Why are you putting so much effort into this? I would focus more on finding a stock that you can make your money back on. Look I lost 8K in principle and 18K in profits on this one...
I made back it all over the past two months on several plays; MAMA, SOFO, USXP (of all things), and a few others. Had I wasted my time with CSHD I would be still in the hole. I did this starting with 2K.
You may have a ton of shares here, and I still have mine. But the reality is that this is dead in the water. Arlitt is MIA, Rufus is nuts. The SEC is probably never going to let this trade off the greys again...
My advice is to focus your energy on making your initial investment back with small cap NASDAQ stocks. Stay away from the pinks and OTCBB....
Anyway you seem like a pretty intelligent person, I'm sure you can do better than to waste time with this nonsense.

Tax- I said same thing because it doesn't matter...they all should have taken eachothers shares a long time ago....at this point I hope a zoo monkey is on the proxy for CEO...he'll get my vote!!!!

What the hell are you talking about?
What should "John's camp" be sick to their stomach's?
I want the SEC to put the rightful CEO in there....
So...what's your point?
I hear you Jenna. I really don't feel that it's the SEC's place to install a CEO. I believe that is why this will be handled in the court system. I feel your frustration and unfortunately all us shareholders are still in this Grey area both on the trading market and in knowing what is happening with the company that we have money invested in.
I never understood how the SHC got the authority to make the change, it really baffled me. I will also state that the problem I do have with John Arlitt, is the fact that for months he stated he was not an insider and was a shareholder just like us. So how does a shareholder become CEO without the rest of us voting. Since I was never informed or had the chance to know his qualifications, I have never believed him to be the CEO of CSHD. I still don't.
None of this is personal to me. It's strictly a business transaction and I like to look at things as logically as possible. I don't buy all that Rufus is saying. As I have posted previously the truth lies somewhere between what we are being told by those who want the power.
I just hope that this doesn't drag on and on and on. Hopefully we will get some indication of who is who and what is what within the next few weeks.

Jesus Christ. This is such a soap opera. I know many of you lost a lot of money on this, and I know some people (Repo) hate that this is on the Hot Stocks board, but I enjoy it for the entertainment value.
Hopefully it'll work out.

I'm afraid she is correct, sir...we are having to start over because of the house that Rufus built.
He cut corners and did not build a strong foundation. This is what John has been working on for the last 2 months...building / negotiating a foundation.

A lot of the NSS occurred with Fronthal before the merger with Conversion Solutions. I believe they are looking at the forensics of Fronthal. I have heard they are looking at MA and DP. No evidence of this, but I have heard it on more than one occasion.

Ok folks, take this for what its worth........
It appears that in the interview last night Rufus is pointing us in the direction that a lot of stock sites and posters have already been, the toxic financing issue Alexander involved himself with back in November of 2005. I believe FHAL starting getting "pumped" in December of 05 and i recall there was actually a little but of a run.
Anyway, Rufus named 3 other stocks last night and told people to dig into their background, message boards...etc.
The link that the three of these (and many others, CNES was another) have to FHAL are Cory Ribotsky / AJW offshore LTD....and his various other companies.
Im not up to the whole "finger pointing" thing these days because i feel like ive had it nearly bitten off a couple of times so im merely posting what ive found and i have no idea what relevance there is to any of it. My GUESS would be that Rufus wants us to dig deeper into the toxic financing Mike Alexander signed himself up for back in late 2005......but hey, wtf do i know right?

"Regulators are looking into allegations of improper short-selling by at least a dozen different hedge funds in advance of PIPE deals. The improper shorting, regulators contend, allowed the hedge funds to score a quick profit from the inevitable decline in the stock of the issuing company."
Here's the entire article again just because I know articles like this are the same as a Cross is to a Vampire to many of the bashers on this : OT: HBK Talks Settlement
By Matthew Goldstein Wall Street Editor 10/4/2006 1:31 PM EDT
Hedge fund giant HBK Investments is looking at paying the biggest penalty yet in a two-year-old investigation of abusive trading in the so-called PIPEs market.
The $7 billion Dallas-based hedge fund is in active settlement talks with the Securities and Exchange Commission to resolve allegations of improper short sales. The fund allegedly made improper trades in two companies that were selling discounted stock in private investments in public equity, or PIPEs, deals.
People familiar with the hedge fund say no settlement is imminent. HBK officials, however, have made it clear to investors who have inquired about the investigation that they want to put the matter behind them.
But regulators are driving a hard bargain, demanding a penalty greater than $16 million and the suspension of at least one employee at the multistrategy hedge fund, sources say.
An SEC spokesman declined to comment on the HBK settlement talks. Jon Mosle, HBK's general counsel, declined to comment.
In a typical PIPE deal, a small, cash-strapped company raises cash by selling discounted stock, or a bond that converts into discounted shares. Shares of the seller usually decline as investors anticipate a flood of discounted stock coming into the market.
Regulators are looking into allegations of improper short-selling by at least a dozen different hedge funds in advance of PIPE deals. The improper shorting, regulators contend, allowed the hedge funds to score a quick profit from the inevitable decline in the stock of the issuing company.
