Sadly it isn't the first date we received from him. I guess his memory is as bad as his ability to deliver according to his own self imposed deadlines.. I guess the whole Pacer and Proxy dates didn't count.

Now there is all the hype and speculation to the meaning of the time the thread was started.....oh my.
Not that I want to jump into their bandwagon or anything, but it is kind of odd that rufus posted a time next to the thread title, I haven't seen him do that before.

You correct in that point, he has never done that before, but I'm not going to read anything into it at this point...I'm waiting to see a filing or something of fact.

Actually, it will not remain on the gray sheets forever. There is still one final act of mercy yet to be executed by the SEC and that is when they revoke CSHD's registration. At that point, it will no longer even qualify to trade on the gray sheets and the last of the hopeful will be put out of their misery.
For an example of another company I exposed that went that way check out HQNT. Another total scam. There were others but this one was the most satisfying.
Don't panic however as this last step can take a while. Still, just as everything I predicted when I first exposed this fraud has come to pass, like the setting of the sun, this too will fade from obscurity into nothingness in due course. tock.

Now why would "our street" be posting over there? What is his reasoning? To rub salt in the wound? or to attempt and make all sell? Is he really out to save us all?

10, my guess its bragging rights. If this fades away then he can gloat but if it doesnt he can just vanish. I REALLY dont think he was interested in this reaching the SEC for "us".

I'm assuming this post was from IHUB, but I got it off of Rufus's, I mean, Paul's board.
I guess there's a couple of reasons why he would post again, and Mr. Cat's is one very good possibility.

I was just banned from the Rufus board for posting this. I guess good hard questions are now considered bashing. Glad I copied it before I was banned.

Well, that's nice. Now how about the information you promised would be out today, Monday April the 23rd, 2007? You do remember posting that don't you?
Whatever happened to the Proxy that you promised back in February?
As a shareholder, I'm simply asking questions. You have stated that you fell asleep at the wheel for CSHD so it's up to us shareholders to take you task when you make a statement. Please follow through.
I'm glad that your family is OK and that Fridays incident had nothing to do with the market.
Please keep your word.

That board has some of the most brain washed fools I have ever seen in my life . They truely get what they deserve if they dump more money into this P.O.S.

I must wonder what the legality would be in this situation. As a shareholder of CSHD, the CEO has banned me from reading information on a public forum pertaining to my investment. I was not only banned from posting but can no longer access the website to read what is being posted.
Not a good sign IMO.

The only time I have ever posted on a message board as anything other than Wallymac and only did that because in the early days of that board they attacked me as a basher. Instead of defending myself, which I thought was not neccessary, I registered for the board as gamblinman. Oh well. Nothing I post will change what happens anyway. So I'll sit back and wait.

Question to Rufus: How was it delivered to the clerk Mr. Harris. Should we expect any delays from the delivery method. I think I had found most docs show up on Pacer a few days after they are filed, but I noticed that the documents you took to court with you took almost a week.

Why would he get a stamped copy tomorrow ? If it was hand delivered to the clerk , they file stamp it right there . Its your responcibility to bring an extra copy for them to file stamp (or atleast its that way here in Texas).
Maybe he hired an attorney with that 5 billion dollars in cash the company is rumored to have in the bank . I'm thinking his attorney filed it and needs to give him a copy . Yeah thats it ...... thats gotta be it cause Rufus couldn't be full of $hit , right ?

I just called the clerk. According to the clerk, nothing has been filed since January. If the pleading was mailed, as opposed to electronic filing or hand delivery, it would not show up until received and processed by the clerk.

Hi Everyone ___________ This just might be the final straw. If he answered at all, he probably answered for himself and not CSHD. I am not sure he even did that. If a lawyer answered, I think it would have been on Pacer.

Heya! I agree, this will be the final straw for most....if not all. He cant cover this one up, he claimed that "something" was FILED so if nothing comes out with the proper date on it he will have nothing but pie on his face.
We shall see but im guessing SOMETHING was filed or he wouldnt have taken this chance.

OK, now don't forget. How do we even know that this really is Rufus. Don't be naive (sorry if I spelled it wrong). We may have fun with the postings but anyone can say GODSPEED.
Besides, didn't the judge tell him not to do or say anything which could be misconstrued?

Does anyone know what would happen to him / CSHD if there is no answer to the Default by the 'one year to answer' timeframe? Does the SEC win by default and the company just goes into receivership, whatever that means?

I've talked to Ms. Black about the case and she did not say there was a certain time line for CSHD to respond or if they even can still respond . I asked her directly about the company going into receivership and she said she couldn't comment but don't rule it out .

Black's Law Dictionary, 6th Edition, 1990, defines the term as follows:
"A person appointed by a court for the purpose of preserving property of a debtor pending an action against him, or applying the property in satisfaction of a creditor's claim, whenever there is danger that, in the absence of such an appointment, the property will be lost, removed or injured. An indifferent person between the parties to a cause, appointed by the court to receive and preserve the property or fund in litigation, and receive its rents, issues, and profits, and apply or dispose of them at the direction of the court when it does not seem reasonable that either party should hold them. A fiduciary of the court, appointed as an incident to other proceedings wherein certain ultimate relief is prayed. He is a trustee or ministerial officer representing court and all parties in interest to litigation, and property or fund intrusted to him."
Black's defines a Receiver pendente lite as:
"A person appointed to take charge of the fund or property to which the receivership extends while the case remains undecided. The title to the property is not changed by the appointment. The receiver acquires no title, but only the right of possession as the officer of the court. The title remains in those in whom it was vested when the appointment is made. The object of the appointment is to secure the property pending the litigation, so that it may be appropriated in accordance with the rights of the parties, as they may be determined by the judgment in the action."
Representative Experience • Receiver in Securities and Exchange Commission securities fraud cases. • Receiver in United States Department of Justice seizure cases. • Represents various lending institutions in collection and lender liability defense actions. • Represents parties in cases involving contract disputes and business torts. • Represents trustees in all aspects of bankruptcy matters under Chapters 11 and 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. • Represents companies, individuals and creditor committees in all aspects of bankruptcy matters under Chapters 11 and 7 of the Bankruptcy Code. • Represented individuals in a federal court lawsuit against a local television station for violations of federal and state wiretap laws which resulted in a $5 million settlement.

I am 99% sure this company is broke . I'm sure the people involved have made money but the company itself is cash broke . It owns no property or assets to sell off and divide up . It doesn't even have any employees other than Dufus .
Ever heard the phrase "Can't get blood from a turnip" ? I think the only restitution you guys have left is if the FBI arrest him and convicts him . Other than that , I think all the parties involved (Mike A.,Ben Stanley and other envolved at the top) are off scott free but hopefully they will get there's too .
