I find it interesting that people are posting things like "scam" and "fraud" when we still have no response from the Federal Court. Im curious where you people got your information, please share.....or maybe we should let Clarence Cooper decide?

If its your opinion that Rufus, Ben or whoever is a fraud then say its your opinion. Things like..."the fact that Rufus, Ben, and all the people involved in this scam" are not written as opinion. The word FACT troubles me. Everyone is upset about what has been happening with our company and our money, not just a select few. Everyone should be more responsible about their posts IMO. Including me I suppose

MrCatiaengineer, technically you are right. I can't say that I can call this a scam, when it's still not proof from the SEC about the bonds ownership.
Whats troublesome to me is that there is supposed to be so much assets that the company has PRed etc,. And theres never any forward movement with any of it. Theres always one more step to take one more little glitch in a filing. We have way more bonds than we do JV's. How many bonds does someone need to generate some business. I talked to the SEC more than once. Alana Black and Hicks both just yesterday and came away with the feeling that they are'nt or should'nt be a delay in this company moving forward. According to them the issue is how much of the previously mentioned bonds does Conversion own and a few issues with Harris. It sounded like Conversion is'nt even in jeopardy of being shutdown (unless the SEC are lying), they just want to get this bond issue satisfied. So it all falls back on the mgmnt from where I'm standing and what the problem is with making this company move forward. Maybe someone is I wish I knew, but this is the way I see it right now from the info that is available to me.

I see some of you were talking about that church and I don't know if you seen the responce from someone that goes to that church.

The Form 144 is filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission to
reflect the intention of any holder of restricted stock to sell those

(END) Dow Jones Newswires

Sorry, just came home from Holly Springs Baptist Church (late choir practice) and saw this a few pages back.

Dow Jones Newswires is WAY BEHIND time, as this 144 was filed almost 3 months ago and the 90 days is about to expire. None of the stock was ever sold, we only prepared to do so in the event we felt it was best.

This stock was purchased by a group of men, not by the Church, and given to the Church in hopes to build a Family Life Center.

Well, looking back on it now....we probably should have sold...but didn't. Still hanging in there.

Have no idea how Dow Jones is just now getting the NEWS!

Good Morning everyone. I am older than alot of you, notice I didn't say "and wiser". This board has so many smart people on it and I respect you all and know that I can look on here and find good information {most of the time, you know who you are}.Until a few years ago , I always believed "innocent until proven guilty". Now , this is where the older part comes in.I now believe "innocent until proven guilty and even then a few of the innocent are proven guilty".This comes from many news information's out there. I'm not saying who's guilty or who's innocent in this company until it is proven. I have never bashed anyone in this company and never will until ALL the facts are in. Sorry this is so long , but I have wanted to say this for weeks. GLTA

This might be old news
Here is the very first post from the person on hsm that posted about Holly Springs Baptist Church It looks like she is from Texas. You all probably know of her.

Please don't ban because I am a "newbie". Just couldn't stand it any longer listening to you guys and lurking in the shadows. Over two and a half years and never sold a dime. This is huge for our Church and little small community in "East Texas". Could be the "richest little town in Texas" before long.

We, like BlindFaith, got in with MA and DP long ago because of who they are and the faith we had in their integrity. When RPH said "fronthaul just happened to be at the right place at the right time".....I said, "thank you, Lord." Now we all need to pray for wisdom for us, as well as our CEO and others in the company.

To God be the glory....great things He has done!

I don't guess you happened to ask them what it is exactly they wanted regarding "proof" or "ownership" did you?

Many like-minded, analytical people used their skills and assets to come to valid conclusions regarding CSHD and its claim to bond ownership. You have no reason to believe what you have researched and seen with your own eyes is fraudulent.

The SEC brought forth action against two entities – Rufus Paul Harris and CSHD. These entities remain mutually exclusive- both factually and legally.

You should not let what you have witnessed recently by RPH cloud your judgment of what you know to be true.

If you have listened RPH on SubPennyRadio.com, you would know that RPH is NOT the conduit to the Caracas Group. Rufus has said several times that this relationship belongs to Romeo Venditti. Furthermore, RPH said Sabra Dabbs forged CSHD’s connection to Romeo Venditti. He also admitted that the connection with Rudolph Giuliani is through Sabra Dabbs. So, what importance did RPH play in the acquisition of these huge credit facilities? By his own admission, NONE!

I do not think it is wise to extrapolate the apparent demise of RPH into the demise of CSHD. Their immediacy is likely causal, but their fate is mutually exclusive!

I know they believe the bond to be real, but as you know the question is of how much did Rufus claaim Conversion owns, if any at all. No I did'nt get a specific document named that would satisfy them. Just that they're stance has'nt changed on that particular issue as yet. Sorry. Maybe i'll call them again. It took about half a dozen calls to get them live on the phone. If there's a discrepancy on Conversions part it almost sounds like it would be better to fess up to it and get it over with, but I'm not sure about that.

I don't get it how it has to be so difficult to prove this bond stuff and why the issuer or anyone else would have to be so uncooperative as to allow this to drag on and on without a solution.

frank, have a rum ball for me.
I just called the conversion solutions contact # from the CVSU.US website and a lady with a very agitated demeanor answered the phone. There was loud music in the background so she was almost yelling.
Through a process of questions and answers I was told by her that Conversion is in the process of moving into the building where Ecowood, MA's outfit is located. Supposed to be within a week. She stated that there are several businesses located in that building, so it sounds like Conversion and Ecowood would be 2 of them. Maybe all of them. She was a hard case to keep asking stuff.

So does a company that is going to be "taken over" by the SEC go and get new office space?

Great job 6.

I had a thought. Rufus said that the SEC told him they would rule fraud even if he pulled money on the bond. My thought is that they SEC would still rule fraud, because they are now focused on how much of the bond we own. Pulling money on the bond might not prove total ownership. That's why someone said if we sold it, the SEC would believe what we (had) owned. I know Mike made it sound like there would be installment payments when the bond was drawn on.

So where would this leave us? Between a rock and a government agency?

and yes Momma...A pr saying this would have been good...but they did already use the new address in past PR's...

I would'nt think so. All I can do is hope for the best right now. It gives the impression that they need an office for sure.
I wonder why it would be so hard to PR something about this. It's better than absolute silence.

How would one get a question/concern to the SHC?

My box is full? I did not know...Which one? Allstocks?

Been going crazy end of year is a busy time for me. Add the CSHD stuff and it is even busier.

There is work being done. Putting out information half completed is only going to add to the confusion. But do expect us to add to the SHC website as soon as we can.

Also... to add onto the SEC telling Rufus that they will still charge "rule??" him with fraud makes total sense in my eyes. They are trying to win there case, of course I could see them telling Rufus that they would charge him with fraud if he did or didn't draw on the bonds. They push there weight around with threats. That is how they get people to agree to plea deals in the first place.

A given perhaps, because of the address on the website.
Is it impossible to get an MM for this and quit treating it like a lost cause just because the SEC is stirring up trouble. Alana Black made the nightmare remark to me yesterday that these federal cases can go on for a long time. I hope theres a way to shorten it. In the mean time i'd rather limp along and move ahead with a regular market status, having MMs and a bid and ask and stuff.

This is what I mean, a PR stating that the office has moved to this location would do wonders for the moral of the shareholders. It should not be so difficult for them to understand that we would just like to have some updates so that we know we are not exactly at a standstill. GOOD JOB
