Would you let everyone know you were leaving???? Also, he said he would put out a PR unless it was solid...this doesn't seem like fluff to me...if he comes home empty handed, he knows that would be bad...I'm pretty sure the deal is "in the bag" just maybe needs to work out details....
Tax, you may find, this will be one of many to come....
This is not directed at anyone specific, but, for some of you, I'm not sure John could do anything to make you happy with him....it's very sad especially considering all the time these investors like you & me are putting into this....These people have families, have had deaths in their families, & still are putting in more hours into this then we could imagine...I think we owe a little gratitude to some of them.....
Actually, I wasn't even think of him cashing in his shares at this time. The thought never even crossed my mind. What I was referring to was the trading that was going on on the Frankfurt Exchange prior to the suspension. Just that I found it an odd coincidence that John would be going to Frankfurt to get financing and a possible JV. I just don't like coincidences.
I was under the impression that John lived in Canada. So IMO, he is already out of the country. DO I TRUST JOHN? Heck NO.
Will I believe everything that comes out of Rufus's mouth on SPR tonight. A resounding HECK NO. I don't trust any of them. They all have a part in the situation we find ourselves in.
Jenna, I'm happy that you have such faith in JA. Hopefully it is comforting to you. But for myself, I don't see where he has done anything and until he is able to produce something tangible, I don't believe him.
I stated last year that it would more than likely take 6 months for anything to happen, I've changed my mind, looking at the current circumstances it could be late this year or even next year.
By the way, I don't put all the blame on John. I do believe he deserves to should a portion of the blame. My guess is that it has much more to do with Mike Alexander, Dave Perely and the Toxic financing that happened under Furia and FHAL.

I think it would be a very wise decision for everyone involved to keep an open mind about the entire scenario and especially those involved until you have solid factual information to back it up. The truth will come out eventually…that’s for sure. There will be a lot of crow served for dinner one day soon. As far as I have seen, there is not one shred of evidence that John Arlitt has done anything wrong in this deal.
The SEC must have given its approval of the SHC removal of Rufus and the resulting appointment of John as CEO. I know we don’t have hard proof of this, but you have to consider two things …if they did not approve, wouldn’t the SEC have stepped in immediately saying it was done illegally & shut the company down? Also, would the SEC be willing to talk to John as CEO if he wasn't the legal CEO?
I can’t help but think those of you who are trying to find a scapegoat in John are guilty of the “squeaky wheel” syndrome. Most of the uncertainty is a direct result of Rufus getting on SPR and creating doubt in people’s minds. This was magnified by John’s refusal to respond / defend himself in the court of SPR and HSM land. John will not lower himself by getting into a “he said / he said” match with any of the former management of CSHD or its shareholders.
He is far too busy trying to bring in new deals that will bring new assets to CSHD. One day you will see the results of his hard work. Hopefully, that day will come soon.
Last weeks antics and infighting on HSM and SPR have brought out all sorts of negative activity. People who have not been around for a long time are coming out of the woodwork in order to give their uneducated opinions. As shareholders of this crazy soap opera stock, every one is certainly entitled to his / her opinions. But remember…none of us really know the truth yet.
However, I think those who support John have been lulled into a wait and see mode as we have not heard a whole lot from the company for weeks / months. I think it’s time that the people who have faith in John Arlitt show their support a little more on the threads…even if it is just telling him that you support what he is doing for us. With OUR support, he WILL get it done. Remember that by supporting the CEO of CSHD, you are supporting your own interests and position.
I could be wrong…but I don’t think so.

John does not have control over anything that he couldn't force control of. I guess he say MA helped him hack into the email system and back up everything. But that is it besides the codes to file PR's and filings.
That is all... and Rufus is "fixin to stop it."
