I'm pretty sure the A/S is 200,000,000 though...at least according to my cert.
I had called Integrity Stock Transfer several times for the float last summer and fall.
The last # I have written down is 29,486,569 on 9-11-06.
I tried calling after that date and they did say they could no longer share that info.

Its funny, you can sense the tension over at the other board and although people are finally questioning things they still appear hesitant to post much negativity because when they do they are called whiners or babies.
thesource....why dont you go sign up over there so you can communicate with a larger group of RPH followers? As you can see, this is a small group here and we dont really follow it that closely anymore so you are kinda wasting your time posting here IMO.

I guess they didn't like me telling people to take their money off the table and play freebies on GBDX . I also said that it will go back to sub penny by next week .

There is an attempt to connect this situation with the Wanta conspiracy theory, among a litany of other Grisham-esque fairy tales. Ridiculous. Read this link only if you have a few minutes of your life to waste.

yeeeeeeesh. Be curious to see/hear what RPH's spin is on this. I don't know whether to feel sorry for Benson or not.

Have no idea whether this has or will affect his day job with the state. Certainly it makes doing business from his "auditor shop" at least a significant problem. I guess his proprietorship still exists--maybe he could hire CPAs to work for the firm?

He's barred from being an "associated person with a registered public accounting firm", so it would lead me to believe that his practice is shut down. But his work for the state? Who knows - I imagine that he'd have to disclose this ruling to his higher-ups, and they probably won't be thrilled...
They don't have the authority to revoke his CPA license, but they might as well have.

ya, you're right...basically cuts off access to GAAP accreditation, as I understand it.

He probably sold at 3.95 and is laughing it up.
But seriously who in their right minds would put their name on an audit with such outlandish claims and not verify them.
It doesn't add up.
Or Rufus snowed him...
could be... is entirely possible anyone in on the rake is sitting back, living the high life, maybe cell-phoning or IM-ing time to time, laughing at the schmucks who continue to wonder.

Interesting... this "report" doesn't say that the bonds or CSHD were wrong or false...simply that Benson didn't look into things more deeply...or as deeply as he is required...and he has no fines? he simply can't be an associated person of a registered public accounting firm...seems he should be able to keep his day job with the state?
Still really doesn't say anything...doesn't tell us anything...but that he should have investigated things more deeply...
I wonder if this will give CSHD a "new chance" at refiling the audits and starting back to square one?

asurfer you may be right, Rufus could have snowed him hard- nevertheless it's Benson's practice and professional reputation on the line. So he was either irresponsible and/or recklesss in not verifying CSHD's/Rufie's claims, or he was in cahoots with RPH.
Neither bodes well for Benson.
I kinda take licensing and the ability to freely practice kinda seriously. Mom's a nurse and I'm a licensed professional engineer- both professions that require upholding a certain level of conduct. I find it unconscionable that someone would put their ability to practice and the trust of their profession in jeopardy for the almoghty buck or out of laziness...
Yeah, this doesn't really reveal anything new about CSHD's self-inflicted quandry, but it kinda hit a nerve.
Don't know if this gives CSHD a 'new chance' at refiling audit, but you can bet your boopie that they'd be under increased scrutiny and any CPA worth his/her salt would scream bloody murder about getting anything less than full disclosure from RPH.

Don;t know if this has been mentioned before, but the documentnotes a 20 year relationship with RPH, so it lends more credit to the 'cahoots' theory... Ah well. WIsh I could be more optimstic- but I'm not.
Back to watching the 'Live Earth' special. Alicia Keys looks fabulous, FWIW.
