FWIW, MA downloaded Rufus's computer at the BBQ. I was upstairs talking with him while he was doing it. He had to borrow another portable hard drive from one of the shareholders (someone he already knew...for all I know, it might have been JA) to get it all. Mike's statement on Rufus's computer info was that Rufus kept everything. He said if you told Rufus to screw off, he documented it. Mike also said that if he (Mike) would have been CEO through all of that, that we would have all been screwed because he wouldn't have kept up with it like Rufus.

Good info Milliam... quick question. When you were updating us all about the BBQ a while back. (Right after it happened.) Why did this not come up? I am not trying to split hairs, just thought that would have been a pretty awkward and fishy situation for a Bar-B-Q... Not to mention time consuming, downloading an entire computer can't be done in just a few minutes. It takes time unless you know specifically where things are that you want.
Just seems we could have used that info to predict or speculate a few of the recent activities.

Tax, I'm not real sure. To be honest I thought I brought this up in the past. If not, I guess it was just a case of too much information to remember. There were so many things happening there. Things kind of come back to me as my memory is jogged.
It wasn't really too awkward. He had started the whole thing before any of the shareholders came upstairs. He would just spin around and check the status every so often while he was talking to us.

Mike Alexander filed a form 4 showing that he now has 75+ million shares. I guess that's what got Rufus back on SPR. I'm still listening to that now, so I'm not 100% on it.

OK well thanks for sharing... once again it does seem a bit strange in conversation now but it may have not been at the time.
In pure sarchasm... you didn't witness/see any other "normal happenings" did you? Mrs. Harris wasn't casually packing dishes in International crates the kitchen? Harris's daughters weren't playfully shredding documents in the rumpus room? No airport shuttle drivers out front with "Harris" signs?...
I am j/k but downloading a company computer at a party right held durring a Federal Court appearance doesn't seem kosher.

Towards the end of the SPR show, Don from HSM called in. He and Simon talked for quite some time. He explained all of the posts that were deleted and even talked about Jenna's banning. He said Jenna was wrong to post what she talked about with Alana...that Alana wouldn't have wanted that info out there. Simon agreed. Oh well...I guess they don't understand public knowledge, or they just don't want too many "know boats" around.

Tax, it didn't seem like a big deal since Mike has just taken over as CEO again. It made sense (and still kind of does) that Mike would need all of the information to run the company. He said he was going to give all of the info to the auditors so that they could approve it and CSHD could move on.

I seem to recall Alana telling someone before that it was ok to pass on info to other shareholders. Anyway, regardless...i dont really get why she is taking calls from shareholders anyway. I recall reading someplace that most of Alanas ramblings have all been delivered to the Judge covering the case. In any case i personally feel Don is full of it.

Yeah I thought the interview from Don was very informative... It is interesting when you get a chance to listen very carefully to someone describe their perspective of a situation. I believed him as being sincere for the most part but he did not convince me that his relationship with MA and JA was on the "up and up".
IMO his reasoning for deleting certain posts was not convincing. He could not remember the other users who he had deleted posts from, but I could. Interesting how he could not remember that the other usernames were all people who claimed to be on the SHC, and many made bold annoucements about their departure before their posts were removed. It is of my opinion that the SEC will probably have an increased interest in the goings on over there.
A lot of posturing going on. I have the feeling that some are realising that they may be standing to close to a guy who is a bonafide target.

Trade04, if there are still people in denial then i hope the reality of things are starting to sink in for them but the majority of the people posting here are not crazy.
There are now 2 stock message boards under scrutiny by RPH and several shareholders. At least on this board we are still given a forum to discuss the activities in CSHD as they take place. There are a lot of lessons to be learned here one way or another if you just pay attention once in a while.

Did you think only matched trades occurred? I used to think that also until HVLN came along. I can't remember if I ever posted info here or only on IHub, but a bunch of us did tests of setting buys and sells for various amounts to see what got filled. Trades were NEVER matched. It's all a bunch of BS, really

I didnt necessarily "think" anything except "Who the F is making the trade?".....but yes ive heard the matching trade theory and it made the most sense to me.
Are these trades taking place between a buyer and seller from the same broker? Then the brokers work out buys and sells between each other?

I flipped HVLN twice on the greys. Pretty much unintentionally.
I put an order in to buy at .20 one time and I got filled after like two days. Then I immediately put in a sell at .30 and it executed the next day.
then another time I put in an order at .15 that executed after a few days and I put in a sell for .25 that executed a few days later. Neither was for a ton of money, but made like $600 between the two.
Just dumb luck though, certainly wouldn't suggest trying it.

Milliam- They talked about me on the show last night? Holy cow...I'm famous....I would have written in to Simon.....Don forgets that I wasn't the one who pulled that Alana Q & A over there......someone else did!!!
By the way, she knew I was going to share with other shareholders.....she said what she told me was public knowledge anyway....just an FYI....so that crap about her not wanting it out there is bunk- already public knowledge!!!

Sorry Jenna, but I don't think they mentioned you by name. I think Don just talked about the situation at length. He did say he got lots of PM's and emails from people that were angry about pulling your info. I'll try to get a clip of this section of the show and send it your way.
