Tex? Bless me? I was just wondering what he might have meant by that question... Or is who ever he is referring to not even in the US..like hedgefunds...or blah blah blah..or what he might be trying to refer to..I don't get it... and as for the documented attempts? i have no clue...just reposting what RPH said...might be something worth digging up to see if they were documented or a "complaint" of some sort filed...
Hey thesource...i see you were the third ban over there...doubt you will miss an awful lot...

People know where this man lives and where his children work and go to school...it is this fact that either: A) convinces me that he is telling the truth and all that he says is "true" or?
B)He IS a complete NUT CASE and should be locked up for no other reason than his families safety...
Now if we could just figure out which it is...
That's the Million Dollar question. I have long thought that either Rufus is on the up and up and is being truthful or utterly insane.
I still can't come up with the answer to that question.
Though I'm beginning to lean toward the though of insane. Posting on his board for people to not buy the stock, IMO, could easily be construed as an attempt to manipulate the market which is illegal. So it doesn't surprise me that the SEC could have showed up to document it and keep an eye on things.
As far as the alledged attempts on his life, if true I would think a police report would be filed and it would show up on the local newspaper blotter. Haven't felt industrious enough to check since no one from the company has given me any reason to see a change in direction for CSHD. Even if Rufus is telling the truth about the attempts on his life it does nothing to get the company trading on any exchange other than where we now are.

well rufus... I wouldn't say a pump to sell... as I am not an insider... however, you telling all not to buy, says of another spin.
[b]All I am saying is that the 6:1 cannot be ineffect until all is resolved by the courts, sec and filings... all of which are still not settled. Once they are, can you in effect declare an effective date there after as to when the 6:1 will go into effect and not a day earlier. Thus, if we start buying cheaper shares now, it will only be to our advantage if and when all is settled.
So, you can take that for what its worth....
Sir; If I do something there is always a reason; Want to know why I did that?;
It had been said that I come on here to pump the stock; and that the volume was proof
Well I told you not to Buy and what was the Volume that day!
Kind of smart was it not or maybe another perfect trap!!
Don’t forget I have been through this crap before, this time I have got the crooks numbers
While we are setting here on the Grey’s our darn company has traded its float, They have no fear of their actions, Why is that?
Who in the USA has no fear of legal repercussions from their actions?

There's a race of men that don't fit in, A race that can't stay still; So they break the hearts of kith and kin, And they roam the world at will. They range the field and they rove the flood, And they climb the mountain's crest; Theirs is the curse of the gypsy blood, And they don't know how to rest. If they just went straight they might go far; They are strong and brave and true; But they're always tired of the things that are, And they want the strange and new. They say: "Could I find my proper groove, What a deep mark I would make!" So they chop and change, and each fresh move Is only a fresh mistake.
And each forgets, as he strips and runs With a brilliant, fitful pace, It's the steady, quiet, plodding ones Who win in the lifelong race. And each forgets that his youth has fled, Forgets that his prime is past, Till he stands one day, with a hope that's dead, In the glare of the truth at last.
He has failed, he has failed; he has missed his chance; He has just done things by half. Life's been a jolly good joke on him, And now is the time to laugh. Ha, ha! He is one of the Legion Lost; He was never meant to win; He's a rolling stone, and it's bred in the bone; He's a man who won't fit in.

There were two comments made by Rufus on the other board that may be applicable to some peoples questions about how much longer shareholders may have to wait as well as what has he been doing for the last several months. Here are his comments:
Comment #1 (answering blinddeafdumb's question on how he plans on clearing up the mess of the illegal shares):
RUFUS: We lock up the Aholes that sold them and anyone that spread insider information in the assistance of such activity.
You see every since the SEC Halted trading, the only thing I have been doing is taking names!
People are going to go to Jail, The hardest thing for me has been to judge the men/women involved.
I have waited on the SEC and Court to perform that task! I do have the authority and evidence to force the issue; Drop the Bomb, per say.
If is a really Hard decision to make; families are effected, children loss their mother or father.
But I have also come to realize that it is necessary before this company can proceed successfully, that is the answer that the court is looking for, WHO SOLD THE SHARES!"
Comment #2 (about how long he thinks it will take to clean the mess up):
RUFUS: I have been working on the Fix, Very short term, I have designed a Fix with a Total time frame of 45-55 Days from first execution.
... Rufus did not go into any detail about the "first execution". Question still remains, when will the "first execution" take place?

unadulterated donkey brayings... for one, what authority? last I saw, there's no CEO...
for two, before the company can proceed, there's those defaults and filings sitting on the shelf, collecting dust...so 45-55 days is begging the question: beginning when?
will say this though: who in the company sold shares into the run(s) really *is* legit...

I agree. The default must be answered and the filings brought upto date prior to any positive movement forward. As to the 45 to 55 days, If it's Rufus time then I guess it will be 6 more months, probably right before the 1 yr time limit for answering.
Who in the company sold shares prior to the SEC action is a very legitimate area of investigation.
I've said it before and will say it again: I don't believe any of the officer's of this company nor the people who post inside info. Not one of them know anything. Not Rufus, Mike, John, Randy, Dave or their mouthpieces. I amend that. The ones who do know what happened are only leaking and saying whatever serves their personal purpose.
I'm pretty sure that the SEC and FBI aren't even sure who did what yet. They just know that somebody did something illegal.

Longs are sold, shorts are bought. Sometimes at the same time - at the time of conversion.

In theory.
That's how the convertible game works.
Do you see irony in "conversion solutions" as a name?
. . . .Just wondering??? this PR cites that Ecowood, Inc. has been formed in February 2007.......Is this corporation also a privatley held entity, like Ecowood LTD was identified to be in last October's PR?
