Who is the CEO? Who will put out the Proxy? Why is John allowed to act as CEO- if he isn't? Why do they allow John to put out PR's if he's not CEO? I'm going to tell her to stop this crap.....this is insane....

Jenna I understand that what is happening is not in line with John's camp. I fully understand that it is making several sick to their stomach.
I look at it as information right or wrong. Rufus is very confident. Just about as confident as John in his latest PR.
You can not say that this is not valuable to know. I am not trying to make anybody mad. I just don't like the boycott of sides. Both sides have done wrong IMO, stand back and let'em go.

I was not talking about you calling Alana. I think that is a great idea. And I am saying that right now there are people who trust one side, or another side, or niether... very few who trust both.
My point is this interview was as damaging to John's claim to CEO as the PR earlier was to Rufus's claim if not worse. I don't like either side any more, and I am sick to my stomach. Sorry if today's info has not bothered yours or others.

...Do you? This was toast the day the SEC stopped the music and people couldn't find a chair. But it is fun to listen to Rufus the Dufus, he always gives me a chuckle !

10- I'm emotional because I asked for somones number to validate Rufus' position as CEO & Tax accuses me of me being razzled....nothing upset me that he said except I don't know why the SEC isn't stopping John from being CEO....if Rufus is CEO of the company I own stock in but John is making deals in Germany on Conversions behalf- that is Outrageous & John needs to be stoppped....someone pointed me to Alana's number & I am calling tomarrow- the SEC needs to start doing their job.....how can they let just anyone be CEO?.....I will demand answers tomarrow!!!

Jenna ~ please look at what I quoted when I supposedly said you were razzled. you said Rufus "threatened" John, I commented that he "promised" him. and you wrote "same thing..."
Which I took to be a sign that I had stepped on your toes. Calling Alana wasn't even part of the conversation yet. Appologies fomr me. I respect your thoughts and opinions. I did not want to offend.
