Well I was rather bumbed to see how many profit takers thought this was going to the moon, to bad over 50% starting selling,, LOL, man I freak out my self thought it said R/S for some reason, may be it was the way it was selling off, but now that I see it was not I am going to hold long for the next few months, great things happening here, cant wait until all the shorts are out, see ya shorts from hell..

Yes MM had something to do with it. But I beleive we can place most of the blame on the misreading of the PR. People initially seemed to think that you would be TRADING IN your PAVP shares for these new shares, in essence ending up with one kind of new share. The re-release was to clarfiy that your position in PAVP will not be effected, but you will just be given 1 share of the spin off for each 100 shares of PAVP you own. The market was still processing this misunderstanding until the close and I beleive we will have a good day tomorrow!!

With all due respect to those who... bailed out... are frustrated, etc... I gotta say... I feel good about this. I was in at 0.0095 quite a while ago... saw it go to the mid teens and back down again. Yes, I could've bailed earlier today or yesterday for profit... but why not hold on? New name; Free shares; New technology; Consistent PRs that (almost always)make the price rise; Listing(s) in Europe Serious, interested investors (European?)... If your looking for a fairly solid investment, short or long, this is it. Bet we see mid-teens by Monday again. Thank God I only crapped my pants instead of selling today during the panic salemm.

Roger I agree, people where to eager to sell and it land slided after that,, funny I just sat back and watch, wish I could have bought more @ .008.

Boy, I left at around 2:00 and just checked in to find quite a mess. After analyzing what took place, I think that people felt they were losing their PAVP shares and exahanging them 1 for every 100 PAVP. That combined with the MM's wanting to cover their naked shorts led to panic selling and the ultimate scenario for the MM's. With the name change coming up, possible increase in financing from overseas, Beral not being allowed to be paid until PAVP's shares reaches .10, free shares of a fingerprint Tech. Company, and application to two European markets we will continue to rise. A lot of people are just comprehending what the press release actually revealed today and will want back in. Hope everyone who lost today can make it up in teh near future.

Don't forget the Potentail Govement contracts for home land security.. When people really site down and reread this pr they will be back with no doubt.

It seems there is still some controversy as to what the true number of shares is that we will get for each share of PAVP. The first PR said .01 which is the exact same as the new PR which reads 10 for 1000. I am wondering if it is supposed 10 for every 100. If so, that would be one helk of a ride up if we were getting shares valued above a couple of pennies.
One other thing that probably happened were peoples stop losses were triggered with the sudden decrease, causing a major sell-off.
Just some things I have been thinking about.

All day I said MM's doing this. Many people thought otherwise until the price went up. They drove price down to cover or get more shares. The price was never going to end the day under .009 like I said. It was people panicing and allowing themselves to be manipulated. This is a good company who does what they say they are going to do. Many pennies do not. Buy more at these levels and watch what happens. When the spinoff shares are around the corner you are going to see huge buy's. Why wouldn't you. I am gonna buy as much as I can afford until then, get my shares, and then see what happens. Believe people and if you are here to just play the pr's you might want to invest in more underwear.

I really doubt they would have made another mistake in the clarification email. But I guess anything is possible. Either way get ready to blast off tomorrow morning. The addendum to the press releases wasnt known by most until after market close.

the news release said 10 for every 1000. i'm sure they didn't make a mistake and mean to say 100. that's a pretty big mistake to make on a clarification of a press release. of course for those of us that suck at math, i better understand 10 for 1000 rather than ".01 shares of the public shell's common stock for each share of PAVP common stock owned." maybe that's where the confusion lies.
obviously the company felt they screwed up the press release so they clarified. hopefully this make people realize what's really going on and buy buy buy....

The pr said .01, which is 1/100th, so for every 100 shares of PAVP, you get 1 share of the new company, which is the same ratio as the second PR 10 for 1000.

I realize that it is the exact same ratio as the first PR and that is why I am saying that I don't understand the need for another PR saying the exact same thing as the first. I am not saying that we will be receiving the 1 to 10 number, but I was expressing my misunderstanding of issuing a correction to a PR that says the exact same thing. Sorry if I got some people thinking that I meant that it was a 1 to 10 ratio. Best of Luck

I was sacred when I was the price sinking to .008( in (.0145), i thought of selling first. I always follow this magic board b4 any POA(Plan of action). I did not sell any of my shares. Thanks to evryone.

The first PR was confusing because people thought that PAVP shares would basically TURN INTO NEW SHARES. Basically they thought they would be trading in PAVP shares for this new issue. The 2nd PR was just understating the fact that COME APRIL 9TH YOU WILL HAVE THE SAME AMOUNT OF PAVP AS APRIL 8TH. People misunderstood this to be a sort of reverse split. I hope this clarifies.

I think the reason for the second PR was because some people thought the first PR was saying that we would be trading our PAVP shares in for this new company. I may be wrong, but I think the only reason for the second PR was to let people know that it would not take away your PAVP shares.
I also like this from the PR,, any one remember ADZR!

I think there is to much uncertainty for some investors, its hard to see whats behind door number 2, is easier to take a small profit or a loss and go else where then take a chance here, that there loss,if everything they say is true in there PR's this could be hugh!
Should be interesting tomorrow and the end of the week when here more about the new cusip # and ticker.

yep, it'll be interesting tomorrow. the thing that i don't really understand (and i am new to this), is they're saying that for people holding the stock as of april 9, 2004, will receive shares of the other company as well. so what's to stop people from loading up on PAVP to get the free shares of the shell? and if that's the case, you'd expect people to hop on it and the pps to go up. weird stuff....

Generally after a dividend has been paid the price of the stock falls by the amount of the dividend. So you could load up on the 9th for the dividend but you tak a chance the price will fall the next day. And for a dividend of 1/100th per share is it really worth it?

PAVP holding up nicely this morning. People will want in befor April 9th.... but expect many PRs 'till then, making the sp zig zag up and down. For those who love rumours... here's the latest from our distant relatives (VERRRRRRY distant) at RB: the shell co, which will house the fingerprint tech will start trading at 0.30 . You get 10 pieces of this pie for every 1000 pieces you hold in PAVP (starting April 9) salemm. PS.Have you seen the new monster on steroids? They call 'im Qbid.

THis stocks doesn't respond to any logic I know. In a couple of months, I will have fun analysing what when on in the last few weeks...and what's coming. For now, I have no more predictions to make...I'm totally in the fog.

I think the big problem is that many people just want to make quick money and run. When they think it's going to .02 and it doesn't everyone runs. I bought this because I believe they are headed in the right direction and I want some free shares. The shell company is in the right industry. Fingerprint technology is becoming bigger and bigger and to get a small piece of the pie means profits. I am actually happy the price is at these levels because it allows me to buy more cheaper. Stat strong.

- This company will be great and they want more stock so they manipulate the price (they can for a little while...as long as the buy pressure's not too great)
- This is a scam and the insiders are selling like crazy

I think we are finding strong buying support at the .009 levels. Im in for another million shares at .0095. I see good things for this stock, even if we dont get the PR today as has been suggested.

PAVP seems to bring PR out late in the day. Price has come back nicely. Hold strong and don't worry about price not jumping. Enjoy being able to buy at these levels while we can. More shares=more spinoff shares. Other sites are saying they could easily have a reverse split to get this to .10 and then could sell shares to Beril. Anybody in their right mind knows that 99% of the time reverse splits mean doom to a company. To me a reverse split means management kind of giving up. It won't happen with this company. Mark my words. Stay strong.
