it was at that price and actually it was a completely different entity. It is my understanding that ProActive Computer changed their name and is now trading under a different symbol. We just bought shell that hasnt changed their name to CortDev yet.

OK, now that everyone's erection has subsided, (sorry girls). What's next? PAVP closed at .0065, is it still worth buying? CSJJ closed at .30, is this the one that is worth buying? This whole situation is/was completely new to me. anyone ever experience a like situation, and if so, what can be anticipated?
